Thoughts guys? Rooting for Froch big time, head so wants to have a bet on Ward by UD but can't bring myself to do it.

I understand there's a lot of Froch fans on here but Watt is making fair points in my opinion, Froch needs to land some eye catching shots.

Very little to be honest, both quicker with better work rates, he did seem to run out of steam in the last couple of rounds something both bring on far sooner and to critical effect.

I gave Froch 1, 5, 9, 11 and 12 so fully understand the scorecards, was a good performance by both men but wasn't as impressed with Ward as others seem to be.

1? He didn't do anything, at best you could call it a draw which the judge didn't do based on his scoring

Still don't think Ward has the personally to be a mega star. Froch looked incredibly scrappy and Ward held too much in the 2nd half. It was a gripping fight but I still haven't warmed to Ward. Dan Rafael said the place is half empty. Ward just ain't that much of a draw.

Stylistically Ward / Dirrell are terrible fights for Froch. Bute would be a great.

I gave Froch 2 rounds and 2 tied and thought I was being generous...

Would have liked to have seen him open up a bit more a bit earlier.

Ward didn't do much either and it was Froch trying to initiate in the first so gave him the round, 118-110 is a bit wide for me.

Id still back Froch against Kessler. I think he could have stopped him in the first fight if he had upped his workrate. Was a frustrating night from what I remember.

1.) would put him in vs both. He always makes a good fight and bute hasn't fought anyone like him and kessler like to go to war also.

2.) He should go after bute, maybe a mandatory or two. The Light Heavyweight division is stacked and ward won his gold medal in the light heavyweight division so he would be no stranger to the division
