NFL Competition - Week 17

1) Each week you will be asked to predict the scores from that weekend's games. Predictions must be made before the start of games. You can just put Thursday night's predictions down and make the rest later but please add all addition predictions in a new post. If posts are updated after the games predictions won't be counted.

2) You will be get points depending on how close you are to the actual score. Points will be awarded in the following way:-

- You will get 10 points for getting the correct match outcome.
- You will get 10 points for getting a teams score correct.
- You will lose one of those 10 points for every point you are away from a teams score. Therefore you must be within 10 points of a teams score to gain points.
- If you get a match score spot on you will be awarded double points. So if the correctly predict a matches score you will receive a maximum 60 points.

Example:-

Your prediction - Steelers 17-31 Packers
Actual result - Steelers 25-31 Packers
Your score 22 points

You would receive 10 points for correctly predicting a Packers win. As you were 8 points off the Steelers score you get 2 points for that and another 10 points for getting the Packers score spot on.

Scores are taken from final scores so after OT if OT is included. Therefore be aware if you predict a tie it will have to be a tie after OT.

So with the 256 regular season games over and just 11 playoff games to go BamBam leads the overall leaderboard by 40 pts from Lowlandbrit in second. asdral225 is another 100+ npts back in third so this year's competition looks a straight two-way battle for the title between BamBam and Lowlandbrit.

For those way back, I will still be putting up a separate leaderboard for the playoffs as well as the overall competition so there is still something for the rest to play for.
