Non Irish Qualified Players

With the restriction of only 4 players next year I was wondering where Leinster and Munster stand.

Ulster have:
Williams 2016
de Merwe 2016
Ludik 2016
Herbst 2017 (will be IQ)
Pienaer 2017

so I assume we will see no change next year and when the 3 contracts are up in 2016 we will only be allowed to sign 2 NIQ

What is the position at the other Provinces with current contracts and likely replacements?

BJ - 2015 - Contract up at the end of this season.
CJ Project - IQ Nov 2015.
Bleyenthaal - 3 year contract - to arrive this weekend.
Gerhardt vd Heever - 2 year contract with option on 3rd (on 2nd year now and out for the rest of the season).
Smith - 2015 - Up at end of this season (2015).

Howard & Guizan??? are just here for injury cover. Howard will be gone the 14th Feb. Not sure about our hooker as both Varley & Sherry are out for the rest of the season.

CJ becoming IQ will free up a spot just after the world cup.

So even with the reduction to 4 NIQ Munster have a lot of freedom for movement this summer.
