I have heard a rumour that maynard is only on loan at surrey is that true?

No.

It has been said that he's 'only on loan' but that is just a wish of Glammy supporters and not a contractual term. Surrey have signed him on a three year contract.

He was worshipped by several supporters at Glammy. They believe that one day he will return to his rightful and spiritual home - hence the saying that they have 'only loaned' him to us.
