Zebo is going to let France intercept him maybe twice if he can, the bastareaud!  He shouldn't be playing really, if Joe knew anything about Irish-French men and their hidden biases.

They probably all could. You can see by how strictly the Ireland players abide by the laws when playing that they have a deep understanding of the game.
No reason why other team can't follow suit. They are available on the IRB website. For instance, there's a whole paragraph on how not to block an opponent from attempting to make a tackle.
