New Mental Health Podcast

Hi All,
I hope it's ok sharing this and that it's in the right section!

I’ve just launched a new podcast with a friend where we explore our relationship with music/the arts and its links to mental health and wellbeing. It would be great if you could like/share/listen as we look to grow and develop the show.

For example, the first episode explores ‘Who Are You’ and the life of Keith Moon, linking in with everyday life/what we can learn from his story and the second episode focuses on 'Ghost Town'
