Poor restart, poor box kick Kennedy, stupid penalty - easy points.

Half time, what a relief. Terrible start, to many soft penalties and points gifted to the scarlets, but not out of it yet...

Well that was a dreadful first half performance, so to only be 7 points down is a plus point definitely

Thats a lot better by Edinburgh than last week. Great defensive play and brave by the scarlets to steal the lineout on the line. Edinburghs defense has been better - to hold them out for so long with 14 men was a great effort. Cuthbert looks totally out of place on the wing.

Gutted that I paid money to come here. Terrible turnout as well.

I thought about it - for about 10 seconds. I'd be there if I thought it was going to be a decent game.

What's so frustrating about Edinburgh is that all of Scarlets' points came from us doing something wrong.

The Scarlets executed well, but we should never have been in that position.

We really don't do ourselves any favours. Miss penalties to touch, pass to no one in great counter attacking situations. Amazing there's still only 7 in it

To be fair Shingler has been a pain in the ass all game long.

We're murder but the referee is shocking. Scarlets repeatedly offending but no card. Andres does nothing. Gets a card. Half the Scarlett's lineouts are squint. Ref doesn't know the restart laws.

We're mince but the ref is compounding matters

Well definite improvements in some areas, but woefully short in others.

If our lineout hadn't been so shambolic and our discipline had been better I reckon we would have won that.


Still a hell of a lot of work to do!

All in all pretty good result considering the 1st half.

Surprise surprise Ford's throwing was junk again. Makes it so hard to win a game.

Was interesting to see Beard's reaction accepting his MOM award. The squad moral seems to be at an all time low. I hope a corner will be turned with this result.

Tonight, John Lacey showed why he's one of the better refs in the Pro12, which is a rarity. I guess you can't please everyone though.
