Northampton Saints have confirmed the signing of Gerrit-Jan van Velze for next season.

Brilliant signing for Saints. I've seen the 24 yr old play a couple of times and he looks a real talent, SA must be a little gutted to have seen him go.

He should add some real bite to the backrow as well as pace and quality ball handling skills. Already could be the signing of the season.

Whisper it but he'll be EQ if he stays 3 years (or does a Waldrom) as well...
