Hiya Chaps,

So with the cup success providing a silver lining to a dissapointing season what lies ahead for both the Clubs and interim managers future.

Do people think he will get the job on a permanent basis or will Roman go for another big name?

What do you think needs to be done to ensure success going forward and do you see wholesale changes following Drogba's depature and the upcoming closure on Lampard & Terry's playing days.
