He is being consistent in his approach tho - defensive players have to get out of the way - attackers get a chance to place the ball.

Either the Alba clock is wrong or the half ended 40 seconds early?

Happy with that half from Edinburgh - best I've seen all season anyway.

We're lucky the blues are short of confidence too because we're still making too many mistakes

I thought he gave Rees a talking to. If that's the case it was still wrong, as it looked to me as if Warbs got a good turnover. Rees and Davies had clearly rolled out of the way too. I don't think it will be a deciding factor in the result, I just believe it was unfair.

Rees is captain and was getting a team talking to.

warbs wasn't supporting his own weight from what I saw

No - the ref is being both strict and consistent. Its up to the players to adapt. Its not unfair as Edinburgh players have been similarly pinged. Warbs was on his knees not his feet.

Must have a different clock at the match, otherwise I don't think Patchell would have missed the pitch by quite that much!

I'd have to rewatch said incident, but that's how it looked to me at the time. I don't think Clancy is favouring one or the other BTW. Afterall, he isn't nicknamed Clownshoes Clancy for no reason.
