Joan Guzman - What a disgrace

@danrafaelespn: Joan Guzman did it AGAIN. 148.2 lbs for Friday's fight -- an interim title bout at 140! What a waste of talent. Can we be done with him now?

I have no interest in women's boxing.

Once a fat slob always a fat slob. A talented fighter but nobody can ever take him seriously.

He's not even inside WW limit!!!!

To be honest you cannot even find it in yourself to be disappointed and or shocked with Guzman. He has done it so many times you expect little else now. Genuine shame though as he is a talent. Has some sublime defensive skills and a decent offensive arsenal, if he could couple that with a modicum of self discipline he could be a genuine superstar.

Was a big fan of Guzman when he came on the scene... Had a rep as a banger, but became a boxer, and a very good one as time went by. But attitude is everything, and whatever discipline and interest for the sport he had, has long since flown the nest. Shame, but not an original story.

I'd forgotten about him..........Best If maybe everybody else does..
