Racing seem to be controlling things at the moment

Think Clancy is being pretty one sided here, and its incredibly rare that I would say that about a ref, but hes been incredibly harsh on Racing and pretty kind to Saints.

I have to disagree with you there, I think he needs to sort the scrum out though

Agreed how he gave a pen with Saints scrum flyiñg backwards also Hartley always standing up] and getting away with it!

The racing players not happy with Clancy, in the pro 12 we have to put up with him every week.

I don't think he has any idea whats going on in the scrum, Scottish fans on this board will tell you that "clown shoes" as they call him plays roulette when it comes to scrums.

Yep, he does, and its blydi annoying when the side that is winning that battle is the one he penalises...

Can't help but think they've blown it by not getting anything at all during their man advantage. Poor George won't be happy if they go on to lose by less than 7.

Its incredible. Both sets of players must be thinking wtf like... At least he reversed the penalty for Woods 'clearout'

The most worrying thing is that this guy is in the IRB elite panel of referees and was recently officiating in the Rugby Championship, where you may remember he sinbinned a Springbok in very dubious fashion and Australia went on to win.

What sre Saints doing

Yeah, he makes me love being Irish in that we won't get him in Europe or in test rugby. Still see him ruin the odd inter-pro though :-/

That was a terrible game of rugby, and something of an implosion by the Saints

What a turgid game, well done to Racing, they had a plan and executed it but blimey that took some effort to watch!

Deserved result even with the ref

Over to the tigers v Ulster should be better than this game at least we will not get an Irish ref.

Yeah not a great watch but I suspect the players knew they were just the warm up act for the proper match. You have to be a seriously deranged individual to believe Leicester can win but luckily I am that deranged.

Might even get some neutral support thanks to being overwhelming underdogs.
