In fact, on reflection, Pirlo swap for Schurrle would bring a lot more to your side and ratings than swapping Schurrle for Pirlo would to mine.

I have £6m, but I'm not going to use it to get Schurrle. Pirlo started the season poorly, but he has been great over the last month or so.

I'm pretty sure that, whilst Schurrle's TM value > Pirlo's, Pirlo's ratings are > Schurrle's and therefore I would be daft to spend cash to get a worse player. If I didn't have Alonso, I wouldn't be entertaining selling Pirlo

No worries. It was my mistake for suggesting a deal to start with.

I don't think you'd be paying over the odds mind as you'd be getting a better player who will control and win you games, which Schurrle (or Matuidi or Gonalons) will never do.

I'd also like to see you get a CM that is better than Pirlo from TPs for under £19.5m

I disagree.

First two things people look at are 1) do you have a super striker to score goals and 2) will you win or lose the CM battle. Wide players like Schurrle are an after thought. Poli will never win you midfield battles and therefore votes, and the fact that you have a good winger becomes less relevant. That is my take on it anyway.

TM value doesn't come into it with Totti, as he's clearly not only worth £875k in this league. Mirallas is a big part of my plans, my offer is three players you mentioned by name and I can add £2.8m if it helps.

That's an offer in TM terms of just over £15m, but we both know it's worth more than that in terms of ratings etc.

No deal, I need to keep some of my players! A 3 for 1 deal is the most I can do, plus £2.8m on my side. And adding Sigurdsson would mean I'm basically valuing Totti at his TM value which I can't do as he's better than that.

That offer from Marky is a good one. I have quite a few Cm it's the wide positions where I'm lacking so I'll have to reject that offer.

Its an ok offer. Nocerino is injured & Milan are in dodgy form, hes not playing. Berahino is a decent youngster but no Adnan, Barkley or Ravel. Gnabry wont play much now Walcott is due back, everyone will forget who he is in a months time.
