Del hasn't done the work. What an eejit. Hope Haye KO's him just to teach him a lesson. Probably counting his £1.5m purse strings and wondering how much sadze he can eat.

247 is a little heavy for Chisora for a fight like this. He was lighter against Klitschko and Hellenius and could have done with some extra mobility trying to pin Haye down. I wonder how hard he trained for the fight?

Yeah but I also rmemeber reading a bit from his trainer Charles when it was put to him about why Chisora isnt exactly in the best nick and he said "hes not really a gym fighter" - which can be a polite way of saying he doesnt train hard. He also doesnt really watch his diet even in training camp.

I would like to have seen him about 235. He will most likely be relying on trying to pressure Haye and walk him down so the more mobile he is the better. Its not like hes up against a fighter that he has to worry about being physically bullied by.

I got the feeling that both fighters were have the Michael taken from them by fans in that weigh in

A bit of a daft question but why is Haye getting lighter? He was near 220 when he fought Bonin while still primarily campaigning at Cruiser, weighed in over 220 for Ruiz but now for his last three fights he has been 210. Just find it odd as most fighters get heavier as they get older, he seems to be more of a natural cruiser now than when he campaigned at the weight.

So what's Chisora's gameplan at nearly 250lbs, to make himself immobile and give a man who already has a speed and mobility advantage even MORE of an advantage?

My guess Dave is that Chisora is one of the seemingly increasing number of heavyweights who equates weight with power and he is working under the assumption that the heavier he is the harder he will hit and thus he will be able to take out a blown up cruiser like Haye.

Would make sense to me as Chisora does not strike me as the brightest kind of guy.

I just think Chisora doesnt train that hard or make much effort to keep in shape. Like Solis.

I havent seen any of those behind the rope things but Ive read comments from people who have and the concensus seems to be Haye looks like hes training like a demon and really watching his diet and routine carefully while Chisoras training seems to consist of a near walking pace jog, half heartedly hitting a few pads and clowning around in the gym whnever he feels like it.

Theres obviously going to be editing involved but given the respective shape the two fighters are usually in its probably not too far removed from the truth.

Perhaps Delboy would benefit from being trained by TRUSSMAN although Dereck still may not suceed due to his lack of Beefster-ism-ness
