I'm guessing faily big changes (I've just thrown this in as a starting point).

Not a bad side there mate. Not really any changes. Will have a think.

I think there could well be a few changes if Robbie Deans pick on form. A great number of young guys coming through pushing hard for a test spot especially from the Brumbies who were really unfancied at the start of the season but are now leading the way.

Others pushing close would be James Slipper, Liam Gill, Jesse Mogg, Ben Mowen, Rob Horne, Dave Dennis, Pek Cowan, Michael Hooper, Nick Cummins.
Nathan Sharpe is still playing really well for the Force so could be in with a shot.
James O'Connor, Quade Cooper, Ben Tapaui, Ben McCalman would all be there or there abouts but all injured and possibly won't make it back in time.

I would be surprised not to see Barnes at FH, although apparently his form has been poor. They could miss JOC in midfield.

Could be a few inexperienced Aussies in the backline now that they can't cover holes by moving AAC, JOC or Barnes around.

Yeah Berrick Barnes form hasn't been the greatest, his experience and form probably warrants a bench role but leilafano has been the form 10 by a mile from the Aussie teams.
