Pooly what I meant was in the same way Caleb Ralph looked better than he was. Canterbury can make a player look good. I think maitland is tidy and would slay the AP. Don't think he is top class though. Also like the tactic of ben smith coming in as receiver. Glos do this with jsd and it works like a charm

Smith does it a lot in the S15, works well. Time will tell on Maitland, he's a pure finisher but NZ arnt exactly short in wingers. When you think they've left Gear, Sivi, Ranger at home....crazy talent.

That was simply down to my Lions being on such good form. Phillips, Monye, Heaslip, Wallace etc were riding the crest of a wave.

Was tighter than final score shows Arry looking at predo's. It's a pretty brutal scoring system tbh

Yeah I feel that the final result doesn't show a fair reflection. Was a lot closer than that, the scoreline suggests Sarries won at a canter.

It's the same scoring system we've had for ages, you have to take the rough with the smooth.

Not complaining Pete, simply stating that it looks like you thrashed me when if you look at the predos for most of them there was 1 or 2 points in it. Anyway well done, congrats.

I'm not getting at you Arry mate, just seems like we are 1 day into the season and we have moaning already with people already taking issue at at what others have said in their predos.
