I am in no state of readiness lol, I have a few ideas and promos that have been wrote

Just out of interest how come for the past two seasons I've been allowed to do design work for WWA bucks but this season I'm not? I assumed people were allowed to use their money how they see fit and it's not like I'm forcing anybody to actually "hire" me etc

Because it was decided that it would not be fair on other people in WWA to have to pay for that. You have a specific talent which i appreciate which kinda seperates you from others. If everyone could make money from making badges then sure but no one is going to pay for a badge made by Me/Olly/Enigma etc. So trying to keep in inside the wrestling rosters etc.

That's fair enough and I do get your point, I feel like it's optional to get work done BUT I do agree that it does put me at a slight advantage.

Yes but i tend to find in feedback that most don't like people wrestling twice or more in a night which is a shame.

I have no problem with it if it serves a purpose like when Bryan was doing the gauntlet stuff for WWA, that was pretty cool. I'm just saying this though as I plan on having a double showing by some of my guys during the first show.

I have a question...for the PPV could we (if we wanted) do a two day PPV like the indie companies do with like 5/6 matches on each day so 12 altogether? I don't have this planned yet but it might become a thing if we're allowed.

(it would be posted together as one show but just described at two nights)

There isn't a match limit on PPV's so technically yes but you risk boring the Frak out of everyone with 12 matches to read honestly.

Yeah that is what is putting me off, I just love the idea of doing a Battle Of LA style PPV but I get that it would almost kill the readers with boredom if not done correctly which is a shame haha

Today's Question: What was personally your favourite year in wrestling?

Was it a major or a host of storylines, certain way things were booked, or just general consistent shows?You can answer this multiply if you want to answer for different promotions!

1999 was the first time I was able to watch wrestling as Chanel 5 began to show WCW on Friday nights but it wasn't until 2001 when I was able to watch WWE on regular occasions that I truly got in to it. Some of the storylines and the matches were great Foley/HHH hell in a cell being a highlight for me.

WCW being my first show is probably why I always reference guys like David Flair or Normal Smiley when making jokey stuff haha

As it was the first year I can remember anything from, all the in your house events in the lead up to the first hell in a cell match were awesome, hart showed a side no one expected to see from him after his cage match with Sid (perhaps something that led more to the start of the attitude era than many credit), the ecw invasion, UFC guest matches on The occasional raw to  get people used to shamrock, the hart/Austin submission match at mania. So hard to pick too many dire moments from that year

97 however wasn't my first year watching as found a tape with the first in your house and summerslam 95 on it the other day in the loft

My first experience of wrestling was WWF Royal Rumble on the Snes which explains why I loved the Undertaker/Razor Ramon and Tatanka before I even saw wrestling haha

My favourite era I when I first started watching it, probably cuz I didn't know the ins and outs of the business, so it captures you more my first ppv was Survivor Series 1992

Followed by royal rumble 1992 whichy mate had video taped, at survivor series is where perfect turned on flair and joined savage, casket match between taker and kamala, nightstick match boss man and nailz and Bret v Shawn for the title

Is there a rules page on here I can read to truly get my head around this or is it just word of mouth? I get the 10 bullet point per match. Is there a limit in matches/segments. Do I have to stick with the characters gimmicks at present or can I change them.

Normal shows - 6 matches (10 bullet points)
PPV - No match limit (10 bullet points (15 for main events?)

there's no limit to segments but it's advisable to not make shows too long as it'll lose votes for you (I have been a victim to this a few times haha)

the segments should just be an outline, maybe a bit of dialogue but the show is there to basically get the point across in a succinct manner...check out some of the season 6 shows for examples.

Anyone brought in would have to have been involved in wrestling at some point...as you can see from this season Marky and Olly have brought in the Muppets as they appeared on RAW....also it's up to you how you use your staff...you could make your GM a manager and then put someone in that place.

Regal is a northerner...he could be a perfect GM but it means only being allowed to have him wrestle once.

He's a Lancastrian no chance, can he lead Yorkshire wrestling

I feel like Regal is in for a rough time haha

Might have like a war of the roses match, survivor series style, he can lead a Lancastrian army against my gms Yorkshire picks, of course he'd lose, winning teams get tickets to watch the mighty Leeds

Thing is viper your probably right judging by this year, next year fingers crossed cellino his Burger King loving son and his model daughter will hopefully turn things around

I've wrote my first show today productive

How long is it? I'm trying to work out a perfect word count for shows.

erm in total its 2828 words not sure how long they're supposed to be

Is that with matches? I'm not sure if there is a word count limit or a recommended word count but I think as long as they're not 5000 words plus that's not too bad. My shows in the past have been way way too long so this season I'm trying to strip them back as much as possible.

Mine is 1275 without matches at the moment with all the segments finished.

Triple X Wrestling dirt sheets

* Johnny Gargano injured?
Just a week to go before the debut Triple X Wrestling show it has been revealed that Johnny Gargano may not be able to compete due to a jaw injury picked up at a may 9th at Evolve 29, with Triple X medical staff believing that he may have to miss the first show.

With Gargano out Jim Cornette may turn to Chris Hero to take his place but until the full extent of the injury is know Gargano's spot in the King Of The Mountain tournament looks tenuous.

Where are yesterdays foreign transfers answers?

I will take a look at them now Thunder. Will have to await either Fernando or Tooze to double check everything but it's usually a lot quieter over the weekend on here. Hopefully they'll be up before this evening, otherwise by tomorrow.
