No (although I only get votes), but I tend to think if they do both things within a reasonable time as per our customs that they are deserving. Only those who don't do one or both aspects get nowt.

It's really not difficult to do both on time. Bar that hectic couple of weeks I had recently, I've not come remotely close to missing a deadline for the last year.

You're too soft.

Deadlines are deadlines to me. If you get them in, but late, your "reward" is not having a goal deducted. The £1m is the reward for doing it within time, otherwise you effectively get double punishment for not voting

On time tactics + voting = £1m
On time tactics + late voting = nothing
Late tactics + on time voting = nothing
Late tactics + late voting = nothing
Tactics + no voting = -1 goal
No tactics + voting or no voting = default loss

Yes, that's correct and that was my mistake. When I put the results in their own thread I'll make the change to a 1-0 win.

Why don't we change tactics date to Thursday 11:59? We'll get the tactics in Friday and we'll have Friday, Saturday and Sunday to get votes in.

I know I'd get them done at work on a Friday afternoon.

Agreed on the deadline. Thursday night for tactics, Sunday night for voting, we'd likely have all our votes in by Friday night.

Well I got my tactics in late on Saturday based on hangovers during Friday and adding to it that night, so I'm out.

I got late votes from Olly.

I also got late tactics from someone but I deleted the messages so I have no idea if it was Gregers or Olly.

Equally though, this retrospective punishment doesn't reach back to the weeks when others were late (and there were a few) and they still got the bonuses.

I won't add my £1m for this week either way, but if my leniency lulled others into late votes it's probably as much my fault as theirs.

Useless! It's not as if we are changing the rules, and it's not punishment, it's not giving rewards that weren't earnt.

In lieu of any kind of evidence of who was late though, there is little option but to enforce from next week.

Votes is only better if we can ensure that fixtures are all up by Friday kunchtime because that is when I'd vote. I won't have time on the weekends between sleep, football, hockey, drink, sleep, football, american football.

I can't see where there would be any real objection to Thursday tactics, but we need to wait a bit longer to see if there are any valid objections.

It would also mean that squad cut off is end of Wednesday (i.e. player bought on Thursday's cannot be included in tactics)

Well tbf to him he has been awol for over a week now. Maybe he was planning on coming back but now can't hack the verbal jousting that his return will inevitably spur

Well done Azzy, Baggies actually played well & deserved it, we were poor.
I had my tactics in on time but not voting. Apologies.
Im still not back at work. I have the pins out of my hand this Thursday so im looking to be back at work next week meaning ill be around more.
Being at home as I have a thumb & index finger free from my left hand cast I have managed to play GTA5 so that's pretty much where I have been. Viva can see my starts on it, ive done over 50%.

Whats that about...I sent my tactics in last Friday/Sat morning at like 2am (yes past the deadline). Took me a goo hour to type them up with one hand so im 100% I did them. Go find them or make my team available.
