Great news! the sooner he gets out of nz, the better. Needs a confidence boost and the monkey off his back. gets a fresh start over here and will be a good prem player at the very least. The chance to do pre season and learn our moves/players/coaches is huge, especially from 10. Also means he will be injury free and fresh.

Thats what im hoping anyways, because i don't rate him that highly based on chiefs/ab form!

be interesting to see the starting line ups - I like Biggs on the wing - he looks really good. But we need some big names in if we are going to really contend this year.

Driver has got that pretty close I would say, but Cuthbert to start on the wing, don't think eastmond will start many prem games before christmas. Too much to learn. Remember how Shontayne was eased in and physically, he was much bigger!

Doesn't matter if Davey Wilson goes, I still think Belly is a better prop. Another great season from him just gone. Mears won't go either, MJ to take Leicester chum Chuter.

Fearns got some work to do to get Skirvings shirts, who was near to player of season last year. Also think Carraro/Hipkiss is a bit too similar, so Vesty at 12.

Keep an eye out for Spencer in the second row as well, hearing good things about him!

Another season for sure! Workload will drop dramatically when (if) Perenise and Wilson return from WC

Not concerned about props at all, but one injury to hoops/caldwell/attwood and it looks a bit desperate. Same out wide as well!

Anyone got any problems with me loaning a player from Saracens to Clermont? Its to benefit Clermont mainly, for a small amount of cash

Thoughts on Waldrom? Have him starting at 8 at the moment, is he a weakness at this level in this game? Stock must have risen since his is in WC training squad now as well. Is he worth replacing and are the players available significantly better? or should i buy cover elsehere, that won't start games!

There's 6-7 teams pushing for top four and the sides below them aint bad! Really competitive this season (bar Toulouse of course)

Its my first season obviously, but my its a hell of a competitive league. Some big games this week, but most of the top 6 winning, so difficult to see sarries jump a place.

For a lot of these games recently, the only thing i can seperate between teams is home advantage!

Tigers v Scots is pretty huge! Very tight at the moment, last three predos are crucial!

Any significance to the top 6? assuming its top 4 for playoffs?

No significance at all, just pride.

I like your front 5, big fan of Pierre and Pape. Bonnaire isn't great and Roussow isn't effective from 8. Wingers are very much out of form, like halfbacks and centre combo.

Brussow aside though your backrow is average for this league.

Pooly - thoughts on my waldrom/palu conundrum?

Fan of both mate, both much more effective from 8 though.

Palu slightly better player...lacks form though as you know

Fritz Lee & Vermeulen are good options as is Ashley Johnson.

Is Palu worth it for waldrom though? i think most would agree and judging by the top 10s, thats backed up. want to improve starting lineup, but if the gap isn't worth it, i'll get a back up back in
