tna launch new promotion ?

A new wrestling promotion called the All Wheels Wrestling group will be taping TV shows at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida on June 29th. TNA will tape Impact Wrestling that same week - the 27th and 28th.

The All Wheels Wrestling promotion will tape their shows in the same studios that TNA uses for Impact.

Here is the AWW description from Universal's website. It should be noted that the AWW information appears on Universal's official TNA page:

"All Wheels Wrestling debuts June 29th at Universal Studios

This made for television event will appeal to both wrestling fans and motorsports enthusiasts alike. Come witness the high flying moves of some of the greatest pro wrestlers in the world as they battle it out in the ring in front of a live audience.

Doors open at 6:30PM. Taping begins at 7:00PM. Taping held at Universal Studios' Soundstage 21. This is a non-ticketed event and seating is based on a first come first served basis. It is recommended to arrive one hour prior to doors open. Video cameras and audio recording equipment is not allowed. Show may cancel and schedules and/or audience requirements may alter at any time."

The trademark and web domain for the terms “All Wheels Wrestling” are owned by different subsidiaries of TNA, so it would appear this is a new brand the promotion is looking into launching in some form.

It's not going to be wrestlers driving cars is it?

i would hope not.

maybe tna could use it to extend their x division storyline have them go off set up there own show?

It's obviously not going to be something good, this line on its own makes me cringe;

it's my kind of show cos i love motorsports (f1 , dirt biking etc) and wrestling

We're going to have Hulk Hogan driving through flaming hoops and Flair blading on the back of a NASCAR car.

this sounds amazing.

TNA are going to go literal on the term "car crash tv"

This reeks of Hulk Hogan trying to extend his legacy - because it must be the only way Nick Hogan is going to be able to become a 2nd generation superstar.

And if that is the case - then I echo Che's comment that somebody will die. Or at least become a paraplegic.

Another piece of news is that Comcast is looking to buy up 100% of Universal Studios (it already holds 50%), it has ninety days to buy up the other 50% of the amusement parks.
Comcast owns NBC, USA network falls under the umbrella of NBC and WWE is tied to USA - long story short TNA could be losing their home arena if Comcast buys up all the amusement parks

I think it might be under the TNA banner, rather than Panda. And I assume it must have something to do with TNA as it involves professional wrestlers.

If TNA lose their home it will be the best thing that happen to them
