Anyone watching impact?
Last weeks and this weeks so far have been the best in a long time.
So anyone watching?
So anyone watching?
Re: Anyone watching impact?
Always forget it's on...I'm determined to get in to it because it doesn't seem like a bad show overall if you miss out Mr Hogan crapping all over it.

Also, Sting looks like Jim Carrey.

I'm trying to remember what happened this week, but I dont remember it being a very bad show which is a huge improvement.

Is TNA better than R.O.H or are they both as bad as each other?
TNA do have Hulk Hogan, so ill imagine they are better, but Adam Cole sounds class!

Watch impact every week and i don't understand the bashing it gets, comfortably better than WWE in my opinion at the moment

Re: Anyone watching impact?
I've started to watch bits and pieces over the past couple of weeks, While they are capable of putting on a good to great show there's always something that takes them one step forward, two steps backwards with most of that down to them trying to be unique from other shows which don't always pay off. I mean take the new X-Division rule, it's just completely unnecessary. The continues segements involving Hogan is just over the top. Yeah we get Hogan is apart of the company but how about letting other talent and characters getting themselves across to hey? With it being a 2 hour show, they show far to many replays and less... well... action!
Take this week's IMPACT for example. The Suicide storyline was genius... Fans always love mystery around storylines regardless of how long they play out and with this one being short and sweet they managed to make Austin Aries relevant aagain by thrusting him back into the main event scene and title contention within one night. I never saw it coming!
Something else that none of us including WWE saw is what a great wrestler Taryn Terrell is... She's improved leaps and bounds and has actually made a great addition to the knockouts division putting on a great match with Gail Kim.

I guess it comes down to personal preferences of what you like to see in a wrestling show. I would recommend you check either or both companies before bashing either and forming a biased opinion wumming topics that aren't WWE related.NickisBHAFC wrote:Is TNA better than R.O.H or are they both as bad as each other?

Taryn Terrell can leap and bound onto me.
Agree with all that Enigma. TNA shoot themselves in the foot consistently and I find it almost draining.

That's the thing that stuck out for me watching TNA, their Knockout Division shows what women's wrestling can be in a major promotion...the fact that they're planning a ladder match for them...can you imagine WWE a Diva's ladder match?

I've always thought he sounded like Jim Carrey but looked more like Heath Ledger...at least during his Joker phase.
Back on topic, I've been mostly enjoying TNA for the last couple of years, although there are usually patches when its a bit lacklustre...most often during the tag team and Knockouts segments (unless there's a title on the line). Always worse when there's a dead crowd...that just completely kills matches. Not nearly as bad since they started going on the road, but you still get the odd one.
The Aces & Eights story looks to be heading into an interesting home straight, with cracks now appearing in the gang's once impenetrable brotherhood and the formation of the new Main Event Mafia.
Given Hogan's love of of the spotlight, I think he's actually done pretty well to stay in the background as much as he has and the Hogan-Brooke-Bully triangle has played second fiddle to team TNA's battles with A&E for the most part.
X Division's looking pretty good again since the introduction of Williams, Sabin, Suicide and King. Also marked out when Aries revealed himself as the guy who stole Suicide's suit and won the title...and a shot at the heavyweight title. That was just SO in character.

Does he like Grease 2? If he does he's the man.
