My first post !!!!!

Hello everyone, as the title explains, this is my first post on this new forum/site, how do you all find it ? After being on the old Scrum V site and then the BBC 606 site I think I might need some adjusting to get used to this one. So in respect this is my practice post, so how the devil are you all ?

Welcome to 606v2, I gave up on 606 a week or two ago, getting taken over by wums. They are in short supply here here, just plenty of good rugby chat, discussion and argument.

Take your time, find your way around and if you have any suggestions that may improve it let people know. If they're good enough they may just get taken on.
It's definatley a "user friendly" forum.

I suggest you go into your profile and turn off the notification email bit!

aye that's a feature on this site that you can enable/disable to your own preference. Also the ability to edit your own post and no 3 minute rule...just loads more convenient on here!

switched it of now, as I was getting e-mails I do not need

Make sure you switch it off in your profile at the top, otherwise you will get notifications on every other thread you post on.

You only have to do it once in your profile and its off for everywhere.

I've only just started here and it's fantastic I was a bit dubious for a while, conservative blighter that I am, but once you get used to the format it's great, some excellent posts. Also, I quite like the email notification thing, though I see it could quickly become annoying if like Hobo here you're posting on every thread (I appreciate that's because he runs it :P)

I ,too,was a "virgin" until this evening.Apart from everyone not agreeing with me,this seems not a bad place to be!!

I only started posting here yesterday, having registered a few months ago. It's inevitable that it'll take time to get used to the new 606 but the signs are good and, to quote someone whose name escapes me, I think I'm going to like it here!
