I'm adding the following rules from now on.

Players that are brought into the league have a week cooling off period, this means that they are unavailable to other teams within the league domestically for that time frame.

I think this is already in there but if a manager does not provide feedback with votes initially, it will not count towards that manager claiming the weekly bonus. 

Also from next week onwards, Press conferences will be monitored more closely and if i find that they have been answered with extremely short answers i will not be allowing the £500k bonus. I understand that some questions are not easy to give full answers to but if you answer a few that way, i will not be accepting it. It is also the responsibility of the person writing the conferences to try to create questions with more meat on them.

Can I make a suggestion that we can transfer TPs in deals then?

So for instance, I could make a bid of 1 TP + 22m for Immobile. We need something to encourage domestics.

That could get messy fast IMO. 

We don't want to add even more layers to it.

No, but you need something to help domestics.

What happened to not messing with the rules mid season?

They aren't major things, they are slight tweaks to help the league run better.

Also it already said in the rules before i edited it that you get your bonus once you provide feedback and a result.

Alright well it's been clarified now so all good. Try and keep things in good spirit and remember it's just a bit of fun.

Might be in the minority but I didn't think anything was wrong with what Trebs did

what have I missed

Trebs offered cash for Falcao and Valencia

Nando needed an RB replacement as he only had 1 TP left

Trebs bought a RB and included him in the deal

that's worse than me signing youth players off of twist

I think public flogging is in order.

Think they'd prefer the flogging.

Far as im concerned it's trebs choice if he wants to use it to get a different deal over the line e.g kp boateng with milan

it is upto Trebs how he conducts his business..he's not the only one to sign a player and move them on

I agree there's no rules broken, just good deal making. If it encourages domestics then why not?

Its a bit different to someone using a TP on someone else's behalf to then sell them straight on for cash and a little profit.

Im not trying to choke domestic deals, no way. My point on it is, say afro wants to sign Pogba and he has used his 2 tps up then asks me to buy him and then trade through a deal, thats skirting the rules a bit hence the addition.

Its ok talking about encouraging domestics but feel free to add ideas..

I think it is fine to have a discussion, as long as everyone then falls in line with whatever is decided.

Similarly Miky, I would say it is valuable for you to listen to others thoughts, but then the final call is yours and yours alone. I'm behind your new rules for that very reason; you made your decision and I believe you did so with thought and reasoning, so whether I agree or not with the specifics is irrelevant to me

He wouldn't be able to sign Pogba as he's more than 30m.
Unless there's a secret rule that the league runner is allowed to buy anyone on TM?

I see no issue with Miky signing Pogba and then selling him to me for £30m
