Same as any other position. You would need to sign another keeper.

Worth mentioning too, given the discussion about the subs being done are out of our control, you can only have a max of one keeper on the bench (although you don't have to have any)

What about you have to have 3 goalies.
If all three get injured the lowest rated GK injury is swapped for an outfield player.

Not sure why it needs any rules around it. You get 3 injuries and its all keepers, you manage it.

Its no different to having 3 strikers and them all getting injured

Think it’s clearly different myself, if you stick an outfield player in goals it’d have a massive impact as opposed to sticking an am up top. Seems ridiculously harsh to me

Think the main thing to counteract it is that lawyers and injuries happen on the same day, so you know on a Tuesday if your keepers are out, you've got probable cash coming in and two and a half days days in which to fix it.

Generally as well someone will trade a 3rd keeper over in the worst case scenario, don't think I can recall a time when that's not happened when a manager gets an injury whammy.

And you'd have to be ridiculously unlucky to get 3 keepers out, its usually only happened when Nads is down to 2 keepers

I can't even remember a time when 3 players in the same position group have been out either.

I'll declare now that if anyone does have 3 injuries all to keepers and have no spare, I will sell them my current third keeper, Szczepaniak, on a free transfer. For as long as I have him of course

Question on releases - if Trebs / whoever else is releasing players to get down to the squad limit, do they get the release value for all of them?

Yeah, that was Trebs starting squad list he's just added 3 draft picks and 2 foreigns so that's fine

Erm, I realise this may only lead to work for Hero, but...

Can we all select a home stadium instead of the generic one Fifa assigned? Because I think it's possible where Hero edits the teams.

Updated as of 30/10/2018 (did it first thing yesterday and then started moving players about).

Can we also fix weather conditions then? Otherwise someone who chooses a stadium in Mexico will have much better weather for their home games than the equivalent in Russia

That was my next question, does the stadium affect the weather conditions?

Personally I would always go with night games with clear conditions. No irritating shadows on the pitch and the stadiums always look better

When is the tactics deadline?


Looking at my squad, I definitely need another holding midfielder, and to cut back on a midfielder or two in order to boost my CB ranks.

Deadline for tactics is midnight on Friday, but squad cut off for the week is midnight Thursday, any transfers made on Friday are ineligible for this week

Issue with stadiums, only can choose between the 28 generic ones unfortunately to assign
