Menez would be a no go as I would be having to sell Kruse to fund the move and therefore Menez would become my striker cover for Mad Man.

Grenier is possible, but the value of the deal would be too greatly in your favour IMO. It'd be c£35m for £25m worth of player. Whilst I appreciate that Alonso is worth more than his TM value, it's not that much higher.

I'd want to reduce the cash to £10m if it was Ogbonna and Grenier also included.

Sanchez + Motta? I'd want a total package of around £55m. Now you're thinking that's more than their TM value. I think it's their realistic value. But guess what? Same as I did with Hero, when I sold him Hazard, I will also value your players at their realistic value. I rated Harry Kane at more than four times his TM worth in that deal.

So, what about something like this:

Sanchez + Motta = Varane (£30m) + Xabi Alonso (£15m) + £10m cash, however you want to raise it.

Ogbonna + £10m for Varane now

Grenier for Alonso to go through after the tactics cut off

i.e. my original offer, but split up so that I don't stitch us up in midfield this week
