Kong/Kharma/Kia Stevens You Get The Idea Article

Since the wwe debut of arguably the most recognizable and well known female wrestler today is approaching.

How does everyone view Awesome Kong stepping up to the real big time (No offense TNA).

Firstly it looks like from these ratehr dark and sinister promos, that the whole of the divas roster is goign to be put on alert, the thing is Kong is so well known to most wrestling fans now (barring the kids who asssume that every lass in WWE is a model) that she has to go on a big powerful winning run.

It was proved a few years ago with Umaga that having someone go on a massive and credbile unbeaton path of destruction, and they only lose by DQ or countout that by the time they do have a clean loss that losing isn't a problem since they are already over with the fans.

I meen how can anyone expect Eve or Layla to be scoring pin falss over this women?

It would be like having Khali get pinned by Hornswog..... that might have happened actually, moving on.

Now apparently Kong or Kharma as we going to have to get used to saying, was rather happy about signing with the E from her twitter, so evidently whatever is in place she has agreed to, first off I had a feelign one of laycool might replace the other with her, but from the vignette it looks like the Divas Title (is that really going to be called that) will be Kongs by over the limit or capital punishment.

obviously Kong has to be heel and hold the belt for as long as possible (barring injuries).

Also barring possibly beth phoenix, and maybe mcool if she can improve a bit more, who would even believably beat Kong?

How does everyone see it possibly panning out? A boost to the womens division? or 6 months in a relationship with santino (as someone brilliantly put on here)

Well the what Gail Kim had over her in TNA were convincing.

What I want to know is whether WWE will pull the trigger on the Biva division and actually put on an interesting program with it.

My greatest fear is that Kharma will come in, make a splash for about 3 weeks, and then Vince will get bored, ask Maryse to get her baps out in playboy and run a Biva search, reducing Kharma to Tinos love interest.

Although, she will undoubtedly make more money and have a bigger audience, I just hope she doesnt regret the move in the same way Gail Kim most probably does.

prediction - 3 months time, Kharma in a :bowler:

Beth Nattie and McCool are the only legit girls the WWE have that could match up with Kharma, Gail Kim had a fantastic feud with her in TNA but for me She just isn't realistic, I'd have Kharma use the old King Kong Bundy tactic and use a 5 count instead of a 3

On the current roster, only Beth Phoenix and Natalya would be believable in beating Kong. Gail Kim is another one, given what they both did in TNA, but she'd need to be built up a bit first because she's done a big bunch of nothing since she rejoined the WWE.

Trouble is, if they're going to make Kong the focal point of the division (which they should) it's unlikely they'd also take the time to build someone like Gail Kim or Michelle McCool or Maryse as being a credible threat to Kong.

Booked right, Kong could be the most important thing to happen to the women's division in WWE since.........well, ever. But we've seen them screw up sure-fire things so often in the past that I'm not holding out too much hope they'll get it right this time.

I don't think McCool needs much building to be honest, shes been such a big part of SD over the last 3 years she always seems credible but i do agree that it would be out of character for the WWE to book more than 1 Diva well

Kong/Kim matches were pretty damn good if I recall - would like to see if they can surpass those TNA matches, but like Y2 says Gail has done f-all recently so needs a huge programme to build her up.

I would have her start with Beth (as is planned) then have Natty & Kim get involved somehow later on (maybe use Natty to build Kim up whilst the Beth feud is going on)

The other issue with the TNA matches is that they were quite hardcore - Chairs etc.

Cant really do that in the WWE - especially in the Biva division.

I really rate Gail Kim - she has fantastic norks as well.

Anyone else think that if Kong gets her hands on the Divas that we're going to have a spate of Rob Van Dam style injuries? Eve will lose her front teeth, Layla will have her collarbone broken, the Bellas will rupture their spleens.

Hey it will fit around her sholders especially if they do a TNA and make her a transformers style belt.

maybe shell do the Umaga thing of carrying the belt in her mouth,

besides a belt that could fold out into a chair would be rather good, as a transformer.

Kong's belt should transform into a tin opener. Then she can open cans of baked beans on her way to the ring and eat them cold. That's the best way to get someone over as a monster - cold beans.

Even better the belt folds out into Tatsu, would suit his theme music.

Tatsu's entrance should be like an old Nintendo platform game where he has to jump over obstacles before beating a big boss at the end of the level.

he'de do it like mario and fight bowser in the ring each week.
then after beating bowser he could move on to neo cortex, eggman etc.

until he finally starts fighting the best from smackdown vs raw game, which will cement his rise to hall of fame status in everyones eyes.

I thought the other day he could do a tajiri. Start blowing poison fog at people.

They'll probably wait until he turns heel and give him a salt throwing gimmick.

Thing is Tatsu could Tombstone a baby and everyone would still love him.

At that rate tatsu will end the streak.

He's the only candidate.

Good vote he is on smackdown now, I read somwhere that masters was on a 20 week winnning streak before he lost to drew.

Damn what a waste. They could have built up Masters v The Undertaker for Wrestlemania 28 in a Streak v Streak match.
