Torres can go for £50 million

BBC sources say Liverpool have confirmed that Fernando Torres can leave for Chelsea if they pay 50 million.

Will Chelsea pay that amount?
Is he worth that amount?
Who are getting the best out of the deal?

Personally I think Liverpool would be foolish to do the deal tomorrow unless they already have a bid for a replacement in elsewhere - other than Suarez. Liverpool's problem is that they only have one good striker. Even if Suarez turns out to be excellent - if they sell Torres they are in the same old position.
