Exciting News for boxing v2

I have been in discussion with Frank Maloney over the last week about trying to get some exclusive access behind the scenes.

As part of the ongoing discussions, I am pleased to announce two exciting opportunities for 606v2.

Firstly, we have been given the opportunity to do a interview with David Price - someone I know that the boxing fans on here rate very highly. So in a little while, I will be putting up a thread asking for questions. The set up for the actual interview has not been confirmed yet - we are uncertain as to whether it will be in person or via email.

The second, and potentially more exciting news for us as a forum, is that Frank Maloney himself has agreed to do a semi regular Q&A on boxing in general. Every few weeks, the mod team will collate the best questions to put to Frank. In other words, we can ask him topical stuff on a regular basis as opposed to looking back at historical events.

Hopefully you will all agree that this is an exciting step for 606v2 Boxing and that you will all join in asking excellent questions.

Well Adam, you and the rest of the big nobs of v2 continue to impress! Had no idea just a year ago that the site would reach such impressive heights, hats off to everyone who makes all of this possible - I'll be sure to contribute where / when I can.

Would echo Chris' comments, excellent news, Maloney has always come across well and seems fairly forthright and honest so hopefully if we get the questions right should be insightful and Price agreeing to do this is good news, particularly as his burgeoning rivalry with Fury is one that has been discussed a lot recently.

As one who is a little conservative and reserved about the notion of promoters being featured here at v2, I must say I'm excited about this one. The opportunity to get an in house interview with Price is, in itself, ample reason to embrace Maloney.

Great stuff again. Price always comes across well in interviews and Maloney is very forthright in his views on boxing. Will be good to have an opportunity to put questions to both.

As a member from 'near' the beginning can I be given a small stake and then when 606v2 becomes as big as Facebook, sell my share for a few million?!?

Did you read about the guy that got paid in shares for painting the outside of the facebook building. They're now worth a reported $126 million. Adam, do you need any DIY doing?

Only reason I agreed to become a mod, if Zuckerberg is going to make $100billion am sure Adam will chuck me at least enough for a new scooter when he gets a similar amount.

I'm impressed! Frank comes across as one who pulls no punches so I hope you use the correct terminology in his interviews and don't censor them!

David price is a damn good coup too. Well done Adam!
