***GRAND NATIONAL TIPPING COMPETITION***

Hi All,
Thought it would be a good idea to have a tipping comp just for the big race alone. I'll post up the usual Saturday Tipping Competition a little later today however i'll try and keep this one reasonably simple. So here goes ....

Select FOUR horses running in the Grand National

You will score points as follows -

Each horse you select that finishes in the first four will score you TEN points
If one of your horse wins, you will score an extra 25 POINTS
If one of your horse comes second, you will score an extra 15 POINTS
If one of your horses comes third, you will score an extra 10 POINTS
If one of you horses come fourth, you will score an extra 5 POINTS
BONUS POINTS -
You will receive 2 Bonus Points For Each Horse You Select That Completes The Course (with a jockey on its back !!!) But Isn't Placed
You will receive 2 Bonus Points For Each Horse You Select That Is PLACED At Odds Of 16/1 or Bigger

Any NON RUNNERS will be treated as Void and you will only score points on your remaining selections.

I hope this is pretty easy to understand .... The winner of the competition will be the person who has the most points (aka Solerina !!!!)

One thing to note, out of all 12 of us that took part, None of us selected the winner in our four picks (ha ha ... some experts we are !!!!) ... Anyway, the final standings are below -
