To make a foreign transfer (i.e from any club outside of the AP, regardless of whether the player is English) a bid should be made on the Foreign Transfers Page, which will be considered by me against the posted guidelines for purchase prices before being accepted or rejected. No bid will be accepted until a minimum of 24 hours has elapsed from the time the bid was made, in order to afford other managers the opportunity to make a counter bid.

Foreign transfers will unlimited during the off season and 2 during the season. The exact dates of the two transfer windows during the season is to be confirmed.

As a general rule, if you want a world class player (and by world class I mean a player that I consider to be one of the 3 best in the world in his position at the moment), you will be looking at between £20-25 million.

For a top international with over 30 caps, £17-22 million, and an international with less than 30 caps £15-20 million. There may be some exceptions to this in the case of certain players, but this will be the general rule.

There will be an upper limit of £10 million for uncapped academy aged players unless two or more managers want the player and enter into a bidding war in which case there is no upper limit.

Bids for uncapped players who are over academy age limits will be judged on their own individual merits.

REJECTED - needs to be a bit more for someone who was a regular starter in T14 last season. (I would say not as much as people paid for the likes of Beauden Barrett or Kolisi who went for £10m, but certainly more than £6m)

Kalkovin is tremendous amazed he has not gone. Plays both sides ish. Only young for prop.

When about to buy Alexander the other day I stopped because I could have bought kalkolvin.
