Couple of weeks ago it was all doom and gloom, MayPac was relatively dull, literally the world tuned into boxing. Would've been a great advert for the sport, and if it had gone well and generated a few new fans they would have gotten to see the proper fights. A Ricky Burns gutsy effort, a terrific upset win for a really good fighter in McDonnell. A real action fight in Kirkland/Angulo, the coming out of Gonzalez and GGG have a right slug out with Monroe. All of those fights had miles more action and casuals miss that and don't realise its like that, and don't realise the quality action fights that are there. Just kinda typical really...
