He has been fine so far IMO

Just ran the Cardiff Half marathon. Did it affect people getting to the Blues ground?! It was rammed everywhere, and half the roads were shut (obviously).

Anyway, now sat enjoying the rugby at home while slowly ceasing up everywhere below the waist. Beautiful day. I caught the sun a bit too!

Pretty repetitive here - hold on to the ball a few phases and you'll get a penalty
