I understand you not wanting to lose Modric, but I'd need a gain to lose those two as they are good depth and quality starters too

I can take either Monreal or Ansaldi as you prefer instead of Gibbs, which would give you the advantage in TM value too if you like, but would definitely still need Modric involved

Only way is if Modric is involved.

The idea is that with most of your CM's injured it gives you an available CM option in Ramires. Not really sure what to add TBH.

I'm going to need direct replacements for any of Pedro/Gundogan/Matuidi...

I was just using Modric as an example. I don't think we will have mutual ground to stand on to work out a deal here. Khedira & Modric are really the only ones that interest me.
