In fact it was so long ago I don't think Olly's mum was born.
Olly's mum could conceivably be only 32/33 years old, making her a MILF Whistle

Fer admitted he should have conceded a penalty. Had it been given most would have been criticising him for giving away a silly penalty leading to conceding a goal (unless Jonny Walters took it)

He admitted he tugged his shirt. Which was happening at pretty much every single set piece today. Either all are pens, or all are not.

Anyways he put in another solid performance in CM. BUT JONNY HOWSON BABAY! God I hope we allow him to finally express himself, rather than making him play a position that isn't his natural one

Streamed a bit (I was bored okay!!!)

Didn't think Fer was great again tbh. Stood off too much rather than dominating the game, was a silly booking too. Tettey looked the man to me. Pilkington looked you most dangerous player and I can see what you were saying about him starting ahead of Redmond.

Half time Reims 1-1 Monaco on BT Sport, much more entertaining than Stoke v Norwich was. Moutinho with a great freekick.

Fer first half was good, seemed to be a bit more restricted 2nd half (as did Howson, seems Hughton had told them to sit). Tettey was a beast, I still don't know how some Norwich fans rate Bradley Johnson over him.

Pilks was decent, struggling with match fitness. He's so dangerous with both feet though, and has the end product/decision making in his game at the minute that Redmond doesn't.

Still think Redmond coming off the bench with 25/30 mins left would be a great option for us against tiring defences.

Also pretty impressed by Martin Olsson today. Was by all accounts pants against Watford midweek, but he dealt with Walters physicality well first half, then kept Pennant quiet second.

Monaco have been a bit disappointing though and the Reims keeper should have done better with that free kick. Pretty sure that was Moncao's only real chance in the first half.

Roma are looking amazing btw. Florenzi scored again, Pjanic running the show. Benatia looks immense, scored a great volley. Has been the best defender in La Liga this season from what I have seen. Any decent offers for my current CBs, I know exactly where I'm going to replace them

Another quality Belgian player!

Totti still class. Great to see him playing well. Roma also have this up and coming goal machine called Gervinho!!

Arsenal must have really affected him because he was class for Lille and looks good for Roma

Yeah, they paid out his release clause. €20m I think.

I am still interested in Benteke if nothing happens with Hero. Could do something with Drogba and Barzagli, Jagielka or Martinez?

To pick up on the point about Pilkington, for me he is one of our most talented players, if not the most talented. Brilliant with both feet, has pace, also the ability to seemlessly beat players at will, just he can be inconsistent and seems to always be injured. Gutted he cut off his beard Sad

Just seen J-Rod on now and Kondogbia came on for Riviere when they were chasing a goal???

Nice play by Totti and tidy finish by Ljajic for Roma. 5-0 up now

I think Kondogbia for Riviere was to push Moutinho further forward. Ocampos looks awful and J-Rod has done nothing since replacing Ferreira-Carrasco!

Had to do the deal with Hero, Dante improves my defence and with Lukaku and Defoe still in my strikeforce, barring any more catastrophic injuries, Southampton should be stronger for it.

Despite the appeal of the offers from Afro and Trebs, Dante is a better CB IMO than Rami/Jags/Barzagli. And Drogba/Roux would be behind Lukaku and Defoe on current form.

I finally won a bet last night. I feel a bit robbed as well though because I'm sure I should have won the other half of the double I had. William Hill can expect a strongly worded post on facebook.

We have no goal threats. Nolan hasn't scored recently so I advocate dropping him. And christ, stop playing Diame on the wing!

West Ham look like they could be in for a long season, as could Fulham, despite you both having good sides on paper.

RVW seems to have a foot problem, deffo was struggling with it yesterday, would rather he was dropped and rested up rather than play him tbh.

People want Snodgrass dropped. These people are idiots. Probably the same ones who wanted 18 year old Josh Murphy to come on yesterday for his debut, when we're winning a close game away at Stoke. Neither the time, nor the place

What is the point of Palace this year? Absolute whipping boys, anybody that loses to them needs to look at themselves seriously.

Fulham really don't have a very good midfield

If you look harder at our side on paper, it's really not that good.

Good enough spine - Reid, Tomkins, Noble, Diame, Morrison. But no bite up front and under-performing wide men.

They're being sensible. They won the playoffs but knew they had a very slim chance of staying up. So they're fighting with a weak squad and will make the most of the PL money and parachute payments for a few years. Come back in a few years much stronger for it.

Pretty sure WBA did a similar thing, yo-yo'd from Premier League to Championship a few times before they were financially stable. Azzy will no doubt tell me I'm wrong now Wink

Harsh.

People could easily have said the same about Norwich not too long ago, so don't get to big for your boots now you've been in the big league for a few years. It's a dangerous game and football has a habit of turning itself on it's head, and Norwich aren't so well established that relegation would be a shock.

Mark the 30th November in your calendars because that is when Palace play Norwich.

If they win it will be a great belated birthday present.
