Sam Warburton is the REAL next Doctor Who!!!!!

Just got this - hot off the presses.  No need top see the show later.
According to BBC Wales, which actually produces Doctor Who, Sam was picked because of his handsome boyish looks, his sense of humour, his ability to charm any referee, and his ability to destroy any enemy.  

"If Sam can beat the Wallabies or the All Blacks, the Daleks are toast."
When told that Wales, with Warburton, have never defeated the Wallabies or All Blacks, they said:
"Who cares?  The Daleks haven't beaten Wallabies or All Blacks either."

Someone told me it was going to be Owen Farrell, but I knew that was a WUM.
Personally, I thought it was going to be Dylan Hartley...........

I thought the Doctor had a mind of his own though

Not sure Sam ever did manage to beat the All Blacks. Slight flaw in your theory.

Perhaps this is why there similarly hasn't been a welsh doctor who since 1953?

its another Scottish doctor ,  peter capaldi .. that's two i know of  now .     mainly English doctors tho    dont know if there any Irish

Methinks the Daleks inventor is French. Therefore, the answer is a resounding no.  Think on this:
The French invented the Maginot Line - the best defense ever driven around by an army of VW Beetles.
The Daleks are the best killing machine in the universe, but (until recently) couldn't go up stairs.  Ergo, same inventor.

p.s. #1:  I wonder if the Daleks are better than sliced bread?
