New rugby moderators

Congratulations to Riscagame who has moved to the dark side and joined the rugby moderators. He's a well respected member of the forum, and will fill in the long overdue Welsh moderator vacancy given our previous ones no longer post here.



More moderators will be appointed in due course and will be announced on here - they just don't know it yet!

Sadly I would like to report a breach of data protection as my location in my profile was edited to my location.

Clearly someone is abusing their new powers.

That's quite a claim to make given:

1 - only admins have the ability to alter profiles. That is their function on the forum.

2 - I have access to the site log which tells me all changes made to the forum by mods, admins or anyone else. There is no record of any of the team changing your profile, other than me deleting the new location while I did some investigating.

As such I consider this matter closed - feel free to PM me if you disagree.

I've locked this thread as it's not here to have a moan about moderating decisions (post has been deleted earlier). Fwiw I fully agree with the actions taken by the team today having reviewed the posts and their discussions on the super secret mod section. Worth remembering that we generally discuss actions as a group and every mod (from all nationalities) were in agreement. That's why I brought in new moderators from all home nations, to ensure we see all viewpoints.

As such I'm going to lock this thread as it's no longer current.

7.5 - I'm sorry you keep having issues but I literally can't see anything on your profile that is stopping you, and we've not come across this with anyone else. I don't use the mobile site personally as o prefer the desktop version.
