Just an idea but would you be interested in increasing sales by dying at the hands of a crazed perfectly sane (unless at Court then definitely bonkers) killer to garner a bit of public interest? Sex and murder tend to sell but I doubt you'd fancy sleeping with TRUSSMAN just to shift an extra 12 copies whereas I someone might be willing to dispatch you in a manner macabre enough to make JK Rowling reconsider writing any more of those dreadful children's books masquerading as adult literature just because it has a black and white photograph of a train on the front.
IT'S A CHILD'S BOOK YOU C**T, DON'T TRY AND TELL ME OTHERWISE!!!!!!!!!
Sorry, shoes are a bit tight...thought I'd break them in by kicking a few pigeons to death

About to go out for my birthday party, but before I go, I had to share this message which the barman's wife sent me.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY FRANSIE:-)
I hope u had a wonderful day:)

My hopes are not vain Julius!!

Drink the equal amount of slightly salted water as you drank last night. Or just the same volume of water and half a bag of crisps.
Ideally on the same night before you go to bed. You sort of feel bloated for a while but it works a treat - when you wake up you're mostly recovered overnight. If you are able; have a long slash before you hit the sack. Might need another half an hour later though. You're already then half flushed out.
Your Sepp Bladder will appreciate it and award you the next Big Night Out over the bloke who wakes up at 4pm the following day with that throbbing hangover.

I'm not sure what I drank. I think I had 12 guarana vodkas... That's when the shots started... the bird apparently had to drag me out the casino... train home was incredibly long. Thanks for the tip. I love salted crisps, so any excuse

OK... so maybe 12 gulps from the bathroom tap should do it. Then some crisps whilst watching a few music videos/foreplay/whatever.
Nothing worse than a long train trip home when you are busting... and have a hard on! Such a relief to get back in the door at home, isn't it?

Yeah, it really was. I saw the barman at the casino yesterday. Didn't punch him, or cuss him out, so I assume I had a great time.

Oh, that barman... the one who got knotted with your "ex"?
Yeah, not worth it. Almost ignore him. Keep the bastard guessing.
Let him see you having the Fun.

Yeah THAT barman. It's horrible how there's only one good casino on the train route, and it's the one he works at.

I'd be up for that. Not sure it would be interesting enough for a chapter on its own as the rest of the book is likely to be mesmerising. The chapter about the 6.12 from Grove Park to London Charing Cross being cancelled might have to be broken into two chapters as it does involve a shoelace revelation and considerable Gore-Tex-related train-of-thought-prose and your idea could be used as a bridge between part 1 and 2 of the chapter. Alternatively, it could be used as a prologue, I like the idea of DI Trotter looking at the corpse and saying "this looks like the work of the 667Killer" and DI Gammon responding with "yes. But who is he? Who is this 667Killer?" without realising that you've spelled out "it's Dave you c*nts" with my lower intestine and seminiferous tubules.
When you dispose of my corpse please wrap it in Jack Wolfskin and don't leave my willy exposed.

I had an excellent weekend Tina, how was yours?
The Apes were fantastic. One of the better summer blockbusters I have seen recently. Did not feel the need to blow something up every five minutes, and the CGI is figuratively jaw dropping.

I used to spend ages on there cleaning up and modding. However I now look at it as serving a valuable service keeping some posters away from the sports boards or topics where normal people may wish to participate.

Totally agree, if somewhere is that vitriolic that posters who are too idiotic for the boxing boards go in exile, then it can only be a good thing.

Two slices of a staple food prepared from a dough of flour and water, usually by baking, containing a slice of processed pork foodstuff, which undergoes preservation through curing, smoking, or salting, two slices of a food derived from milk that is produced in a wide range of flavours, textures, and forms by coagulation of the milk protein casein along with four slices of a widely cultivated plant in the gourd family Cucurbitaceae as well as a couple of leaves of an annual plant of the aster or sunflower family Asteraceae and a sliced edible, often red fruit/berry of the nightshade Solanum lycopersicum, commonly known as a tomato plant.
Was OK.

He really is incredibly easy to annoy. Was tempted to keep it going by questioning his use of the word "faux", but it's just too easy.

The comma was in the wrong place for that, it read that super was a "faux" and then "Scottish Imperialist" added afterwards...
