An announcement is expected next Monday that should provide some relief to those concerned about the governance of Cycling, and its reputation.
Sepp Blatter is to move from his stewardship of Football's governing body-FIFA-to head up the UCI.
In a parallel move, Pat McQuaid is leaving UCI for FIFA.
