St Helens will be without stand-off Leon Pryce for Saturday's opening match of the season against champions Wigan.

But Pryce's half-back partner Kyle Eastmond makes his first start since last September's qualifying semi-final after recovering from ankle surgery.

Michael Maguire's men are without England prop Stuart Fielden, who is still recovering from a knee operation.

But former Melbourne forwards Ryan Hoffman and Jeff Lima are in the 19-man squad and are both set for their debut.

Centre Martin Gleeson and second rower Harrison Hansen are also named in Maguire's squad.
