What are you on about. It's Fergie just playing his mind-games, play-acting up to his biggest rival and trying to unsettle them. Manchester United are top of the Premier League, playing some good football and are safely through to the next stage of the Champions League.

It's also ironic as Manchester United have had the same number of penalties as City (21) since the start of the 2010-11 season and have had more penalties than City this season (and more than anybody else)....bring on the House of Commons enquiry!

I don't think there's anything desperate about united or ferguson at the moment bar their defending against reading. As others have said this is tactics, ferguson is the master of mind games and has been getting under his rivals skin for decades now.

The stats crimey posted above are interesting but ferguson has never been one to let the facts get the way of his opinions.
