If the rumour mill is correct John Mitchell,is Englands new defence Coach, the vast amount of money he asked for the SA side,
will mean his sacking. If true RFU are covering their bets if EJ is dumped, what will save him a good 6Ns?an all winning AI`s?
the RFU went the cost no object route for Coach and players wages.

EJ has pointed out correctly no one has solved the Club First culture,he can only work within the scheme of things,he has no control

over the players.Clubs decide who is fit who isn`t.He can`t ask for a player to be rested or change position when he has them,THEN

he`s in control.

To take effectively a B side to tour Sa is an insult to the hosts,to expect to win on the high veldt, where the best sides in the world struggle,

is a joke.If Mitchell is on board better he fixes the set piece than the defence, why couldn't they post pone the finals /cup matches till after

the tour?Sh sides post pone Super matches don`t they.

England's physios have final say on which 'contracted' players are fit.

EJ can and does ask for players to be rested (within the agreed terms). He cannot force clubs to play in a certain position, but can ask. He can play them in any position he wants.

England did not take a B side to SA

I think we all wish it had been a B side. In reality we took too many first teamers who probably could have done with a break.
