No I'm not touchy. You're the one behaving like a stroppy brat.

I know you know enough about the game and understand well enough why it wouldn't make sense going all guns blazing for a win from the beginning today. We were obviously looking to win if a win bought us the home semi. Otherwise why stack the bench in the way we did. A few of our key players are either knackered or injured, or Knackered and injured, Pienaar for example, and it would have been stupid to start them if we weren't going to get the home semi regardless win or lose.

Another point, I didn't hear too many Munster fans crying their eyes out when Ulster sent a thirds team down to you last season. The same thirds that beat you!

Munchkin - It's understandable that Munster don't want to face Ulster at the Kingspan, and they need to try to get back to being the second province again. If they don't win the Pro12 they could have no more than maybe six players in the 31 man RWC squad and that would be very poor for Foley's credibility.

I would have though Munster supporters should have been thanking Connacht for giving them a home semi rather than worrying about any other results?

Good news is that Sam Arnold looks physically ready for this level. The offloads and understanding will come. All in all we should be able to (at the very least) field a XV of

Black
Herring ( if he signs)
Herbst
VDM
O'Connor
Diack
Faloon
Wilson
Marshall
IHumph/new guy I can't remember
One of Trimble or Gilroy
Marshall
Arnold
Scholes
Ludik

That's not bad and that's with nearly every borderline ulster player getting the nod which won't happen.

It was noticeable how unnoticeable Arnold was yesterday! For a guy making his first start in such a high profile game he slotted in perfectly. He is certainly physically ready and reminds me a lot of Jonathan Davies.

All this crap with fielding weaker sides is utter baws. Look who we had missing yesterday. We will smash Ulster on Friday and set up a Glasgow v Ospreys final in Belfast. Suftums drowned out (sometimes almost literally Shocked )at every opportunity yesterday as well. Best bits was to see their 9 used as a wee (very) speed bump on our way to the try line. Usual excellence from Johnny and Josh. Adam Ashe is a class act in the making - great performance. Hoggy and Finn terrific. And what about the V -Man and that try - thanks big chap. Ryan Wilson looks ready to play as well.

You fully deserved your win yesterday. We didn't start our strongest possible 15, but we weren't incredibly weak either. The guys did well holding on until Glasgow sprang to life from that first Hogg try, and an excellent individual effort it was too.
You might beat us next week, I don't think you will, but you won't smash us. If you are to beat us I think you will have to offer more in attack than you did yesterday. On the other hand, if we are to come away with a win we will need to sort out those silly errors and poor discipline. Missing both Van der Merwe and Herbst would be a big blow for us. Hoping that we can get at least one of the two back. Not that we can't beat you without them Very Happy
