You've got a few choices in there, perhaps:

Ebbsfleet United would like to announce a new initiative!

With the influx of new youth talent Ebbsfleet would like to offer you a chance to increase your talent. For a 1m fee, you can loan your youth to Ebbsfleet for a season where they will sit in their own youth squad, unused. Then after the loan expires, you get the player back.

As Ebbsfleet isn't involved in the youth game this gives you an opportunity to increase the number of youths you can have.

Clever, but not one I'll be taking up. I'm not about to spend so much cash on youth players I cannot play for 3 months, that it means I have more than 15 and therefore have to pay even more to loan them to you! I'm not made of money!!

Twist I have a proposition for you

It's win win as far as I can see. Find the cash and come end of season (if the player is as good as you think) there is a good chance the player will be worth more than 1m.

Only needs to be 1.25m to get your money back via releases. You get 1m easy enough via tactics and press conferences. To be honest 1m is cutting my own throat.

I'm looking out for you guys remember.

I'm willing to trade Thiago Silva for another CB but only for ones that are top club quality, realise his price like Chiellini is below his ability due to his age, if anyone wants one of the best in the world then hit me up x

What people should do in regards to the youth players is assign a date to them of purchase so you know then in 3 months time when you can upgrade them.

I'm with Marky. Ilicic has to play further forward in one of the 3 behind a striker.

Not quite sure on my formation yet. It largely factors on your opponents? Or do you just put what you think the best team out is to score goals?

My formation will depend on the opposition, although at this stage it is really hard to predict what other people's formation will be.

I usually mix it up between 3 preferred formation options depending on what I think the opponent goes with.

It was more that whichever of Shawcross and Kongolo you preferred but I'm lazy.

For me Mertens needs to either be LW or SS. Not a sole striker.
