Was pretty easy to pick 10 names, with a combination of form and class, but at certain positions, i was struggling! funny how all the home nations seem to be struggling at 9 and 12. Didn't see anyone on much better form to oust Cole either. I know roberts is not in great nick, but thats a tested partnerships and I like it!

Pull: just quick, are there 22 matches in this league still yeah? Trying to work out purchases and whether to wait for injuries etc!

Tough calls on Gray and Davies in the SR but I feel POC has to be there for leadership. Same with Wilko/Sexton/Flood. Hard to not pick the Irish back row.

any chance of some help with my team lads? I need to get into the top 4!! What are the weaknesses and which would you improve first?

Some people love Steen, some don't he is a top 5 LH on the ratings, but injured. Not sure he is a weakness, when alongside BDP and Franks, surely one of the best front rows?

Easter, again was 6th in the ratings, but now some saying he might need an upgrade and this is made worse as the S15 season means we all forget about players like Easter because he hasn't played.

Maitland, one of the form players of the season, one of top try scorers, thought he would have made the 3Ns squad, but maybe a year too early. Would people rate a back three of:

Gear
Habana/Toeava
Toeava/Smith

higher then anything with Maitland in?

Any help appreciated, want to gauge your opinion and mess team around a bit before i start the new job and cut back my 606 hours hugely!

Steenkamp's decent, certainly no weakness but could be improved on. With a top 3 LH you'd have the best in the league, I'd say Toulouse's is better at the minute though.

Replace Easter, I love the guy for England and what he's about but you should look to do better.

Replace Maitland. As I've said before, doesn't look the finished article to me. Great finisher - but you could put any speedster on the wing and outside SBW and Carter you're bound to score a few. That Genia try in the final - he just ran past Maitland without a scratch.

You can check back on previous to back this up.....I really don't rate Steenkamp. He's what 29/30? Had one good season and has been battered throughout the rest of his career.

Not a strong scrummager at all, I remember a 20yo Dan Cole absolutley dismantling him a few years back and that image has just stuck with me.

I know your thoughts on Steen pooly! There was a beast v steen debate on here about two weeks ago!

Steenkamp is just an an angry fat bloke - like Pooly said he had one good season.

I'm a Maitland fan and wouldn't mark you down for having him but at the same time he won't stand out on a teamsheet the same way Chris Ashton or Tommy Bowe would.

He was fantastic in the S15 semi vs Sharks where he pulled about 5 defenders to one space to tee Sonny Bill up was sheer class.

Still think Guildford is the best all round winger in the SH with Bowe the best in the world.

Guildford has had a great season, needs to transform this to Int stage though. I'm a big fan of Mitchell, Gear and Jane and would rate those ahead of Guildform myself. And JOC who's amazing 10-15!

Regretting signing maitland when guildford was available! Zac was injured and looked like a slow return to form, also rumours that he fel out with AB mgmt and wouldn't get picked.

I got that completely wrong! Think Guildford would only sneak into my top 10 though

In terms of all round play i was refering to Pooly. Mitchell and Gear are out and out finishers and don't seem to be that good in the defense roles.

Cory Jane is a fantastic all rounder but i think Guildford comes of his wing a bit more and links the play up.

JOC is not a winger think he's wasted out there , Should be a 12.

Reckon JOC will be 12 week in week out for the Rebels, surely?

Bathite I would swap Clerc for Maitland like I have said before.

Would people rate Clerc better than Maitland?

Plus I want to have the Crusaders wingers if possible, but like others have said target a new 8 and a better winger then.

Looking for a loan flanker or a loan full-back if possible.

Just thinking about releasing some players aswell, the one's who are injured.

I wouldn't personally. Clerc has dwindelled over the season and had Cau Cau ahead of him at the end. JOC needs to be close to the ball, agree there Driver. Really like Guildford though, he's came on loads.

Are there injuries for play offs? if so is it still 4 players? any play off stuff/bonuses/cash i need to know about?

Crockett had all sorts of problems at scrum time.

Didn't see it Driver, but everything I have read said the AB's demolished them in the set piece.

Crockett had a fantastic Super 15 season that's all you need to think about mate.

inthefastlane came to me saying Rod Davies isn't good because he had one poor game against Samoa. However we all know that he is a fantastic prospect as a winger, scored a hat-trick only a couple of weeks before the Samoa game.

Crockett was very good for Crusaders, the likes of Tonga and Samoa are beasts we all know that one off game for New Zealand doesn't make him bad Driver.

Davies isn"t international quality was the point I was making and I think all teams in this league are international quality.

I don't play him anyway like I said, but I have to say even though my side is bottom and mediocre I can always field one of the strongest benches on the game.
