They are showing Glasgow V Scarlets tomorrow on BBC Alba. Glasgow gets lot more coverage than Edinburgh does!

Althought o be fair I think Alba just piggy back on BBC Wales or S4C feeds.

Forecast is to be cloudy and a bit windy, but it looks like it will be pishin doon in the second half.

If either team can build a 7-10 point lead at half time it might be hard for the opposition to pull it back in the rain.

Edinburgh Rugby have invited fans to join them on the hallowed Murrayfield turf after tonight’s match against Ulster (kick-off 7.45pm).

The game against the Ulstermen will be the last on the current surface before it’s ripped up and replaced with a new, hybrid pitch in time for next season.

At the end of the players’ post match huddle Edinburgh Rugby will welcome supporters on to the pitch, where they can pass, sidestep, score tries and kick goals at the national stadium.

Managing director, David Davies, said: “Very few have the honour of running out at Murrayfield and we thought that this was the ideal opportunity to offer that experience to our fans, who will hopefully bring a ball and have a bit of fun after the game.

“However, as the pitch is infected with a parasitic worm, we ask that fans do not try and take any of the surface home.”

Gutted I can't go, would've loved to take a ball and kicking tee along and do some kicking at Murrayfield!

Well they've really sold this idea well!!

I would take to the pitch and have a few shots at goal, but I'd be nervous that my skills would see me in an international jersey before long......

Probably worth pointing out that Hearts vs Dundee United is on at the same tonight so the local boozers are likely to be full of wendyball fans.

Maintain personal space and don't make eye contact and you should be fine....

Better not let them know that there's a sanctioned pitch invasion post-match at Murrayfield. They'll dismantle the place!

The team video has Blaauw replacing Dickinson and Alex Allan on the bench. Can't find any announcement about it though, so might just be an SRU up.

Well GC has Alex Allan down to join the Scotland squad in the summer (in an unofficial sort of capacity), so best he gets some rugby under his belt!

Funny you mention it. I actually saw one heading down Princes Street the other day. What really put a spring in my step though is that the whole network jammed during it's trial because someone had parked their car on double yellow lines in St Andrew's Square, just whilst they popped out to get something. I love the idea that this fabulous new network could cause someone to miss their flight due to vans and cars just pulling over to pick up some shopping.....

Was looking on the Ulster forum to see if I could find any info on radio broadcasts- someone said 23 of the next 26 Pro12 games are on TV with the 3 not all in Scotland.

Ulster 6-3 up now! Won a penalty off the Embra scrum. This sounds like a real attritional scrap.

Very disappointing half - had all the possession but the ref has penalised the crap out of us, particularly when we were in possession!

Pretty happy with that considering the apparent lack of possession.

Paddy Jackson has literally just done the worst kickoff I've ever seen - a proper daisy cutter!

9-3 now, again off a penalty won at the scrum when Edinburgh had the put in!
