What boots would you say are good for all weather pitches 5 a side? Need to get some new ones.

Lucas Barrios is a good signing, especially for £12m.

Out of favour atm at Dortmund but a top striker and I would have expected him to be in the £15-20m range, so £12m is a bargain IMO

12 Million for Lucas Barrios.....chelsea interested in him. Hopefully people might think that is a good TP. He is a goal poacher, so with the wingers I have he is the right sort of player to be in the box ready to convert the crosses.

IMO, that is one of the best value signings in the league to date.

Similar ability players are moving for a lot more.

Good point. He may pick up a lot of facial injuries, whilst also earning a lot of red cards for your opponents

3rd time lucky for strikers for me....Bendtner...Anelka....Lucas Barrios.

If I get a TP next monday I will probably get rid of Anelka. I was desperate for a good striker. I have Nolito and Ramirez on the wings....possibly even Kalou.

Anelka was good and I disagree with what someone else said earlier about him as a lone frontman. I think he does (or did) that well, especially when at Arsenal.

But moving to China is a disaster for this game because he just won't be seen and his rating will be affected

Ok then guys, answer me this one. I have Ramirez, Nolito and Kalou that can play on the left and right wing. I also have Anelka who can play on the right.

Who should my wingers be? I am favouring Ramirez and Kalou at the moment

im a big fan of Kalou he was chelsea's 2nd top scorer last season which surprised a lot of people

That was me Afro, he played for Arsenal years ago. He hasn't played as a CF for a long time. It depends on how he is played but his ratings ain't so high.

Kalou is good coming of the bench.

I would probably play Anelka as an impact player coming off the bench now.

Milito has 6 goals this season, 6 less then Inrahimovich who has scored 6 pens.

What if I offer £20m for Sagna?

ive enough money and Sagna is one of the best RB's in the league despite he's injury due back soon anyway

I think you should improve on Alex as I feel he would struggle against pacy strikers.

Hero is such a tough transfer negotiater. How would you lot rate these offers -

Pastore + 8M now + 4M when I get it + Steven Defour 3 game loan = Eriksen + Vertongen

Offer 2
Pastore = Eriksen + Gibbs

Offer 3
Pastore = Gerrard + Isla

they two strikers have 26 goals between them this season

Totally, but it's become a bit notorious for it now for some reason. Certainly the better ones outway the poor though.

It does annoy me that people seem to think the premier leauge is league where you make it as a top class player. Many premier leauge players would struggle in the more technical leauges reason why our English players rarely move.

I don't think that's always the case, a lot of players that fail elsewhere find this league a playground... Henry for example.

Barrios is a good signing IMO. You need to hope he moves IRL now so he can capture his form again.

Kalou is actually a good player, I hate to admit as hes a chelsea piece of of doo doo. BUt yes he is good. I have Dempsey, Bastos and Frei so I didnt need him.

I know exactly where I would target you. Going forward you look good. albeit lacking someone dictating play from deep, but defensively I think there are big gaps.

I know that people get a bonus if they find a manager but as the season is starting soon, I don't know why you don't just post an all forums annoucement asking if someone wants the job and detailing a little about what the role involves.
