To make a foreign transfer (i.e from any club outside of the AP, regardless of whether the player is English) a bid should be made on the Foreign Transfers Page, which will be considered by me against the posted guidelines for purchase prices before being accepted or rejected. No bid will be accepted until a minimum of 24 hours has elapsed from the time the bid was made, in order to afford other managers the opportunity to make a counter bid.

Foreign transfers will unlimited during the off season and 2 during the season. The exact dates of the two transfer windows during the season is to be confirmed.

As a general rule, if you want a world class player (and by world class I mean a player that I consider to be one of the 3 best in the world in his position at the moment), you will be looking at between £20-25 million.

For a top international with over 30 caps, £17-22 million, and an international with less than 30 caps £15-20 million. There may be some exceptions to this in the case of certain players, but this will be the general rule.

There will be an upper limit of £10 million for uncapped academy aged players unless two or more managers want the player and enter into a bidding war in which case there is no upper limit.

Bids for uncapped players who are over academy age limits will be judged on their own individual merits.

Not sure how well people rate Afoa tbh my scrum is never all that lauded in predictions. I wouldn't swap him for another TH in the game myself.

I will get rid of one off Woodcock, Crodkett and Franks between now and the start of next season so if I get Figallo I will have some better balance up front hopefully.

Really like Afoa and he is available all year. Brookes good EQ option. Franks also a very solid option.

Brookes development stalling slightly. Benefitting from time with Loughborough Students and Doncaster on DR from Leicester. He will come good I suspect.

I liked the look of Rimmer before you snapped him up. Only seen him once or twice but he looked evry comfortable with ball in hand and decent at scrum.

Yer solid option on the bench though if you ever need EQ numbers up. Yer quality player. Decided needed another EQ prop with Golding not reaching the heights.

Steve was so tempted with Foloa, but he's only signed for 6months, wont play until March and by April/May the season is over here so didn't think people would get to see him properly.

If he signs on again then definitely worth a punt - imagine he will be a wing or 13. He will play for the Wallabies, such a talent!
