2 indy stars pass away

Chip Fairway, whose real name is Brett Keen, passed away in his sleep this weekend at the age of 38. He was trained by Les Thatcher and was a regular for the HWA and IWA Mid-South. He left the business to devote his full time to his children.
Frank Morin, who competed as Stinky the Homeless Guy also passed away on April 1 due to complicated of cancer. He was 23. He was best known for wrestling in C*4 and ISW.
id would like to send our condolences to the family and friends of both Keen and Morin.

"Stinky the Homeless Guy" - condolences but is it still possible to sue for gimmick infringement?

23 and 38 are absolutely no ages what so ever
