Awesome Kong is Kharma

The former TNA knockout Awesome Kong's name in WWE has been finally revealed in a new vignette on this weeks Raw. Her new moniker is... wait for it - drum rolls please - KHARMA. It does not have the intensity or indeed awesomness that the TNA name has and we can't help but wonder if kharma karma is going to bite WWE on the backside. Only time will tell how effective *cough* Kharma will be in the big E.

That vignette is brilliant, pretty dark too. Can't wait for her debut.

The vignettes have been great and nothing wrong with the name

Think it's a great name for her myself and good to see WWE putting the efforts in on vignettes for both a diva and an ex TNA star.

You also know that its gonna lead to some "Kharma is a bitch" promos, infact that should be her catchphrase

Straight away I thought that too, though I wonder if 'bitch' gets past the PG brigade.

Looking forward too Kharma feuding with Beth Pheonix,finally some Diva talent.

I can still see a Diva revolt against Michael Cole with the Vole introducing her as his bodyguard... though I imagine by the latest vignette that she will be appearing next Monday?

The word is that Beth Phoenix is going to be first up for Kharma, which is why Beth went to RAW. Seems a bit soon to be doing that I reckon.

I would tend to agree that the feud should of been built up by the squashing the weak Divas first but then again, what better way to get over for Kharma than by putting on a great feud with the biggest Diva on the roster?

Hopefully, this will be Kong/ Kim level.

Unfortunately I reckon the WWE will book it at Maria vs Kelly Kelly level

Beth shouldn't be a sacrificial lamb though, you could have Eve or Kelly Kelly or whoever playing that role. Beth should be the one who eventually overcomes Kharma.

Just because Beth is going up against Kharma doesnt mean that along the way, K wont steam roller the other Bivas (see what I did there)

There probably be some 6 Divas tag match when Kharma interupts and destroys everyone, Phoenix comes out to make the save but Kharma exits the ring leading to a stare down, a bit of finger wagging from Beth and Kharma looking back menacingly through her dreadlocks.

I'm going for like a 10 Diva battle royal to determine the #1 contender.
Kharma is the last Diva out, comes out and destroys everyone and is the new #1 contender. What a debut!

The thing is booking Kharma should be the easiest thing in the world: she comes in, destroys a few lower level Divas, moves on to a few more challenging matches where a plucky babyface gives her some problems before she eventually gets toppled by a top face Diva.

It should be spread out over the course of a year or so, but I can't see WWE being that patient.

WWE have shown in the past with Umaga that they can maintain someone's monster aura even with numerous losses. On the flip side to that, Khali went from monster to jobber to comedy figure in pretty rapid order.

Time will tell how things go with Kharma.

The problem is that the best example is Chyna and they showed for ages that they didn't know what to do with her. It was either squash matches with other women, really bad matches with men or the bodyguard role...

Chyna's problem was that she feuded with men for so long that when they tried to put her in feuds with other women, no-one bought it and she patently couldn't be bothered.

The good housekeeping match is the the zenith of the attitude era!

I liked it when Chris Jericho smashed her thumb with a hammer, even if there was a sausage in the glove instead of her actual thumb. And that Wrestlemania match where her pants split.
