6CWF Presents Destiny - Live Results - 5th November 2023

*We go live from the SSE Arena in Belfast. The crowd are already going wild as we get a view of the stage set-up (a traditional ramp and aisleway has returned) before the commentators welcome us to the show. We get a recap on last time out at Proving Grounds when Clarke James and The Fallen caused havoc and mayhem. RJ and Jeff Thadeus have a statement from "VIP Promotions" as they vow to protect staff and will not allow anything like that to happen again. They say talent will be brought to justice for any kind of infringement like that again.

The commentators run down the card and hype a "historic" night as we prepare for one of the final stops before Born in Fire XI. They also discuss the announce of "Desert Storm" and what we may see in Saudi Arabia.

*Eddy Kent is interviewed by Jack Reynolds. Kent is in a very confident mood and says "one hour, a week, a month, a lifetime" and Scott Harris could never beat him. Kent pays props to Harris but says this is his time, his era and his "Genesis". Kent promises a statement will be made loud and clear and by the end of tonight there will be no doubt about who the dominant force in professional wrestling really is.

*Scott Harris is doing some last minute prep as the crowd chant his name. Tyler Roth enters and wishes his friend luck, telling him that tonight is his night. They agree to main event Born in Fire XI for the 6WF World Heavyweight Championship after Roth comes through Cerberus here this evening.

Michael Bird: Ladies and gentlemen the following contest is an IRON MAN MATCH for the 6WF WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP!

MB: This bout has a sixty minute time limit and the superstar with the most falls following the duration of the match will be victorious and leave as the 6WF World Champion!

JT: This truly is a spectacular and unique way to start off a pay per view….6WF Championship on the line in the historic “hour long” Iron Man contest…

RJ: This match was first designed to truly separate the good from the great, who can go the hour? Eddy Kent and Scott Harris have been at loggerheads since May when 6CWF returned….they have competed in submission bouts, locked together in the Elimination Chamber but still the hostility and animosity remains…

JT: And a lot of that hostility remains due to the controversial nature of nearly every meeting between these men….two time limit draws, a very questionable end to their submission contest and of course the unforgettable finale inside the Chamber when Kent’s shoulders were down on the mat when the referee waved off the contest and awarded him the championship…

RJ: Harris came out of that with a legitimate claim to be world champion….he then followed up by winning the “Battle Royal” last month to become #1 Contender….this has turned into a real rivalry for the ages and it ends here tonight, you would imagine…

JT: It doesn’t get much more definitive although this match still has scope for draws and controversy….we do hope, however, we get a definitive ending this evening…

RJ: Harris claiming his first legitimate victory over Kent….something the world champion says he isn’t capable of…

“Figure it out” screams out and the crowd rise to their feet in unison for the arrival of the challenger. Pyros shoot high up in the air and explode as a shadow emerges through the smoke plumes…

Michael Bird: Introducing first, the challenger…..from London, England……weighing in at 280 pounds…..The Sharpshoootteer…..Scccooooooootttttt Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrriiiiiiiissssssssss!

JT: Harris has gone to a new level in his career during this stint in 6CWF….he shrugged off the label of “unfulfilled potential” as he won the “Road to Royalty” contest and threw himself head-first into the world title picture….he went sixty minutes with Marty Helms to a controversial draw and we have already talked about his showing inside the Chamber…

RJ: Harris belongs at this level, he has proved that….but can he win the big one? That is the dream, the aspiration…..and tonight he has sixty minutes on the clock to make that a reality…

Harris lowers his hood and throws his arms up as pyros explode behind him. He nods his head as he walks the aisle and fans reach over to pat his back. He places in his gumshield and climbs inside the ring….

JT: For Harris this has become personal….beating Kent is consuming him, becoming world champion is consuming him….he believes tonight is the night when he finally makes good on all those years of promise…

RJ: The greatest graduate of the famous “Snake Pit” academy….is this his night?

Harris paces the ring and then leans back against the ropes as “Succession” blasts out and then is replaced by “Numb”. Green lasers cut from the dimmed lighting before pyros explode across the front of the stage…

MB: And his opponent………from Buckinghamshire……….weighing in at 237 pounds…….representing Genesis………..he is the reigning and defending 6WF World Heavyweight Champion…………..Eddddddddyyyyy Keeeeeeeeennnnnnnnnnntttttt!

JT: Not universal boos for the world champion tonight and I think that shows….Kent is representing “Genesis” which will resonate with some of our older fans….he is also a former fan favourite who has retained some of his loyal support despite a different attitude and outlook…

RJ: Kent will always have fans, even in the early days with Genesis when they ran amok they had fans….he gained a whole lot more when he moved to 6WF and became world champion….he is much more back to his roots now in terms of his outlook but this 6CWF version of Eddy Kent is different….he’s built different and his approach is different….but still there are those who love him…

JT: And many who do not….Kent’s “better than you” attitude doesn’t endear him to some….his re-alliance with Michael Sweetwater and a hark back to the “Genesis” days doesn’t sit well with others….a very polarizing figure…

RJ: And he was even as a fan favourite….Mr Kenty, as then known, had his detractors even then….but one thing the defending champ has never lacked is quality….

JT: Destined for greatness and hand-picked by Alex Walker way back in 2011…..Kent was always going to the top and there he remains, a decade later…

RJ: A different style at times but still world class….Kent has proven that once again since 6CWF returned in May and last month he reaffirmed that by capturing his third world title…

JT: Contentious as it may be, he made it happen and he is promising a reign to remember…an era of greatness…

RJ: Kent did not hesitate to accept this challenge from Harris….he believes he is better than his challenger and he believes he can prove that in style over sixty minutes….

Kent is smug as he stands at the base of the ring and raises his arms as more pyros and sprinklers go off. He reveals trunks of green and black, Genesis style, as he removes his top and then climbs up in the ring to join his opponent. The crowd are raucous as the referee steps in to give his final instructions…

JT: And here we go….remember sixty minutes, as many falls as you can attain via pinfall, submission, count out or DQ….man at the end with the most falls is the winner and leaves as 6WF Champion…

RJ: Simple in principle but these two men are about to give absolutely everything….

A clock appears in the bottom right of the screen “60:00” as the bell sounds to finally get the bout underway, sparking a huge response from the audience. The champion and challenger begin to circle one another, looking for an opening…

JT: Every time these two men have met since 6CWF returned it has been the highest calibre of professional wrestling you are likely to see….

RJ: Each bout has been so close, so controversial….and in this one there are the tactics as well, because you can’t start too fast….but you also cannot allow your opponent to build up a big lead in falls….there is a reason we see so few of these contests….

Harris and Kent finally lockup in the centre of the ring and Kent applies a side headlock. Harris backs into the ropes and shoots his opponent across the ring….Kent returns and knocks Harris down with a shoulder block. He smirks and then looks for an elbow drop but Harris moves and grabs his arm…

JT: Harris looking for an early armbar…

Kent fights to his knees and tries to tug his arm free. Harris holds on and then smashes the point of his elbow into the back of Kent’s arm before trying to drag him down. Kent forward rolls out and gets back up before kicking out at Harris’ gut and then snapmares him down to the mat. He then applies a seated chinlock…

RJ: Both of these men are so technically sound, extremely gifted in this kind of arena….

Harris shuffles and squirms against the grip of Kent and gets to a knee. He smashes his elbow into Kent’s gut repeatedly until he releases and then runs the ropes…

JT: Kent with the sleeper now….OR NOT!

Kent catches Harris coming back and looks to apply a standing sleeper but Harris senses the danger and steps in close before lifting his foe into a big back suplex. Both superstars begin trying to get back up…

RJ: Very early in this contest but already you can see how well matched these two men are….

Harris drops to a knee and slides around Kent as they get up and then waistlocks him. He looks to lift him for a German suplex but Kent runs into the ropes and uses the momentum to shrug Harris off of him. Harris falls and rolls backward onto his knees as Kent spins around….

JT: GENESIS KICK!

Harris dodges the “brogue” kick at the final second and grabs the arm of Kent…

RJ: SHOT IN THE DARK!

Kent counters the “Olympic” slam into an armdrag takedown. They get back up and Kent looks to scoop Harris onto his shoulders but Harris drives elbows into his jaw until he releases. Kent stumbles over to the corner and Harris crashes against him with a stinger splash. Harris lifts Kent up high now…

JT: This is early doors to be taking high risks….

RJ: We know what happened last time these two were on the top rope…

JT: Harris crunches a forearm into Kent’s face and then looks to pull him into a superplex. Kent uses one hand to cling to the turnbuckle and he will not budge…

JT: Kent knows his title will be at serious risk if he eats this superplex…

Kent uses his hand now to drive punches into Harris’ body, winding him, before he rakes at his eyes and shoves him off to the mat below. Kent takes a few moments to compose himself…

RJ: Harris already starting to rise……

Kent jumps off and lands an axe handle to the back, which drops Harris to a knee, and then he grabs hold of him…

JT: SPIKE….

Harris stands firm against the DDT attempt and he counters into a northern lights suplex………………….1…………….2…………..kickout!

RJ: Harris looking to get an early score…

JT: Another facet to this contest….remember, officially, Scott Harris has never pinned or tapped Eddy Kent out….that is something he will need to change here if he wants to leave as 6WF World Champion…..

RJ: Unless he can get by on potential DQs or Count-outs…

JT: Kent is too smart to allow that to happen…

Harris slams punches into Kent’s back and face as he tries to rise. He pushes him back into the ropes and whips him across the ring. Harris drops his head for a backdrop so Kent plants a boot in his face, staggering him, and then runs in for a clothesline…

RJ: HUGE RELEASE GERMAN!

JT: And this is not what Eddy Kent wants, Scott Harris finding a groove…especially with suplexes….

The crowd cheer as Kent lands hard on his back and neck from the suplex. The champion slowly rises back up to his feet and Harris beckons him in…

RJ: BELLY TO…

Kent drives his head into Harris’ face before he can execute the suplex. Harris staggers away and Kent lashes into him with a clothesline that sends the challenger over the top to the outside…

JT: Kent looking to grab a breather here and that will be key in this contest, very few can go full pelt for sixty minutes…

RJ: I think Kent can but he’s world champion, he won’t want to take any risks….he’ll happily grab some recharge time…

The referee starts to count Harris out as the challenger takes some time to get himself together. Eddy Kent is finding his feet once more as Harris approaches the ring on the count of five. Kent rushes over but Harris drives a shoulder through the middle rope and then guillotines the champ across the top. Harris then scales the ropes as Kent stumbles toward centre ring…

JT: Not Harris usual mode of attack…

Kent suddenly jumps at the middle of the ropes and causes Harris to fall into a crotched position up top. The champion smirks as he makes his way over and lands a right cross to the face and then lashes chops into Harris’ chest.

RJ: Kent wants to get stuck in here…he’d love to get a big lead early doors…

JT: MUSCLE-BUSTER!

Kent drags Harris off the ropes and looks to walk him out into the crushing drop but Harris fights and drops off the back, countering with a snap dragon suplex…

RJ: Harris knew he was in trouble there and he’s put himself back in a great position….

Kent rolls over from the impact and Harris takes a breath before charging into him with a shining wizard…………..1………………2……………kickout!

JT: Kicking off this historic night with such a monumental match, these fans are already bouncing….this is fantastic….

RJ: This Belfast crowd delivering….always a fantastic place to come…

Harris pulls Kent up and looks for a suplex but the champion scrambles over his shoulder and pushes him to the ropes. He runs over but Harris drops a shoulder and backdrops Kent over the top and sends him crashing to the arena floor…

RJ: Harris can take his time here and get some breath back…

JT: I’m not sure he will though….

The referee’s count reaches four as Harris decides to leap from the ring. He grabs Kent and smashes his head off the steel steps before dragging him around and nailing his skull off all three announce desks in a row. He launches Kent back inside…..

RJ: Referee’s count at five here….Harris needs to be careful…

Harris heads back for the ring as Kent rushes over and nails a baseball slide which sends him crashing back into the “Spanish” announce table. The referee continues to count….

JT: Harris was naïve when he got out of the ring….

8……9………….Harris just manages to throw himself under the bottom rope before the ten. Kent is on top now with huge stomps….

RJ: We are nearing nearly ten minutes on the clock and so far we have no falls….both men have tried to be conservative but you can see the tempo starting to up a little…

Kent drags Harris up and throws him into the corner before stomping at his midsection. He grabs his arm and looks to whip him to the opposite corner but Harris spins inside and drags Kent into him….

JT: WHAT A THROW!

Kent is launched across the ring with a massive belly to belly suplex. He stumbles back up and Harirs launches him now with a wrist clutch suplex…

RJ: Harris is dialling it up, he’s getting them suplexes going….

JT: And that spells potential issues for the 6WF Champion….

Kent is on his feet again and he eats a hat-trick of German suplexes as the Belfast crowd rise to their feet………………..1…………………….2……………..thr-shoulder up!

RJ: Very, very close…five massive suplexes there from Scott Harris…

JT: Kent kicked out but that will have taken some serious energy from the champ…

Harris pulls Kent up and connects with a snap suplex before he heads across to the corner. He rises to the top and looks out to the crowd before throwing himself airborne….

RJ: FROGSPLASH!

Kent moves at the final second and sends Harris splattering into the canvass. The challenger is first to rise but heads for the corner to rest as Kent crashes into him with a giant back splash. He then lifts Harris…

JT: Tried it once, second time is a CHARM!

The crowd groan and wince as Kent walks Harris out and drops him, sickeningly, on the back of his neck with a “muscle buster”……………………

RJ: Harris’ turn to dig deep….I didn’t think he would kick out….

JT: Neither did Eddy Kent….

Kent and the referee exchange a few words before Kent heads for the corner. He ushers Harris to his feet, eyes locked on target, and then launches out at him…

RJ: GENESIS KICK!

Huge cheers ring out as Harris catches the foot of Eddy Kent and then nails a dragon screw. He rolls through, still clutching Kent’s leg, and grabs the other…

JT: SHARPSHOOTER!

Kent is thrashing from side to side, desperately trying to escape Harris’ grip, and then he succeeds in pulling one leg free and booting Harris in the face. The challenger is dazed from the blow as Kent grabs the back of his rights and rolls him up…

RJ: He’s got a handful of tights….

1………………2……………Harris kicks out. They fight back up and Kent reacts first with a big knee to the stomach and then whips Harris off the ropes….

JT: Flap, SUNSET FLIP COUNTER!

Kent’s flapjack attempt is countered as Harris rolls over his shoulder and pulls him down……………..1…………………2…………kickout. Both men rise and Kent looks for a right hand but Harris ducks it and nails an atomic drop before seizing the champ’s head and spikes him into the mat with a sickening snapmare driver (ala LA Knight)…

RJ: Has to be the first pinfall…

JT: Eddy Kent proving himself as a resilient champ…

RJ: It shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise….he may be an arrogant man but he’s as tough as they come, he has earned his place in this business….

Harris kneels for a moment and he watches as Kent rolls away to the corner. The challenger gets up and he stomps a mudhole in the body of his opponent before grabbing his legs…

JT: Harris looking to pull Kent back to centre, may want the sharpshooter once more…

RJ: Kent doing all he can to avoid that from happening….

Kent is desperately clinging to the ropes and refusing to allow himself to be moved. Harris takes a step forward but that allows Kent to grab at his face…

JT: That was blatant thumb to the eye….that should be a DQ…

RJ: At very least a warning, the referee being lenient…

Harris stumbles away, blinded, as Kent gets back and then delivers a kick to the stomach and big time spiked DDT…………………one…………………two………………….Harris kicks out.

JT: We know Kent has no issue with breaking the rules but he needs to be careful….he can lose falls that way and given how close these two are matched, you do not want to fall far behind…

Kent crawls on top of Harris and delivers some hard right hands until the referee forces a break. The world champion taunts the crowd before beckoning Harris back to a vertical base….

RJ: MIC CHECK!

Harris rams elbows into Kent’s jaw until he releases him. Kent holds his face, hurt from the impact, as Harris jumps into him…

JT: Codebreaker!

Kent catches Harris’ legs and slams him down onto the mat before catapulting him into the corner. Harris nails the turnbuckle and staggers back into an inverted headlock backbreaker into a swinging neckbreaker……………1………………………..2…………….Harris kicks out once more.

RJ: Fast approaching the quarter hour, 25% of this match done….still no falls, no advantage for either man…

Kent scratches his chin as he sizes Harris up and plots his neck move. He grabs him by the head and pulls him to a standing position…

JT: Piledriver perhaps?

Harris kicks his legs and fights before countering with a backdrop. He stumbles to the ropes and he motions for Kent to stand before sprinting at him…

RJ: Kent tried to leapfrog but Harris caught him…

JT: Powerbomb incoming….no, wait….KENTLOCK!

Harris catches Kent on his shoulders and looks to be preparing for a powerbomb but Kent wriggles in midair and manages to get the hooks in for the submission…

RJ: Harris knows this move all too well….

JT: He passed out to this inside the Chamber….this is how Kent won the title….

Harris’ legs are becoming unsteady but then he shows great resilience and strength to lift Kent again before slamming him against the canvass, breaking his grip…

RJ: Scott Harris needed that, he really did…I think he was close to blacking out…

JT: He still looks a little unsteady but he’s back up….HE RAN STRAIGHT INTO THAT!

Harris is first up and he seems be having a tough time making a choice. Surprisingly he decides to leap on the ropes for a springboard but lands right into Kent’s grip and a modified spinebuster of sorts. Kent takes a few moments and then drags himself over to the corner…

RJ: Eddy Kent may not admit it but he knows Scott Harris is a true test here and he is feeling it…

JT: He knows he needs to try and establish a lead, take away some of Harris’ momentum and belief…

RJ: If he hits this then surely he will….KENT BOMB!

Huge roars from the audience as Kent reaches the top rope but suddenly Scott Harris is up and sprints up the turnbuckle before nailing a huge overhead release suplex that sends both men crashing down onto the canvass….

JT: Incredible….maybe not the wisest of moves but incredible all the same…

RJ: We are fifteen minutes in and both men are starting to realise why “the hour” is feared in this industry…

“45:00”

Harris sits on the deck for a few moments following the suplex whilst Eddy Kent rolls all the way across and to the outside of the ring. Kent is holding the bottom of his back as a “Needs more Harris” chant rings all around…

JT: This Belfast crowd believe….they really think tonight could be Harris’ night…

The referee is making a count on the champion whilst he is bent double outside. Harris slowly gets back to his feet and he makes his way over to the ropes as Kent pulls himself on the apron. Harris grabs his opponent and looks to suplex him over the top…

RJ: Kent floated…

Kent floats over the shoulder of Harris and back into the ring. He runs off the opposite ropes but returns into a flying back elbow from the challenger. Harris quickly underhooks Kent’s arms and flips him into a backbreaker……………..1………………….2……………shoulder up!

JT: Harris is finding his wrestling rhythm now….this man was crowned “King” of 6CWF just a few months, he is a big problem when he gets in this mood…

Harris lets Kent stands and lashes backhand and palm strike chops to the chest. He drives a knee to the stomach and whips him across the ring before looking to lift his opponent up with a tilt-a-whirl as he comes back….Kent, somehow, spins through and lands on his feet…

RJ: MIC CHECK!

Harris spins his body and grabs Kent’s arm before taking him down to the mat…

JT: Crossface…

He tries to lock the champion in place and pull back on his head but Kent rolls his body and ends up on top………………1…………………….2………..shoulder up. They scramble up and Kent ducks a punch and looks to snap on a coquina clutch….

RJ: ANOTHER HUGE BACKBREAKER!

Harris spins his body and succeeds in lifting Kent into an uranage backbreaker. He then quickly suplexes the champion into the air and drops him out into another sickening backbreaker (ala Roderick Strong)…

JT: Has to be the first fall…

1…………………….2………………..3!

RJ: Kent will not take any kind of L, he just won’t bend…

JT: May be some doubt and questioning creeping in for Scott Harris…

RJ: He still has forty minutes to make his mark….

Harris drags Kent up again and whips him into the corner. He follows in and lands a big clothesline before lifting his opponent up onto the top rope. He scales up to join Kent and begins preparing for a superplex…

JT: Kent does not want to fall from this height again…

Kent is battling with Harris and trying to keep himself in position on the ropes. He ends up raking Harris’ eyes and shoves him down to the mat…

RJ: Kent just trying to survive right now….HARRIS UP AGAIN!

More cheers from the crowd once again as Harris sprints up the ropes for another top rope attack but Kent anticipates him and ducks his shoulder, scooping Harris on his shoulders….

JT: HE NAILED IT….ROLLING SLAM FROM ON HIGH!

RJ: I don’t know if it is the occasion or fatigue kicking in but Harris got the ropes, Kent didn’t even check…

JT: I think he was so sure he had the pin there…

Kent glares at the referee for a solid minute almost and holds up three fingers but the official indicates a clear two. Kent lets out a sigh as he crawls up on his feet…

RJ: This has become a rivalry for the ages, no doubt about it….Kent-Harris is up there with some of the greats…

Kent grabs the ropes and pulls himself to his feet. He smirks at a small section of die-hard Genesis fans and then rounds back on Harris. Harris is slow to his feet but he does rise and the champion roars out to meet him….

JT: GENESIS….

RJ: SHOT IN THE DARK!

Cheers ring all around as Harris ducks the kick and immediately drills Kent with the “Olympic” slam…

JT: Harris hit it….but I’m not sure he can capitalise…

RJ: He’s still trying to piece himself together…

Harris is sucking in some deep breaths as he attempts to blow the cobwebs away and get himself across the canvass. He does so, eventually, and manages to drop an arm on Kent’s chest…

JT: 1-0…

1…………….2……………3!

RJ: Kent’s turn to find the ropes….I’m not sure Harris had any more energy to prevent that…

There are some big cheers and duel chants of “Needs more Harris” and “Daddy’s home”. Both men make it up to their feet, both unsteady, and they meet in the centre and begin to trade off with right hands….

JT: We are currently twenty plus minutes into this match and these men have already used up so much energy….I know they are supreme athletes, they could probably wrestle all night if they had to…but taking the kind of damage they have already, you have to worry about them…

RJ: This is what they signed up for….this is what they wanted in order to prove themselves the very best in the world….

Harris’ punches carry a little more power and he rocks Kent back on his heels before grabbing his arm and whips him across the ring. Harris lets his opponent come back and uses his momentum to haul him up and over the top rope, causing Kent to land badly on his back…

RJ: Kent has already sustained plenty of damage to that back in this contest and that will not help…

JT: I think perhaps Harris is starting to wise up….he’s struggling for a pinfall or a submission but a count-out is just as good, it still puts a point on the board…

Harris nods at the referee to start his count as Kent struggles on the outside. The champion stumbles up but then collapses into the ringside barrier…

RJ: Kent has taken some big impact on that spine…..he’s having some real difficulty here…

7…..8……9…………….Kent just about pulls himself into the ring as Harris makes his way over and stomps on his back. He pulls Kent up and drags him toward centre ring and lifts him into another hard pendulum backbreaker…………….1………………..2…………shoulder up!

JT: Harris is being really sensible now, any chance he gets to make Kent use his energy resources….

Harris stomps at the back of his opponent again before dragging him up. He looks to suplex his foe but Kent wriggles and holds on…

RJ: Kent is trying to get the “Kentlock” again, he knows he is in danger and is trying to counteract it….

Both men are struggling against one another before Harris chooses to pull free and push Kent back into the corner. He runs in after but Kent drives his feet up into the face and knocks Harris back. Kent takes a breath and then charges out for a big boot…Harris sidesteps at the final second and looks for a back suplex but Kent flips out and lands on his feet before spinning Harris around and scoops him up…

JT: Death valley…

Harris kicks his legs and fights off the back before shoving Kent off the ropes and he scoops him up as he comes back…

RJ: Another backbreaker….no, Kent landed out on his feet again…..OH NO!

Kent lands out on his feet and staggers back as Harris runs at him but ends up cleaning the referee out with a huge clothesline. Harris turns back around and Kent kicks him between the legs…

JT: MIC CHECK!

RJ: Unfortunately for Eddy Kent there is no referee….so his blatant cheating is not going to help him…

JT: But it has helped him to weaken Scott Harris…

Kent tries to shake the official back into consciousness, but he isn’t having much luck. He stomps at the head and back of Harris now before rolling from the ring…

RJ: Eddy Kent is a fantastic wrestler, perhaps one of the best ever….but he never misses a chance to bend or break the rules…

JT: He wants to put it beyond any doubt that he is leaving with his belt….and as there is no referee to stop him, he’ll go all out…

Kent grabs a steel chair and slams it against the announce desk before rolling back in. He turns the chair on its edge and drives it down into the ribs and body of Harris as the crowd boo. Kent puts a finger to his lips before slamming the chair down on the mat and he drags Harris up…

JT: And a piledriver on the chair for good measure….Scott Harris is done…

RJ: You have got to be kidding me, he was fired…

Huge boos ring out as former 6CWF referee Ralph Santos begins to run to the ring. He pulls the referee’s jersey off the unconscious official and puts it on as Kent yells at him to hurry up…

JT: This is a goddamn robbery…

RJ: He doesn’t even work here….

JT: Unfortunately we don’t have any management here to stop it….

RJ: Someone must be able to….

RJ: Kent looks as though he could commit a murder right now….

JT: We are approaching the thirty minute mark and there is no falls….Kent and Harris cannot take an advantage…

RJ: With Santos here now as the official, I am sure that is all the advantage Kent needs…

Kent eyeballs Santos now but the referee is waving at him and pointing at the steel chair. Kent suddenly smirks and grabs at the weapon…

JT: I can’t believe this is being allowed….what a disgrace…

Kent sets the chair up now and he pulls Harris up, practically a deadweight, and he positions Harris above the weapon…

RJ: He’s gonna “Mic Check” him on the seat of that chair….

Harris battles, despite being in bad shape, and succeeds in throwing Kent at Ralph Santos, knocking the official over. Kent spins and runs back but Harris lifts him into a flapjack and smashes him down on the chair, crushing the weapon…

JT: Nothing more than Eddy Kent deserved…

RJ: Look at Santos, he’s ready to signal for a DQ…

Ralph Santos looks ready to call for the first fall but then sees Scott Harris glaring at him. He runs to the ropes and tries to dive out but Harris drags him back…

JT: Ralph Santos was a massive part of this feud from the get go, he screwed Scott Harris way back in May…

RJ: And he could be finally getting his comeuppance…SHOT IN THE DARK!

There are cheers all around Belfast as Harris drills the referee with the huge “Olympic” slam. He then seizes Santos’ legs….

JT: Harris ain’t done….Santos is going to pay!

More cheers greet the screams of agony from Ralph Santos as he is placed in the sharpshooter. He is tapping his hand furiously against the canvass but Harris continues to make him suffer until he has practically passed out from the pain….

RJ: I can’t say that Ralph Santos doesn’t deserve all of that….I don’t usually condone assault of an official…

JT: It’s fine, he doesn’t even work here…

Harris finally relents and he pulls Santos up and chucks him from the ring. Eddy Kent is slowly rising now and Harris rushes over to him…

RJ: SHOT IN THE…

Kent leaps over the back and he pushes his man into the corner before he chases in, only to eat a massive back elbow….Kent staggers back as Harris runs out and leaps into the air…

JT: FACECHECK….HOMAGE TO THE GREAT ENFORCER!

Harris takes Kent off of his feet with the giant forearm smash to the face and he covers…………1…………………..2…………………3!

RJ: There is still no referee, Scott….

Harris looks extremely exasperated as he signals to the back for another official but there doesn’t seem to be one forthcoming. He lets out a huge sigh as he heads over to Kent and grabs his legs…

JT: Harris looking for the “Sharpshooter” on the champion now….

Kent throws his body backwards and desperately grabs out at the ropes. Harris, however, drags him back away toward the centre. Kent then grabs at the crumpled steel chair and drives it upward into Harris’ face….Harris staggers back as Kent crawls up…

RJ: GENESIS KICK….HARRIS SENT FLYING TO THE OUTSIDE!

JT: This would no doubt be a ten count if we had a referee….so far both men have now lost out on multiple falls…

Kent looks annoyed but he pulls himself from the ring and decides to continue his assault….BOOM!. He drags Harris up and whips him into the steel steps, leaving him a battered mess on the arena floor…

RJ: Eddy Kent grew up with Genesis…..he grew up and came into his own in this environment, destroying the opposition, destroying anyone who didn’t wear the black and green…

Kent now starts pulling away some of the floor coverings to expose the solid stone underneath. He then grabs Harris and pulls him forward…

JT: You’ll break his damn neck….you already nailed the piledriver on the chair, this is too much…

Harris senses what is coming and he swipes Kent’s legs, causing his head to smash down on the concrete. He looks around and then drops back, catapulting Kent upward and into the ringpost….

RJ: That may have shattered his skull…..Kent seeing stars…….OH MY GOD!

Crowd: Holy (beep) x10

Kent is all at sea and he tries to climb onto the steel steps and head back to the ring, barely knowing where he is, as Harris climbs up behind him and nails a German suplex off the steps, sending Kent and himself crashing down on the exposed concrete….

JT: I cannot believe what we have just watched….we are well over the thirty minute mark here, approaching forty and these two men might be done…

RJ: They’re destroyed…they have to be….if we had a referee out here he would be making a very serious decision I believe….

The fans are still rocking in disbelief as both Kent and Harris remain motionless on the outside, replay after replay being shown up on the big screen. We go back live and both combatants are trying to climb to their feet….

JT: All in the name of becoming world champion….all in the name of leaving Destiny as 6WF Heavyweight Champion of the World….

Kent clings to the ring apron and slips multiple times as he tries to get up. He falls around toward the announce area as Harris clatters into him from behind. They continue to stumble….DING!

RJ: Kent just grabbed whatever he could get his hands on….cleaned Harris’ clock with the ringbell…

JT: What started out as a fantastic technical masterpiece has descended into a brawl…

RJ: Always likely with two men who do not like one another…

Harris is down on his knees down as Eddy Kent grabs another steel chair and swings it at his head…………

*Crowd pop

JT: Harris just returning the favour from earlier…all he could do…

Harris lands a brutal low blow that drops Kent in a heap next to him. Both men take almost two minutes to get back to their feet…

RJ: They are battering each other now and the rests are getting longer and longer, eating away at the clock…

“25:00”

JT: Remember as it stands at 0-0 Eddy Kent will retain, Harris needs to find something….he needs a fall…

RJ: Which means he needs a ref…

Harris drags Kent up and smashes his head off the announce desks before whipping him around and launches him into the ringpost again. Kent is on shaky legs as Harris throws him back in the ring….the challenger rolls back in as Kent gets to his knees and throws up his arms, almost pleading…

JT: All of a sudden Kent wants mercy, he wants Harris to give him a break…

RJ: Harris may do, a back break or a leg or an arm…

Harris slams a boot into Kent’s chest and kicks him over. He drops into his guard and begins to tee off with big right hands before clambering back up. Harris points to the ropes and the crowd roar in approval…

JT: Harris wants to do something big here….he is still dreaming of the title…

RJ: FROGSPLASH!

JT: Knees……KENTLOCK!

Kent smashes his knees up into the midsection of Harris, driving all the wind from him, and he immediately swivels his body and locks his legs around the waist, applying the guillotine….

RJ: Harris is trapped, nowhere to go….

JT: Just like at Beachfront Brawl, he’s going to sleep here….even if he doesn’t tap…

Harris is trying to roll and thrash from side to side but Kent will not allow him to move. He wrenches back as far as he can go, the veins popping from his arm….

JT: Harris is gone here….he’s asleep….

Kent must be able to feel that Harris’ resistance has gone and he releases the hold but then lets out another wail of frustration and anger as there is no referee. He looks out of the ring and sees Ralph Santos is out as well…..

RJ: Kent knows he should have at least one fall of his own here…..Harris is out…

JT: He just needs to keep at it, I guess…..he’s deciding to risk it……KENT BOMB!

The champion decides to head for the corner, anger on his face, and he launches himself off into the senton bomb on Harris but the challenger gets his knees up this time…..

RJ: Harris just about had the wherewithal to throw his knees up, instinct alone…SHOCK TREATMENT!

JT: SHARPSHOOTER!

Harris staggers up and he scoops Kent on his shoulders and nails the modified backbreaker, dropping to his knees (ala Abyss) before he grabs the world champion’s legs and turns him over on his stomach….

JT: Eddy Kent nowhere to go…he’s crawling for the ropes….he’s desperate…

RJ: Harris has pulled him back, he’s sat right in….HERE COMES A NEW REF!

The Belfast crowd are going absolutely wild as a new referee comes sprinting down to the ring and dives in. Eddy Kent’s yells of pain are filling the air and he looks on the verge of tapping out….

RJ: Kent can’t fight any longer….he’s gonna tap….GODDAMIT!

Michael Sweetwater suddenly drags the new referee from the ring and punches him in the jaw before holding up his fist, which is wrapped with a brass knuckle…

JT: Genesis never fight fair….they never have….we should have know it was only a matter of time before Michael Sweetwater turned up…

RJ: Just as Eddy Kent was sure to tap out….we are down to the final quarter of this match….no falls, once again we have no ref….and Scott Harris is just realising what has happened…

JT: Michael Sweetwater may want to run far away…

Harris comes to realise what has happened now as he releases the hold on Kent and sees the smirking face of Michael Sweetwater on the outside…

RJ: The Rottweiler of Genesis better start using them running legs…

Harris leaps from the ring and gives chase to Sweetwater. They lap the ring three times before Sweetwater rolls into the ring. He quickly scrambles up the ropes…

JT: He’s looking to catch Harris coming in….SIX FEET DEEP!

Harris flies in as Sweetwater jumps from the top rope for the foot stomp but Harris catches him and launches him with a huge overhead suplex. Sweetwater staggers back up and Harris drills him with a codebreaker and then grabs his legs…

RJ: Yet another sharpshooter….Michael Sweetwater about to join the club….

JT: GENESIS KICK!

The crowd boo as the “brogue” kick lands flush on Harris’ face and leaves him in a heap on the floor. Kent helps Sweetwater up now and starts directing traffic….

RJ: Kent has his buddy with him now and he wants to start doing some big time damage to Scott Harris…

JT: Sweetwater bringing a table in….this does not look good…

Sweetwater slides the table in as the 6WF Champion grabs it and begins to set it up. They both haul Harris up now and drape him across it. Kent slaps Sweetwater on the chest and points up top. Sweetwater nods his head and ascends the ropes….

RJ: Sweetwater didn’t succeed first time…..BUT HE GOT ALL THAT!

The table crunches and snaps as Sweetwater hurtles down and lands the double foot stomp, which decimates Harris through the table. The two members of Genesis discard of the debris…

JT: This match does not have that long remaining….Genesis may just keep destroying Harris until the clock runs out, he can’t win any falls in this state…

Kent seems in deep thought for a moment and then he seems to have an idea. He orders Sweetwater from the ring and then he returns with two steel chair…

RJ: They’re going to crush Scott Harris’ skull….I don’t think I want to watch this…

JT: HERE COMES THE REAPER!

The noise levels rise as the huge form of Tyler Roth comes running out from backstage and down toward the ring. Kent urges Sweetwater to do something…

RJ: Michael Sweetwater is about 1/3 of Tyler Roth…

JT: He’s still going for it…

Sweetwater rushes to the ropes and catapults himself over but Roth just catches him in his arms. He spins him around and then just launches him at the ringpost….

RJ: Tyler Roth is out here to even the numbers….

JT: And Eddy Kent isn’t daft…he is not engaging Roth at all…

RJ: Sweetwater is his fall guy…..Kent knows he has Harris weakened and unless Roth sets foot in the ring he doesn’t need to do anything…

Tyler Roth drags Sweetwater up now and he easily bench presses him into the air. He turns to the audience and urges them to move as he runs forward and launches the smaller man through the air, sending him crashing through a stack of chairs…

JT: MY GOD….Michael Sweetwater just got thrown into the Multiverse by Tyler Roth….

In the ring, Eddy Kent grabs the first steel chair and tucks it under Scott Harris’ head before lifting the other up the air…

RJ: KENT GOING FOR IT ALONE!

Harris in desperation wraps his leg around the legs of Kent and somehow drags him to the floor. He rolls over and grabs both legs now…

JT: SHARP….

Kent kicks Harris back in the corner and scrambles up. He grabs one of the chairs and swings it….CRACK!

RJ: SERIOUS BACKFIRE!

Harris ducks the shot and the chair hits the top rope and rebounds into Kent’s face…

JT: CODEBREAKER!

RJ: Listen to this noise, the crowd expect….they can feel it…

JT: It’s one of those special moments where the audience knows they are about to witness something historic…

Harris staggers to his feet and he pounds his chest before making his way to the corner. He stares out around the arena and then launches himself through the air and lands the huge frogsplash to the chest….

RJ: But we still need a referee….we need someone to make this official…

Harris is at the ropes and staring out at the plethora of downed referees. Tyler Roth has climbed into the crowd and chased Michael Sweetwater away….Harris rolls from the ring and he tries to revive the officials but gets no joy, he then signals for another from backstage…

JT: This would be our third referee….fourth if you count Santos….

RJ: I’m not sure what Harris is supposed to do here…

JT: Snap on the sharpshooter and keep it locked in until we can get a ref, that seems the best option…

RJ: I think the challenger agrees…

Harris rolls back in the ring now and he heads over and takes Kent’s legs…

JT: He’s got Sweetwater’s brass knucks….

The punch lands and splits Harris above the eyebrow, sending him down on his haunches. The champion staggers back to his feet…

RJ: MIC CHECK…

Harris is smashed into the canvass as Kent sits there for a moment to regain some composure, his body glazed in sweat. He pushes himself up and makes his way to the corner…

JT: This contest has been simply amazing….so gruelling but laced with some of the best pro wrestling I have ever seen…

RJ: It has had everything except a fall….we are locked at 0-0, we have less than five minutes on the clock…..Eddy Kent is set to retain as we stand….but he isn’t content, he’s going big….KENT BOMB!

JT: SHOT IN THE DARK!

Kent is too slow, clearly feeling the effects of the match, and Harris is able to get up and swipe his legs. The challenger then hauls himself up top and delivers the monumental “Olympic” slam, shaking the ring on impact….Harris’ head is bloodied but he stumbles up and grabs the legs of the challenger…

RJ: Sharpshooter locked in….he’s got it….

The noise levels are through the roof as Harris synches in the sharpshooter in the centre of the ring. Kent screams in pain and desperately tries to crawl for the ropes….he reaches out and his fingertips brush them but then Harris pulls him back to the middle and sits right into the hold…

JT: This is it….

Roth returns to ringside, satisfied Sweetwater has disappeared, and he picks one of the referee’s off the floor by his shirt with one hand (ala Brock Lesnar) and chucks him back in the ring….the referee is just about waking up, back to the action in the ring…

RJ: Roth just put the ref in, he knows his best friend is on the brink….

JT: All the referee needs to do is turn around….

JT: Kent has done it…..Kent retains and is still 6WF World Champion…

RJ: Thanks to Tyler Roth…..what the hell is happening here? Scott Harris had the match won…..Kent was tapping….

JT: Tyler Roth has turned on his best friend, Scott Harris….screwed him out of his dream of becoming world champion…..but why?

RJ: THAT’S WHY?

There are boos all around as Michael Sweetwater returns to ringside, hobbling but beaming broadly, and he throws a “Genesis” vest to Tyler Roth as they help Eddy Kent up to his feet…

JT: They played us….they played Scott Harris….we thought Roth was out here to get rid of Sweetwater, even the playing field, and ensure Harris could finish the job….but it was all a rouse…

RJ: An exceptional bout….one of the absolute best I have seen….a sixty minute rollercoaster but when it ended, we had just one official fall….and that fall belongs to Eddy Kent….he has won this “Iron Man” match and he is still the 6WF Champion…

JT: Yet another meeting that is shrouded in controversy, ending in the most contentious way imaginable….Scott Harris will once more count himself incredibly unlucky to not be a world champion despite a world class performance…

RJ: Scott Harris would be world champion if it wasn’t for Tyler Roth…..Roth has joined Genesis in a shocking moment….I really did not expect this…

JT: I don’t think anyone did…

Sweetwater is applauding as Roth lifts Kent up on his shoulders. Kent is groggy and battered but he raises the 6WF Championship in the air as the majority of the crowd boo….Scott Harris is still in a bloodied heap on the deck….

RJ: One of the most insane ways to kick off a pay per view…..we still have nine more contests to come, each of incredible magnitude….but they have one hell of an act to follow….

JT: Yes they do….Scott Harris and Eddy Kent just set the tone of tonight, it is now up to the rest of the roster to step up….I am still shook why what has transpired here….

*We head backstage following the opening bout and Miss Jessica is giving direction to both Cassidy and Jerome Dubois. Dubois is still playing up his injuries but Jessica is talking about how she has a track record for leading "men" to success and she hasn't returned for any kind of failure. She is expectant of big things here tonight. Cassidy assures her this will be the last time anyone ever sees Mike Hill.

*Max Adamson, Xanthi Rose and Marlon are in the house to support Rex Adamson. Project X are receiving a lot of love from the Belfast crowd. Tim Allen asks Max Adamson about the rumours he may be appearing at "Desert Storm". Max is coy on answering. Eddy Kent, Tyler Roth and Michael Sweetwater suddenly walk past. There is a long staredown between Max and Kent.

*Mike Hill is interviewed by Clarissa. Hill is pulling no punches and he is making it clear that Cassidy isn't on his level and that will be proved beyond all recognition tonight. Hill has grand plans of being world champion once again and says he wants a big spot at Born in Fire XI, the only way to make that happen is by winning here tonight.

Cassidy vs Mike Hill

RJ: Our next contest came to fruition in the last month as our newest “force” in 6CWF began to form…..Mike Hill was embroiled in a tete-de-tete with Jerome Dubois when it was revealed that Miss Jessica Lawless was guiding the careers of both Dubois and Cassidy…..Cassidy helped his new stablemate pick up a victory over Hill and subsequently made himself Hill’s next opposition…

JT: Cassidy has lacked a little direction since returning to 6CWF but he is hoping realigning himself with Jessica, who oversaw the most fruitful part of his career, will pay dividends…

RJ: Cassidy is still young and ambitious….I believe he is and always will be “smitten” with Jessica but she does know how to get the best from him….picking up a decisive win over a legend like Mike Hill, on pay per view, is going to make a statement…

“Wake up” booms through the airwaves and is met by a cacophony of boos as Miss Jessica leads Cassidy onto the stage. Cassidy poses in front of the cameras as Jessica parades him and dismisses the audience’s reaction…

JT: Miss Jessica Lawless is one of the most complex, unique, characters we have ever known….she is vindictive, some say evil, but she is also one hell of a manager….she guided Lex Hart and Cassius Zhi to world titles….she oversaw great things from The Saint and Cassidy, previously Scorpion,….and let us not forget her attempted coup with her brother, Johnny, to take full control of 6CW during the COVID era….

RJ: Where we learned a hell of a backstory between her and Engel Harlequin…which may or not be something to keep an eye on now they are both back in the fold of 6CWF….

JT: A good point and a frightening prospect….but for now Jessica’s charges are Cassidy and Jerome Dubois, both of whom are in action tonight…

RJ: And she will expect nothing less than a clean sweep…

Jessica allows Cassidy to hold the ropes open for her and follows him inside. He poses on the turnbuckles as he directs the cameras in his direction before “Next big thing” shrieks out to a much more positive ovation…

JT: Mike Hill is, without a doubt, a legend of the game…..seen it all, done it all…

RJ: One of the greatest ever….he’s won practically every title there is to win….he is as professional as they come and dedicated to this business….

JT: Not always the most popular and he will be the first to admit that he does not seek nor want a “fan favourite” tag….Hill is arrogant, he is self-important….but he is a class act and many fans recognise that….they also see someone like Cassidy as a disrespectful upstart who is audacious in his treatment of Hill…

RJ: But on the flip side Hill has been in Cassidy’s shoes…he was the young man who disrespected the likes of JJ Johnson, The Saint, Hobo etc to make his name….

JT: Which is some ways gives him an advantage here tonight….Hill is not adverse to breaking rules or doing what he has to in order to win….he will believe he knows the lengths Cassidy will go to in order to walk away victorious tonight…

RJ: Hill is vowing to take Cassidy back to school here at Destiny and prove they are not on the same level….Hill, remember, was an unbeaten European Champion for a couple of months….he gave up that belt to challenge Rex Adamson for the “Key to the Kingdom”….Hill still very much has aspirations and believes he can be world champion again…but he only does that by beating Cassidy….

JT: Very intriguing contest between the old school and new breed…another fantastic bout here at Destiny…

Hill swaggers down the aisle and he looks Jessica up and down before telling her to “keep back, I don’t want to catch anything”…..he smirks as he climbs onto the apron but then Jessica makes to grab his leg….

RJ: ALREADY SHE’S A FACTOR!

Hill wheels around to kick her away as Cassidy runs over and slams into him, sending him crashing off the apron and sprawling back into the aisle. The crowd are booing furiously as Jessica cackles and Cassidy rolls out to continue his assault…

JT: Having Jessica at ringside will be a great advantage for Cassidy….you can see how confident he looks with her presence….

Cassidy drags Hill up and rams him against the security railing, cracking his ribs into the solid mass, before lifting him into a back suplex and drives him down on the concrete floor. He uses his boot to choke Hill on the floor before he pulls him back up and throws him under the bottom rope…

RJ: This would certainly represent the biggest victory in this chapter of Cassidy’s career…a springboard to the next level…

Hill stumbles to his feet as Cassidy catapults himself through the middle ropes and drives into a shotgun dropkick. He pulls Hill into a front facelock and detonates a guillotine suplex into the turnbuckle………………1…………..2……………Hill kicks out!

JT: Hill is a very wily veteran, though, and Cassidy is going to need to keep on him at all times and potentially end this as quickly as he can…

Cassidy tries to lift Hill into a fisherman’s DDT but Hill claws and scrambles until he drops off the back of his foe. He runs the ropes for some momentum but returns into a spinning sidewalk slam (ala Austin Theory). Cassidy allows Miss Jessica to hype him up whilst he laughs at the booing fans and then he ushers Hill back up and runs the ropes…

RJ: SINS OF OUR FATHER!

Hill meets Cassidy’s attempted spear with a brutal dropkick to the top of the head. Cassidy stumbles up and walks into an inverted atomic drop before he is floored by a spinning heel kick. Hill staggers to the corner and he wows the crowd as he nails “Mike Time” (450 Splash)…………………..1…………………….2…………..Miss Jessica climbs up on the apron to distract the referee!

JT: This should probably come as no kind of surprise at all…

Hill is up and he stares at Miss Jessica, who blows him a kiss, before turning back toward his opponent. The official is still guiding Jessica down ad he doesn’t see Cassidy lands a brutal low-blow and then scoop Hill into a sickening fisherman’s DDT…

RJ: That’s what Jessica is so good at….she creates distractions and opens the door for her charges to take control….

JT: Cheating basically…

The referee spins back around as Cassidy drops into the cover……………1……………2………Hill throws his shoulder off the mat. Cassidy looks annoyed and yells at the referee. He gets back up and heads for the corner now. He perches and waits for Hill to rise before leaping at him…

RJ: Overhang neckbreaker….beautiful delivery…..LIONSAULT!

Cassidy lands the first aerial assault but the springboard moonsault causes him to land across Hill’s knees, much to the chagrin of Miss Jessica. RJ: It’s like having an extra pair of eyes….

JT: SHE CAN’T STOP THAT!

Hill smirks and then throws himself into a senton bomb on the outside which wipes out Cassidy and causes Jessica to stagger backward and trip over. Cassidy stumbles up next to the steel steps and Hill crashes into him with a crunching shining wizard before throwing him back in the ring. He leaps up top as the flashbulbs go off…

RJ: NEXT BIG MOVE….FORGET IT!

The referee’s hand is coming down for the three when Jessica places the boot of Cassidy on the bottom rope. Hill looks annoyed as the referee indicates the match will continue…

JT: But he also knew what an issue Miss Jessica was going to be….

Hill rises and he kicks the ropes near where Jessica is standing and causes her to back away. He then ushers Cassidy to his feet…

RJ: OVER THE….

JT: IDOLATRY!

Cassidy puts the block on the “diamond dust” and leaps up behind Hill to slam him down with the “zigzag” neckbreaker. Hill rolls over dazed…

RJ: SINS OF OUR FATHER….THAT MAY JUST DO IT!

Jessica raises her arms into the air as Cassidy runs through Hill with a huge spear and he hooks both legs………………..one………………….two…………..thr-shoulder up!

JT: Hill showing his toughness now….big time moves from Cassidy…

Cassidy is on his knees and bangs his hand on the mat with disdain. He gets back up and spits on the floor before yelling at Hill to rise…

RJ: Cassidy thinks this may be it….

JT: DIVINE COMEDY!

RJ: MHND!

Cassidy leaps in to finish the job with a codebreaker but Hill catches him and slams him down before twisting him over into a liontamer. The crowd are applauding Hill’s reactions as Cassidy yells out in pain…

JT: Hill is one of the best technical players in the game and he has this applied expertly….knee right in the spine….Cassidy in big time trouble here…

The referee is trying to ascertain if Cassidy wants to give up as he continues to yell out in agony. He desperately tries to crawl to the ropes for safety but Hill pulls him back and ups the ante.

RJ: Cassidy is in a hole here and I’m not sure he can pull himself out…..HE’S TAPPING!

Cheers ring out as Cassidy taps his hand, reluctantly, to the mat. Hill releases the hold, believing he has won, but soon realises that Jessica is once again distracting the ref…

JT: This is beyond a joke now….at least the second time Hill has had this match won, and the second time Jessica has screwed him…

RJ: Hill may have had enough….

Hill leaps from the ring now and confronts Jessica, she backs away from him but then tries to throw a slap. Hill catches her hand and shakes his head before shoving her over. He looks annoyed as he climbs back on the apron and through the ropes…

JT: DAMMIT….HEAT SEEKER FROM NOWHERE!

Cassidy is waiting for Hill as he comes through the ropes and nails the sickening hangman piledriver variation. He pulls Hill away from the ropes and scores with a “cross Rhodes”…..

RJ: Jessica laid the groundwork, Cassidy finishing the job…

RJ: HEAVENLY HOSTS!

He leaps at Hill for an “RKO” but Hill shoves him away into the ropes and drops him with a hill-can-rana as he returns. They get back up and Hill dodges a clothesline before landing a crunching pele kick. Cassidy is left standing but is groggy as Hill springs off the ropes and drills him with a tornado DDT…

Cassidy stops short and keeps hold of Hill before dropping him across the middle of the ropes, crotching him badly. He turns Hill’s body and snaps him down off the ropes with a neckbreaker. Hill’s body is folded up as Cassidy circles him. Cassidy taunts the audience and his opponent but Jessica yells at him to keep his eyes on Hill…

RJ: Jessica knows Hill is still dangerous to the last….

JT: PURIFICATION!

Hill dodges the “Judas Effect” elbow at the very last second. He looks for a snap superkick but Cassidy catches his foot and spins him around before leaping into him and scoring with an inverted STO (Paydirt). Both superstars are down, trying to get their bearings…

RJ: You can see both men have given so much in this contest and they are feeling the effects…

JT: And Jessica is moving to act….this is exactly what we saw in that tag team match a few weeks back when she first made her presence known….

We see Jessica pass something to Cassidy before she runs around the ring to once again cause a scene in front of the referee. The official is yelling at her to get down off the apron and threatening to send her backstage. Cassidy is getting to his feet now and we see he has the “branding iron” in his hands…

RJ: He’s armed…turn around ref….they are going to steal this…

Hill has no idea as he gets back to his feet and Cassidy has an arrogant smile on his face as he swings the weapon…

*Crowd cheer

JT: We see Hill had no problem bending the rules and he’d know the tricks Cassidy & Jessica would play…

Hill takes full advantage of the referee’s back being turned and he kicks Cassidy right between the legs. The weapon drops and he kicks it from the ring before seizing the head of his opponent and runs to the ropes….

JT: OVER THE HILL!

Hill uses the ropes to springboard whilst simultaneously kicking Jessica off the apron. He drills Cassidy into the canvass and sits on his chest…

JT: Cassidy and Miss Jessica schemed and plotted….they gave it their all and they came damn close….but tonight they faced a man who knew as many tricks as them…

RJ: Cassidy and Jessica have shown, once again, they are a formidable duo but Mike Hill is still elite level and he will not be felled easily…

Hill smirks as the referee raises his arm in victory and “Next big thing” screams from the airwaves. Jessica has an ugly snarl on her face, sitting on her backside, as Hill winks at her and climbs from the ring. The Belfast crowd are applauding as Jessica climbs in the ring to check on Cassidy…

JT: Hill has put the young gun in his place….

RJ: Will that be enough to send Cassidy looking for a new target?

JT: Potentially….it also puts more pressure on Jerome Dubois to deliver here tonight if Miss Jessica is going to have any success…

Hill stands in the entranceway and looks back at the ring with a smirk as Jessica and Cassidy glare back at him with thorough dislike.

*Backstage and Jack Reynolds is ready to interview Geoff Steel ahead of the fatal four way. Steel is ready to win his first championship gold in many years. Daniel Reilly and Oliver Keane interrupt. Reilly lets Steel know that as long as he wants to be champion, Steel has zero chance of becoming one. Steel tells Reilly to keep that same energy when he puts him in his place tonight and takes away the one last shred of relevancy he has; the European Championship.

*An advert for "6CWF Desert Storm" plays before we see GazzyD and Christy arriving at the arena. Gazzy rubs his wife's stomach and kisses it. We hear him say to the bump "Tonight Daddy will make things right".

*Crowd pop

“Run this town” blasts through the speakers. Golden fire sprays across the front of the stage as the crowd begin to hum in time to the music…

Michael Bird: Introducing the challengers……first, from Dublin, Ireland (some boos)…………..weighing in at 195 pounds……O’Caaaaaaaaaaaaalllllllllllllllaaaaggghhhhaaaaaannnn!

JT: Great opportunity here tonight for the four men involved in this bout to leave as champion and put themselves in a position of power here in 6CWF…

O’Callaghan is dressed in a deep green and gold robe with sunglasses on. He beams at the crowd’s response and conducts them in their repetition of his theme tune. He swaggers to the ring and leaps inside…

RJ: Still a relative baby in this industry is O’Callaghan….he shot on the scene at 21 in 2016, he seemed destined for huge things by winning the Fight for the Right, UK & International Championships….it was seemed inevitable he would become world champ but for varying reasons that has never happened…

JT: There is no doubting OC’s ability, his technical prowess is second to none….I just think he lacks motivation at times, he isn’t as dedicated as he should be and it lets him down at the final hurdle….all the pieces of the puzzle are there, he still can be the greatest in the world but he has to find a way to put it all together…

OC removes his robe and drops it down to the outside of the ring before “Where’s my wonderland” then echoes through the airwaves to a mixed reaction from those in attendance…

MB: Hailing from Norwich, England….weighing in at 220 pounds………..Jaaaaammmmmmeeeesss MccccMaaaannnnuuuuussss!

RJ: One of two men in this match who have held the European Championship already, James McManus knows and holds this belt in high esteem…

JT: Another man with aspirations of going to the top….another man who maybe hasn’t fulfilled his whole potential….James McManus has looked in great shape since his return to 6CWF and he believes a third reign as Euro Champ will open the door for him to finally crack the main event scene here in 6CWF…

RJ: He’s got the attributes, no nonsense, smash mouth bruiser….McManus has proven his title credentials over the years as both a singles and tag team competitor….can he make it a third time as champion?

McManus soaks up the reaction of the crowd and nods his head as he begins to descent to the ring. He and O’Callaghan share some choice words as the referee keeps them separate….

JT: Been a few issues between these two in recent weeks, I am sure they will get plenty of opportunity to iron those out during this contest…

The official continues to keep a separation on McManus and O’Callaghan before “Last Resort” booms through the speakers and is met by a deafening, standing, ovation from the Belfast audience…

MB: From Sheffield…………weighing in at 259 pounds……………Geeeeeeooooofffff Stttteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelllllllllllllllllll!

RJ: Nothing but love for the legend that is Geoff Steel…

JT: Former 6CW World Champion and one of the toughest SOBs in the history of the game…..Geoff Steel is in his first championship bout since returning to 6CWF having finally walked away from months of brutality and warfare with Blue Dragon…

RJ: Steel and Dragon were involved in some of the most violent and barbaric matches I have ever seen….Steel showed during those battles that he is a warrior through and through….now he returns to the championship scene and is hoping to win gold at the first time of asking…

JT: And it’ll be all the more sweet to take the belt from Daniel Reilly following two attacks from the champion in the last month…

RJ: Reilly and Steel have been big players in 6CW since the early days….

JT: And amazingly their paths did not cross as many times as you may think….but the animosity is certainly there now…

Steel stands and soaks up the cheers and ovation from the audience. He reaches out and tags hands with the fans as he walks the ramp and heads for the ring. He leaps himself up on the apron and stares at both competitors already there before “Broken Dreams” shatters the airwaves….

MB: And finally……..from Birmingham, England………..weighing in at 196 pounds…..he is the reigning and defending 6CWF European Champion…………..Daaaannnniiiiieeeeelllll Reeeeeiiiillllllyyyyyy!

RJ: Reilly’s second reign as European Champion, the first came way back during the 6CW/6WF war of 2009….but the veteran is proving week in and week out that he is still a top tier performer….

JT: Reilly lost his first seven matches in 6CWF, a doomed partnership with Drake Callihan contributed to that…..but then a face from the past, Oliver Keane, returned and was re-appointed as Reilly’s “agent”….since then Reilly has gone on a hell of a run which culminated in winning the title at Beachfront Brawl…

RJ: And he hasn’t looked back….Reilly is still a force to be reckoned with and he will be looking to defend his belt against a hungry chasing pack…

JT: Reilly is in a foul mood…he didn’t believe any of these men were worthy of a challenge so he interrupted the #1 contender match and wiped them all out….but that backfired as that led to this match being made…

RJ: And instead of one challenger he has ended up with three, drastically reducing his chances of leaving tonight with his belt…

Reilly stands on the stage as Oliver Keane steps to the side and hypes him up. Reilly points to the European Championship around his waist before he begins the walk to the ring. He climbs up inside and eyes all three of his opponents…

JT: He also painted a target on himself for all three competitors with that last attack….that may very well come back to haunt him…

RJ: Without a doubt, here we go…

The bell sounds and suddenly the champion finds himself surrounded. He tries to plead and reason but Steel responds first with a huge right hand. James McManus nails a massive forearm to the mouth and then OC lashes a fierce chop into the chest. They whip Reilly off the ropes and then send him into a huge triple backdrop. He clutches his spine as he staggers up and Steel runs forward with a heavy clothesline that sends him over the top and crashing at Oliver Keane’s feet…

JT: Now the three challengers have a run at one another…

Steel turns around and eats a dropkick from O’Callaghan which sends him crashing into the corner. OC gets up and just pulls his head out of the way of a “knee trembler” from McManus. He wraps his arms around the waist and tries for a German suplex but McManus throws him off. McManus rushes forward but is drop-toe holded across the ropes…

RJ: Dial ‘em…

OC looks for the “619” but McManus ducks out of the impact just in time. O’Callaghan spins back into the ring as McManus drops him with a lariat. He ushers him back up and lands a heavy kick to the gut before scooping him onto his shoulders….

JT: McManus looking to impose his fierce style early on……DEATH VALLEY DRIVER!

OC elbows his way off McManus’ shoulders and pushes him away, straight into a backdrop from Steel that sends him over the ropes to the outside. Steel and OC square up now and then start to trade with shots. Steel’s power wins out and he rocks the Irishman on his heels and whips him across the ring. He drops his head for a backdrop but O’Callaghan grabs his head and nails a facebuster (ala Triple H) on the comeback. Steel staggers back and OC knocks him down with a running high knee (ala Triple H). Steel stumbles back up and walks into a belly to belly slam………………1……………….2………..Daniel Reilly pulls OC under the bottom rope and launches him over the barrier into the crowd.

RJ: Reilly sensed his title was in danger and he acted….

JT: And now he and Steel are face to face….

The crowd are raucous as Reilly slithers in and waits for Steel to get up before leaping at him for the RKO. Steel puts the brakes on and shoves the champion off the ropes before nailing a spinebuster as he comes back. Reilly staggers up in the corner and Steel smashes into him with a huge clothesline . He then scoops Reilly on his shoulders and runs out…

RJ: POWERSLAM!

Reilly kicks his feet at the last minute and drops off before nailing an inverted headlock backbreaker. He rakes his boot on Steel’s face before heading to the corner…

JT: Like Reilly or not…this is the best I have seen him in many years…FROGSPLASH!

McManus is back on the apron and he forearms Reilly in the temple, sitting him down on the top rope. McManus climbs up and then executes a huge superplex, which Steel rolls out of the impact zone at the last minute….

McManus gets back up and Steel kicks him in the stomach…

RJ: BLADECUTTER!

McManus swipes Steel’s legs and catapults him to the ropes, where he collides heads with a returning OC. OC falls to the outside as Steel collapses on a knee, clutching his head. McManus turns back to the champion, who is struggling to his feet, and runs the ropes…

JT: KNEE TREMBLER….THIRD REIGN FOR MCMANUS!

1……………..2……………kickout!

RJ: Wasn’t far away…

McManus lands brutal stomps to the chest and head of the champion before dragging him up. He scoops him onto his shoulders…

RJ: McManus thinking tombstone here….

Reilly battles his way off and scores with a release German suplex. He stumbles to his feet and then he drags Geoff Steel over and executes a fallout neckbreaker. He places them side by side and heads for the ropes…

JT: Reilly plotting the unthinkable here….

RJ: DOUBLE FROGGY!

Both frogsplashes land on Steel and McManus, drawing impressed applause from the audience. He gets back to his feet, however, and is immediately drop toe-holded across the ropes by O’Callaghan. The Irishman yells out before this time connecting with the 619 kick. Reilly staggers back next to Steel and McManus as OC springboards back in…

JT: TRIPLE 360 SPLASH….THAT IS ASTONISHING!

Crowd: That was awe-some x10

O’Callaghan spins through the air and he crashes down on all three of his opponents as the crowd go wild. Reilly is first to stagger up and OC lifts him into a back suplex which topples him over the top rope to the outside. Steel is next up and OC hits a belly to belly which dumps him to the outside. McManus is the last to rise…

RJ: COBRA CLUTCH!

OC tries to slap on the submission but McManus thrashes and fights with all that he has. O’Callaghan is forced to drive a huge knee into the spine and then he lifts McManus off the mat and smashes him down with a “Cobra clutch” slam………………1………………….2……………McManus kicks out!

JT: This is the time to strike in a match like this….this is your time to win….

OC listens to the crowd, once again humming his theme tune, as he ushers McManus back to his feet and nails a vert stiff pendulum backbreaker. He grabs the legs of McManus now….

RJ: Sharpshooter….this is what brought OC to the dance…

The noise levels grow as OC turns McManus over on his stomach and applies the submission. McManus is yelling in pain as the referee kneels next to him….

JT: McManus’ hopes of becoming champ again are fading here….

RJ: BRUTAL!

Geoff Steel slams right through the back of O’Callaghan’s neck with a “northern” lariat, breaking the submission. He drags OC up and flips him into a powerbomb position and throws him at James McManus as he tries to stand. Steel drags McManus into a jackhammer….

JT: ANKLELOCK!

Reilly twists OC’s ankle now and causing the Irishman to roar in agony. O’Callaghan is trying to roll and thrash his way to the ropes but Reilly drags him back and up the pressure…

RJ: WAIT A MINUTE….I HAVE NEVER…

Reilly drops to one knee, grounding himself, as Steel grabs his legs and pulls them out from under. He twists the champion over into the “Steelworks) (liontamer) whilst Reilly continues to twist and tear at the ankle of O’Callaghan…

JT: This is insane….what even happens here?

RJ: I have no idea….only one can win……

James McManus is back up and he drives a kick into the gut of Geoff Steel before crushing him into the canvass with the “Angel Wings” variation….

RJ: Absolute insanity here in this match….so much going on….

James McManus is exasperated as he stomps on the top of Reilly’s head and then drags him up and chucks him from the ring. Steel is trying, somehow, to get back to a vertical base and walks into McManus’ path again…

JT: MK ULTRA!

Steel rolls down the back and he pulls McManus’ legs out from under him…

RJ: STEELWORKS!

McManus gets both feet into Steel’s chest and boots him back into the corner. He gets up and chases in but eats a huge boot to the face….Steel runs the adjacent ropes and sprints back…

JT: WHAT A SPEAR….ALMOST RIPPED MCMANUS FROM HIS BOOTS…

RJ: And the crowd can sense it….Steel is close here…

Steel gets up after thundering into McManus and leaving him in a battered heap. He then points to the corner as the audience voice their approval. Steel makes his way over and he begins to climb…

JT: Steel not one for a high risk unless he deems it necessary…

RJ: I’d say winning a championship is necessary,…..WAIT NOW…

OC is back up and he pulls Steel’s feet out from under him. He climbs onto the turnbuckle now and pummels Steel with punches before attempting to suplex him to the outside..

JT: Not from up there….that landing will be devastating….

RJ: OC looking to take Steel out of the running…..OH MY LORD!

Crowd: Holy (beep) x10

JT: PLAY DANGEROUS GAMES, YOU WIN DANGEROUS PRIZES….

RJ: O’CALLAGHAN’S BACK MUST BE SHOT TO BITS!

OC is trying and trying to pull Steel into the superplex but he will not budge. He responds with huge uppercuts to the body, taking all the wind from O’Callaghan’s sails, and then he scoops him onto his shoulders and throws him from the top rope to the floor below with an “Attitude Adjustment”. OC bounces off the solid floor and writhes in agony…

JT: That, folks, is not something anyone will ever learn to take….you cannot teach or prepare for that…

RJ: OC’s back may be broken….that was catastrophic…

Steel sits there for a moment and looks down at OC, who has become still, but then readies himself and leaps toward McManus…

JT: FLYING HEADBUTT!

RJ: McManus had enough time to scout it….

McManus moves at the final moment and sends Steel crashing against the canvass. He gets back up and he pulls Steel into him…

JT: MK ULTRA…..GOT HIM!

The crowd cheer now as Keane threatens to blow a gasket after the referee orders him to leave ringside. Keane is flat out refusing but then Geoff Steel stands up behind him….

RJ: HE SHOULD HAVE JUST LEFT!

Keane turns around and eats a huge right hand from Steel, which drops him in a heap on the floor and sends the crowd into raptures. In the ring, Daniel Reilly has slithered back in behind James McManus and spins him around…

JT: RKO!

McManus actually catches Reilly in mid-jump and the crowd go wild as he flips him into position…

RJ: What a counter….TOMBSTONE!

Reilly is driven on his skull by the move and McManus hooks the leg……………………..1…………………..2……………….3!

JT: Geoff Steel just in time…and I mean barely in time…

Steel dives across the ring to scupper the pinfall which allows the champion to roll out. Steel and McManus are left again now and they trade shots with one another until McManus rakes at the eyes of his foe. He follows up with brutal chops and forearms (WALTER style) before running the ropes…..

RJ: THAT POWER IS SCARY!

Steel uses McManus’ momentum on the comeback to bench press him into the air. He throws him like a dart at the turnbuckle and then lifts him into a huge release full nelson slam. He drags McManus back up now and detonates a pumhandle slam for good measure…

JT: Pound for pound, they do not come stronger….AND NOW A SPINNING POWERBOMB!

Steel takes a deep breath as he flips him up and spins him into the powerbomb………………..1………………….2……………..3!

RJ: I don’t even know if McManus knows how he kicked out there….I’m sure that is just instinct and nothing else…

Steel gets to one knee, his chest heaving, and he takes a look up into the rafters. He stumbles up to his feet and then he grabs McManus by the hair….

JT: James McManus must literally be on fumes here…..he has taken a pounding…

RJ: And it’s about to get worse…..BLADECUTTER!

McManus swipes Steel’s legs from under him and tries to synch in the “British” figure four but Steel plants a boot in his back and shoves him into the turnbuckle. McManus runs back out as Steel rises but misses with a clothesline and Steel scoops him up…

JT: ATTITUDE…

McManus crashes elbow after elbow into Steel’s jaw before finally dropping off. He then scoops Steel up…

RJ: DEATH VALLEY DRIVER….GOT HIM!

RJ: McManus can’t quite believe it….but he’ll go to the well again, he is not a slacker….

McManus stumbles over to the corner now and he begins to pull himself up. He reaches the top as Steel gets back up and then launches toward him….

JT: CROSS….OH MY!

McManus crashes into Steel with the crossbody but Steel rolls through and once more demonstrates his power as he stands up with McManus in his arms. McManus is struggling so Steel nails a crunching rib-breaker and then throws him on his shoulders….

RJ: ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT….THAT TIME HE GOT HIM!

Steel smashes McManus into the canvass with the “AA” and he follows up with a brutal flying headbutt from the top, crashing his head into the chest cavity…..he is just about to make the cover when OC staggers back in the ring….

RJ: I don’t even know how OC is moving….COQUINA CLUTCH!

He tries to leap on Steel’s back and apply the submission hold but Steel rolls on the canvass with him before breaking his grip. They get back to their feet and Steel scoops OC on his shoulders…

JT: ATTITUDE…

RJ: O’Callaghan doesn’t want another of those…

OC fights out of Steel’s grip and then succeeds in leaping into a dropkick to the spine which sends Steel sprawling across the ropes. O’Callaghan gets to his feet now, struggling with the pain in his back, and he runs the ropes…

JT: 619!

RJ: CAUGHT HIM!

The crowd go wild as OC whips around the ropes for the “feint kick” but Steel catches his legs and whips him out onto the canvass before turning him into the “Steelworks”….

JT: O’Callaghan’s back could potentially be broke already and now he is enduring one of the deadliest submissions in the game….

RJ: Geoff Steel closing in…..new champion imminent….

OC’s cries of agony fill the air. He tries to scramble for the ropes but Steel drags him back and he really arches the spine of his foe whilst driving his knee into his back…..

JT: O’Callaghan must be in so much pain here….there is no shame in tapping here…

RJ: The long term damage could be so much worse if he doesn’t….but he’s so damn proud…

OC is clearly in so much pain and he reaches out for the ropes although he is practically in the centre of the ring. His eyes begin to shut….

JT: The referee needs to step in here….he needs to check….because I think the pain has got so bad that O’Callaghan has passed out…

RJ: Which means Steel is the new champion…

JT: He’s checking…

The official raises O’Callaghan’s arm off the canvass twice and both times it drops back to the mat in an instant. He raises it for a third and final time as the crowd watch on with baited breath…

RJ: This falls and Geoff Steel is the brand new champion….

JT: Someone get the belt….

RJ: Geoff Steel had it in the bag, he was the champ….OC had passed out…

JT: But Daniel Reilly snuck in the back door….he has snatched his title back from the grasp of Geoff Steel in the sneakiest of manners….

The instant replays how O’Callaghan’s hand ready to drop for the third time when Daniel Reilly clatters into Steel from behind and bumbles him from the ring. He quickly drags a very groggy OC up and drills him with an unnecessary RKO before covering for the three. Back live and Reilly has rolled from the ring and snatches the title belt from the announce area. Geoff Steel is just getting to his feet and realising what has happened…

RJ: Geoff Steel cannot believe it and nor can this Belfast crowd…..he had the title in his grasp, he was taking the belt away from Daniel Reilly…

JT: But he’s walking away empty handed, somehow and someway, Daniel Reilly is still champion…

RJ: I’m not sure that will end Steel and Reilly’s animosity…

JT: If anything it will increase it…

Reilly is laughing at Steel and goading him as he walks into the aisleway. Steel is not in the mood and looks to give chase as Reilly quickens his stride and disappears backstage. Back in the ring and the referee is asking for someone to check on O’Callaghan…

RJ: O’Callaghan’s back took some serious trauma in this match and he is going to need medical attention….we wish him all the best….

JT: Huge ovation from the audience, plenty of respect here at Destiny….

James McManus is circling the ring and is contemplating taking his anger out on O’Callaghan but instead he kicks the steel steps and storms backstage. EMT’s arrive to check on OC….

RJ: Another fantastic contest here at Destiny and we still have seven more fantastic ones to follow….this is shaping up to be an historic night….

JT: 6CWF delivering on all fronts as per…

*Blue Dragon is promising a performance of unrelenting violence tonight and make Faith pay for ever crossing him. BD then says after that he is going to seize control of 6CWF by taking all the power and all the gold.

*James McManus is bemoaning coming up short in his quest to become champion. He pulls out his mobile and after a few moments we hear him saying "I need some help, the band back together".

*Rex and Max Adamson are talking as Rex prepares for his upcoming match. Max believes Rex is getting close to becoming world champion but he doesn't want him to rush, urges him to put his emotions aside tonight because Jessica/Dubois etc will pull all the tricks. Rex is adamant he is ready and asks Max about the rumours regarding "Desert Storm". Max is not overly forthcoming with an answer but says he just wants to help Rex concentrate on tonight.

*Uryu is sitting on the roof of the SSE, staring out the many firework celebrations taking place. A particularly bright pyro illuminates the shadows around and we see Edward Plague standing behind Ishida, a dark and sinister expression upon his face.

Blue Dragon vs Cameron Faith

JT: Our next contest is years in the making….

RJ: Over a decade…..Blue Dragon and Cameron Faith were friends back in 6WF, they fought alongside one another against BD’s maniacal brother, Logan Kincade….

JT: However the version of Blue Dragon that has returned to 6CWF is very much more in the same category as Kincade….he is a violent and sadistic brute with a penchant for causing serious harm to anyone who crosses him….

RJ: The crime boss showed that time and again during his wars with Geoff Steel and was during one of those that this match became inevitable….last month at Beachfront Brawl Dragon left Steel to be “blown up” during an exploding barbed wire deathmatch….Cameron Faith came to Steel’s rescue, mirroring the friendship he once had with BD and times he saved him from Logan Kincade…

JT: Dragon took exception to Faith’s intervention and it has naturally led us to tonight…

RJ: There have been crossed words and bloodshed in the buildup, I think you can expect much more of that this evening…

“Ain’t no stopping me” beats out and the crowd are on their feet for the arrival of Cameron Faith. Jets of pyros explode over the front of the entrance as the Scotsman bounds out into view…

JT: We can talk about Faith not fulfilling his potential etc, etc but tonight is not about that…we know he is a fighter, he’s as tough as they come and tonight he really will have to be….

RJ: A meeting between these two has, probably, always been inevitable…even as friends there was an edge, Faith knew the kind of man Dragon could be, his background etc….he had an idea this day would come…

JT: And come it has….Cameron Faith knows tonight will be dangerous but he chose this….he knew when he came to Geoff Steel’s aid that this was the path he was heading down, he knew Dragon would not lie down and take it…

RJ: He made himself the hunted….

Faith slaps hands with some of the fans around ringside and then he leaps up into the ring. Although he retains his usual bounce there is clearly a much more focused side to him as he paces the ring. “Bodies” then booms out…

JT: One of the most dangerous men in the industry….built for war and he enjoys it….

RJ: Returned to 6CWF and promised chaos, I’d say that is exactly what he has brought to the table…

JT: Blue Dragon returned after taking exception to being overlooked as a member of 6CWF’s Board by one time friend JJ Johnson….he wanted to make things even more difficult for JJ, if that is possible…

RJ: In the end he has signed a contract and is an official member of the 6CWF roster but he continues to move to the beat of his own drum….if and when the day comes that JJ returns here to 6CWF, I would imagine Blue Dragon will be reminding him that their issues are not done…

JT: But for now Blue Dragon has another former friend and ally to deal with….

Dragon’s hulking figure appears from the shadows of the entranceway. Plumes of smoke pour along the arena floor before fires burst up from the stage and Blue Dragon walks out wearing a skull mask (ala Shao Khan from Mortal Kombat). He makes his way to the ring and removes the mask, his dark eyes glaring up at Cameron Faith….

RJ: You just know every time this man is in the building that things are about to get violent…it just oozes from him…

JT: A legitimate bad a55….Blue Dragon has his fans, he has his detractors…but nobody denies that everyone sits up and takes notice when he is in action…

RJ: A straight wrestling bout here which is somewhat of rarity for Dragon on pay per view since his return…..an “unsanctioned” match followed by an exploding barbed wire deathmatch…..

JT: I really wouldn’t rule out it descending into that kind of violence….

RJ: FAITH IS FLYING!

Dragon walks around the ring once more but Faith decides he has had enough and he throws caution to the wind as he runs the ropes and then dives out with a suicide dive that knocks Dragon onto the arena floor…

JT: Cameron Faith has no fear….even after seeing what Dragon did to Geoff Steel, after being battered and busted open himself in recent weeks…..he wants this…

Faith stands up and he listens to the roar of the crowd. He nods his head and rolls back in the ring before running the ropes again as Blue Dragon starts to rise and he dives out with a second suicide dive, this time slamming Dragon backwards into the ringside barrier…

RJ: Dragon was not expecting this kind of start at all from Faith….he has been caught completely unawares…

Faith rises to his feet for a third time and it is clear to see that he is hyped up. He watches as Dragon begins to crawl around toward the announce area and then rolls back in the ring. He signals to the audience that he is going for the trifecta….

JT: Cameron Faith is as loaded as I have seen him in a long time, he is feeling this…..THREE IN A ROW!

*Huge roars and groans from the audience

RJ: Went to the well one too many times and that is a horrific landing…

Faith dives out for a third attack on Dragon but this time BD is ready and he catches Faith around the neck and in one movement he lifts him off the floor and chokeslams him on top of the “Social Media” announce table….

JT: Cameron Faith just got obliterated….and you can see that our colleagues down there are rightly nervous….I would be too after what happened to us all a few weeks ago at the hands of Clarke James…

Dragon glares at Faith now and then seizes him by the hair, lifting his head off the table, and then repeatedly slams the back of his skull down into the wood. He drags Faith off the table and then shows immense power to haul him through the air, causing Faith’s spine to crash against the ringpost….

RJ: We know Blue Dragon enjoys this part…

JT: He probably even enjoyed Faith’s onslaught, I’m not sure he views pain in the same way as a normal human being…

Faith is writhing in pain on the floor as Dragon walks behind him and stomps, viciously, on the small of his back. The referee is trying to order BD to bring the action in the ring but he does not seem interested in that…

RJ: This match hasn’t yet officially started…..which means neither man is in danger of being counted out or disqualified…

JT: But the official could choose to throw it out….

Dragon pulls Faith up and he drives him, spine-first, back into the ringside barrier before seizing his wrist and he whips him toward the steel steps…

RJ: FAITH STILL FIGHTIING AND THIS BELFAST CROWD APPRECIATE IT!

Faith, despite being in pain, manages to leap onto the steel steps and he moonsaults back into a takedown on his opponent. Faith grabs at the ring apron to help him to his feet and then he climbs up onto it and then scales the turnbuckle….

JT: Cameron Faith is putting it together tonight, no fear and willing to take as many risks as possible…..LEAP OF FAITH!

The flashbulbs go off and the crowd are wowed as Faith launches himself off the top rope into the double rotation moonsault that wipes out Dragon once again on the outside as he gets back up to his feet….

RJ: If Faith can get the 300lb frame of Blue Dragon in the ring then he may have a real shot here you know…

JT: The adrenaline is flowing…..he isn’t even feeling any of that pain in his back…

Faith sucks in a deep breath as he stumbles to his feet and then he gets underneath Dragon and manages to haul him up. He pushes him back toward the apron and starts trying to lift him into the ring….

RJ: This is where the already injured back is going to be a problem….

Dragon suddenly slams his head down into the spine of Faith and causes him to stagger away, yelling in pain. BD then roars forward with a huge swinging axe handle blow to the head that swings Faith inside out. Dragon looks even angrier now as he drags Faith up and he suplexes him into the air before turning it into a front slam, lashing Faith down across the top of the ringside barrier…

JT: That is horrifying….we have already seen O’Callaghan suffer a back injury earlier tonight but Blue Dragon is actually going out of his way to destroy Cameron Faith here…

RJ: Vertebrae may be dislodged or even smashed after that kind of landing…..

JT: The referee may be contemplating just throwing this match out….

It is quite clear that Cameron Faith is in serious difficulty, clutching his spine. Dragon, however, shoves the official out of the way and he pulls Faith up and powerbombs him against the ringpost….

RJ: All we are watching now is a dismantlement….this is a destruction…

JT: The kind of beating that can be extremely difficult to come back from…

The referee looks very concerned now but Faith, despite the agony, is adamant he wants to continue. The official is asking to call it off but Faith grabs at his shirt to pull himself up…

RJ: This really is not wise….Cameron Faith should be saved from himself here but anything worse happens….

JT: Oh it’s going to get worse……..OH GOD, STOP THIS INSANITY!

Dragon has his “Gauntlet” glove on now and he walks behind Faith and drives a thunderous punch into his spine. Faith stumbles around and Dragon grabs him by the throat again, this time he succeeds in destroying the “Social Media” table with a devastating chokebomb….

RJ: This is over….before it has even had chance to get started….

JT: Faith came out here all guns blazing, perhaps the only option he had, and after a brief amount of success he has now become another victim of Blue Dragon….

Dragon just stands there with no trace of emotion as the referee slides on his knees next to the wreckage and tries to get a response out of Cameron Faith. Faith is in a bad way as the referee begins waving for medics…

RJ: They need to get Blue Dragon out of there and get Faith the help he needs…

*Crowd pop

JT: I don’t even know how this is possible…..Faith is moving here….he is pushing the medics away…

Dragon looks almost amused as Faith stumbles from the wreckage and point blank refuses any help from the EMTs. He staggers toward the ring and then he turns to face Dragon and beckons him on…

RJ: What on earth are we watching? Cameron Faith is actively calling out his attacker….

JT: I still think it should be stopped…

Dragon’s nostrils flare as he sizes Faith up and then he rushes forward to crunch him against the ring but Faith sidesteps at the very last moment…

RJ: Dragon hit the ringpost….Faith has a chance here….

The crowd roar in delight as BD’s head smashes into the ringpost and Faith takes his chance to throw him into the ring. He drags himself up on the apron and he catapults himself in with a flying clothesline (ala CM Punk). Dragon staggers up in the corner and Faith slams into him with a shining wizard and then runs him out into a bulldog….

JT: There goes the bell…..this match is officially underway….and amazingly Cameron Faith is on the front foot….

Faith falls upwards and the ropes keep him on his feet. He seems to be contemplating his next move and decides there is only one option…

RJ: Faith knows he needs to end this as soon as he can….he is practically on empty….he knows what he needs…..ACT OF FAITH!

Faith dives forward for the superkick but BD throws out his hands and catches his foot. He shakes his head at Faith and then spins him around….

JT: PELE!

The crowd roar as Faith somehow turns his predicament around and nails the overhead kick to the top of Dragon’s head. Dragon staggers into the ropes and comes back…

RJ: GHETTO BLASTER….HE HIT IT!

Faith’s backbreaker is ropey as he struggles to lift BD but somehow he manages it and turns it into the swinging neckbreaker. The crowd are on their feet as Faith yells at Dragon to get to his feet…

JT: ACT OF FAITH….HE GOT HIM!

The superkick detonates clean on the jaw of BD as cheers ring out around the arena. Faith collapses from the effort but after half a minute he is able to drape an arm across his opponent’s chest….

RJ: GOT….NO, NO HE KICKED OUT!

JT: You have got to think that thirty second lapse between hitting the superkick and the cover played a massive part there…..Faith’s injured back and even the manner of the cover….

RJ: On any other night that was over….Faith has beat the best with that kick…

JT: He needs to dig deeper than ever before….another one and maybe, just maybe…

Faith stomps his feet now as he waits in the corner for his opponent to get up. Dragon is clearly dazed and confused but he eventually finds a vertical base….

RJ: ONE MORE TIME WITH FEELING!

Dragon shows extreme fleet of foot for a big man as he ducks the superkick and then runs off the ropes and returns with a huge spear, but he lands it to the back of his opponent which almost breaks him in two….

JT: That was some of the worst impact I have ever seen….Faith’s whole body seemed to bend…

RJ: Dragon knows this is over…

JT: That doesn’t mean he is done though….

Faith is once again completely motionless on the canvass but Dragon is in no mood for mercy. He drags the deadweight up and then shows a complete lack of remorse as he whips Faith into all four turnbuckles in turn….

RJ: Cameron Faith’s back must be obliterated….it has to be….

JT: And yet he still tries to stand….still defiant to the last…

Faith places a hand on BD’s boots and it is clear he is somehow trying to rise up. Dragon stares down at his former friend and then he places his hands together in an axe handle and he repeatedly slams it down into Faith’s spine, pummelling him until he goes limp…..he drags him up now in a show of power and destroys him with the “Deathnote” powerbomb….

RJ: The referee is calling it…not before time but the right damn call….Cameron Faith cannot continue…

JT: He has been beaten into unconsciousness here by one of the sickest to ever set foot in the ring….

RJ: An extremely uncomfortable watch…Faith was brave, he was defiant, and he had his moments but ultimately he was victimized here by a man he used to consider a friend…

JT: BD said Faith would pay for putting his nose where it didn’t belong….he promised he would feel the wrath that was initially intended for Geoff Steel…

RJ: And I think he has made good on that….

“Bodies” is beating through the airwaves as Dragon just continues to stand and stare down at Faith, who is unmoving on the canvass. BD raises his arms in the air as some of the crowd cheer but many boo him or look horrified at what they have just watched…

JT: We knew it would be violent and it did not let us down…the frightening thing is tonight Blue Dragon didn’t need weapons, he didn’t need tools….he has ripped Cameron Faith apart with his bare hands near enough….

RJ: A very clear message of intent is ringing around 6CWF now….what is next for Blue Dragon? With Born in Fire on the horizon, where will he set his sights now?

JT: Nobody is going to want to face Dragon, not willingly anyway….

RJ: As for Cameron Faith, obviously we wish him a speedy recovery and hopefully any injuries sustained are not as bad as we fear they may be…

JT: I have never seen Cameron Faith take a beating like that…

Dragon seems to be contemplating whether to continue his assault but he merely spits down next to Faith and leaves the ring. The referee is once again signalling for the EMTs to come and assist Faith as the fans give a standing ovation….

RJ: If it is that kind of brutality you are into then I urge you not to go anywhere folks because coming up next is a war for the ages…..three years in the making….Dicey Reilly/Marty Helms….Street Fight…

*Liam Wood is getting ready for his match with Engel. He looks extremely tense, pacing back and forth, and adopts a fighting stance as the door swings open but it is Thunder. Thunder isn't here for lectures, he is here to help his friend locate and save Emmy. He says "everything else can wait".

*Dicey Reilly is interviewed by Clarissa. Dicey takes us back to the 2020 feud with Marty Helms and explains what it took from him and how Helms brutalised him in ways that very few have been able to ever do. Dicey says tonight is not just about vengeance but proving he is still a big game player here in 6CWF. Dicey believes victory tonight will lead him onto something major at Born in Fire XI

*We get a shot of Robin Reborn and his entourage arriving as the commentary team hype tonight's main event. The scene then changes and Tyler Roth, Eddy Kent and Michael Sweetwater are with Clarissa. She asks why Roth turned on Harris and he laughs. He says Harris is not world championship material, he is a sparring partner and nothing more. Roth says he wasn't about to stand by and watch his lesser talented friend beat him to the mountain top. But not only that, Roth says he follows the opportunities....he always has been a mercenary for hire and joining Genesis has been a long time coming. Roth pays respect to Eddy Kent for the invite and he knows this next chapter of his career will create history in 6WF. Kent is smirking in the background.

The feed is interrupted however by Cerberus and Cara. Cerberus appears to be in a graveyard somewhere and he wants to change tonight's match to "Buried Alive". He says he has been doing some thinking and it is time 6CWF remembered who the most dominant world champion in history is. So tonight he is going to bury Tyler Roth, removing him from the picture, and then he is coming for Eddy Kent and the 6WF Championship.

Roth accepts Cerberus' challenge as Kent pretends to be unfazed.

Dicey Reilly vs Marty Helms

JT: It is time for one of the most emotionally charged bouts of the evening….as personal as they come….

RJ: Three years ago Marty Helms and Dicey Reilly became embroiled in a bitter and brutal war that became one of the focal points of the “COVID era”……that feud ended in a bloody, devastating “street fight” at Born in Fire which pushed both men to their absolute limits….on that night Marty Helms was victorious and seemingly ended the career of Dicey Reilly, beating him so badly he could not return…

JT: But fast forward three years and after time to heal, rehab, and decide he wasn’t finished….Dicey Reilly returned to professional wrestling…..

RJ: And when he returned Marty Helms was on top of the mountain, 6WF World Champion, and still as violent and blood thirsty as ever…..it was inevitable their paths would cross and Dicey made it clear that he wanted vengeance for what Helms had done to him…

JT: The first part of that vengeance came at “Beachfront Brawl”….Dicey Reilly eliminated Marty Helms from the “Elimination Chamber” and ensured he lost his world championship…

RJ: Which naturally caused Helms to retaliate…and on several occasions since “Beachfront Brawl” he has attacked Dicey and spilled his blood…

JT: Which brings us to tonight….this is what it comes down to….almost full circle as they head into a “Street fight” once more….these two men detest one another and neither will be happy until they have put the other away…

RJ: This is not going to be for the purists, this will be a fight…..

JT: And there will be blood!

“Remedy” booms through the airwaves as sirens ring all around the arena. The arena is then enveloped in darkness before we hear the sounds of shackles and chains moving. Pyros explode in front of the entranceway before Marty Helms appears, carrying his trusted nightstick….

RJ: We have seen Marty Helms use that weapon to his advantage on several occasions recently….

JT: And he will be looking to do again tonight when anything goes….Marty Helms is truly one of the most physical and dangerous combatants we have ever seen in 6CWF…..

RJ: Since 2016 onwards he has become one of the most formidable and imposing superstars in the industry….he has gone to war and won against the likes of Cerberus, Tyler Roth and, of course, Dicey Reilly….

JT: Those names alone tell you what this man is all about….Helms seeks out the biggest and the baddest, at one time he was dubbed the “Monster Hunter” because of his penchant for taking on fights with the most sinister in pro wrestling….

RJ: Finally he achieved his career ambition of becoming world champion in June of this year……but Dicey Reilly took that away from him…something Helms cannot and will not ever forgive…

JT: Which is why he has vowed to finish Dicey for good tonight….Helms wants rid of Dicey before he makes a second assault on becoming champion once more…

Marty Helms raps his nightstick against the ringpost and then climbs up into the ring. He paces back and forth, ready for war, before “Born to Fight” rips out of the sound system. Every fan in the arena rises to their feet as gold and green pyros erupt….

RJ: Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland….Dicey Reilly is universal….the proud “Dublin Destroyer”…..6CW Hall of Famer….Three time world champion….Dicey Reilly is one of the greatest ever, undoubtedly…

JT: Marty Helms said Belfast would be behind him tonight but I believe he was wrong…..6CWF fans love Dicey Reilly, no matter the city or country…..a 6CW Original….he has given every ounce of blood, sweat and tears for this industry…

RJ: And Dicey was not content that his last ever image in this business would be a bloody mess at the hands of Marty Helms….he busted his a55 and he has returned to show he can still go, he still belongs at the top table…

JT: And what better way to do that than to avenge the loss that has played on his mind so much in the last three years…

RJ: But Dicey knows this won’t be easy, he knows this may be one of the toughest fights of his entire life…

JT: Without a doubt and that is a high compliment to just how good Helms is….Dicey has warred with Cassius Zhi, JJ Johnson, Median amongst many other greats of this industry….you put Helms on that list and it shows his capabilities…

RJ: This has all the makings of a classic….and Dicey came prepared as well…

Dicey stands on the stage and soaks up the ovation. He has a huge smile on his face and then he raises his trusted barbed wire bat into the air, drawing another huge set of cheers….

JT: Funnily enough it was these two weapons….the barbed wire bat and the nightstick which were used at the very end of the original “Street Fight” at Born in Fire X…..they hit one another at the same time with these weapons and it was Helms who collapsed into the cover…

RJ: Picking up where they left off….are they gonna wait? Feel it out…

JT: NOT A CHANCE!

Dicey stands in the aisleway and stares up at his rival. They continue to eyeball each other and then the crowd cheer as Dicey sprints the rest of the way and rolls in. Helms quickly moves forward and looks to drive the nightstick at his opponent but Dicey gets the baseball bat in the way and blocks it. He then swings the bat and knocks the nightstick out of Helms’ hands. Helms quickly throws his hands in the way to block the mat doing any damage but Dicey releases the weapon and chooses to tee off with huge right hands instead…

RJ: Dicey Reilly doesn’t care if he has a weapon in hand or not….as the music says, he was “Born to Fight”….

Dicey continues to strike at Helms’ face and head, backing him up on the ropes, and then targets the body and back up again with an uppercut through the guard. He grabs Helms’ wrist and whips him off the ropes before lowering his head for a backdrop….Helms stops short and kicks Dicey in the head before exploding forward with a clothesline….

JT: BLACK HOLE!

Dicey ducks into his foe and spins him into a huge slam as the crowd go wild. Helms stumbles back up in the corner and Dicey splatters him with a huge clothesline before he climbs onto the ropes and begins to deliver a ten punch combo…

RJ: Dicey Reilly is living and breathing every single one of these strikes….

JT: BACK TO EARTH!

Helms suddenly grips Dicey and walks him out to the centre for a sit-down powerbomb but Dicey manages to jump out the back and then he dives into Helms and snaps him down with a violent neckbreaker…Helms tries to roll out onto the apron as Dicey grabs him and pulls him up, landing huge clubbing blows to the chest (ala Sheamus)….

RJ: Each one of those shots is laced in the hatred Dicey Reilly feels toward his opponent…

JT: The chest of Marty Helms is reddened from the punches…

Helms sags against the outside of the ropes but Dicey gives him no respite as he runs the opposite ropes and returns with a huge shoulder tackle which sends Helms flying off the apron and crunches into the ringside barrier…

RJ: That barrier nearly buckled from that impact…

JT: And now Dicey is wanting to take this fight to the outside, perfectly legal in this scenario…

Dicey leaps from the ring to follow Helms and he sizes him up, resting against the ringside barrier, before rushing toward him…

RJ: HANGOVER CURE!

BOOM!

JT: DEAR LORD!

Crowd: Holy (beep) x10

RJ: Is this the kind of devastation we were expecting?

JT: You’re damn right…

Helms is clearly groggy but he manages to use Dicey’s momentum to spin him up and around into a AA spinebuster that ploughs the Irishman and himself through the barrier…

RJ: Already the thorough dislike on display for all to see….

JT: That could be all she wrote…

RJ: Knowing these two goliaths, I’d say we were just getting started…

It is clearly that Dicey is hurt from the crash but he is already trying to crawl to his feet and get moving. Marty Helms shoves fans out of his way as he runs at his opponent and punts him in the ribs. He drags part of the barrier up and then slams it down on Dicey’s back…

JT: Both of these men made their names in these kinds of environments…..Helms/Cerberus is a feud I will never forget…..

RJ: Similarly Dicey/Leone is one of the greatest, most destructive feuds of all time…

Helms sneers at Dicey before making his way back to the ring and he drags up the apron before producing a trash can. He places it over Dicey’s head, blinding him, and waits for the Irishman to stand up…

JT: OH DEAR!

Helms drives into Dicey’s back and shoves him, head-first, into the ringpost. The trash can crumples around Dicey’s head and he staggers to his knees. Helms then reaches for his nightstick again and he twirls it in hand…..CRACK!

RJ: Right into the back of that trash can, which in turn impacts on the skull of Dicey Reilly….already this is becoming an uncomfortable reminder of what Dicey Reilly went through three years ago…

Dicey is flat on his front and the trash can has fallen off his head. Helms, however, is just getting started and he drags up the apron again and this time he drags out two tables. He sets them up, one against the “Spanish” announce desk and one against the “Japanese” announce desk…

JT: This does not look good at all….Helms has set up some kind of deathtrap….

RJ: If you count the announce desks down there then you’ve got four tables lined up in a row….I cannot see that ending well for anyone…

Helms begins to rip the coverings off one of the desks and he picks up one of the monitors. He beckons Dicey to his feet and then swings the weapon at his head but Dicey ducks at the final moment and lands a kick to the stomach…

JT: CRAICDOWN!

RJ: DICEY REILLY IS DOWN…OH MY!

Helms struggles against the piledriver and then he swipes Dicey’s legs, smashing the back of his head off the solid floor, and then he catapults him into the ringpost once more. Dicey is dazed and confused following the impact and Helms drags the steel steps away from the ring toward the tables he has set up….he pulls Dicey up the steps and flips him onto his shoulders….

JT: BACK TO EARTH!

RJ: THE DESTRUCTION AND DEVASTATION ALREADY IS CATASTROPHIC!

Helms leaps from the steps with a sickening sit-down powerbomb which destroys one of the tables and leaves himself and Dicey in a heap amidst the wreckage…

JT: Any falls must take place inside of the ring but you have to believe that Dicey Reilly’s race may be run…..first the ringside barrier, now the table…..he has taken some serious damage already…

Helms stumbles up and he looks down at Dicey with no trace of remorse or mercy. He seems to have a change of mind, however, and he grabs he second table and decides to set it up so it rests against the ringside barrier….he watches Dicey Reilly crawling in front of it…

JT: Helms can finish this match now but instead he wants to finish Dicey Reilly for good…

RJ: And he will achieve it if he nails this…

JT: Dicey doesn’t even know it is coming…..OH MY WORD!

RJ: Chaos and carnage here in Belfast….

Helms sprints at full speed and looks for the huge spear but Dicey, somehow, throws himself out of the way at the last second and causes his foe to crash head-first through the table…

RJ: These two men have already sustained so much damage…

JT: This street fight is minutes old and already it is madness….

The crowd are going wild now as Dicey staggers up and raises an arm. He then goes under the ring himself and he drags out a mesh sheet…

RJ: That looks like part of the steel cage wall….

JT: The things you find underneath that ring….

Dicey rests the mesh against the ring apron and then he drags Marty Helms from the wreckage of the table and he suplexes him on top of the mesh….Helms yells out in pain and then Dicey climbs onto the apron and drops off with a legdrop that splatters Helms into the mesh again….Dicey crawls back up and he looks around as though starting to enjoy his surroundings….

RJ: A smile from Dicey Reilly is not something you want to see during one of these contests….

Dicey grabs the mesh wall now and he repositions it so that it rests against the ringside barrier. He walks back to Helms and he flips him up into a powerbomb position and runs forward…

JT: OH MY….

Dicey release powerbombs Helms against the mesh now before doing a full lap of the ring and returns with a huge bodysplash, once again crushing him against the mesh. Helms is on unsteady legs as he stumbles away…

RJ: I’m thinking back to everything these two men have done to one another in the last few years and I’m wondering where the cut off point is? Is there one?

Dicey takes this moment to grab Helms and he launches him inside of the ring. Reilly then draws cheers and gasps from the crowd as he searches under the ring and produces a barbed wire board, which he subsequently slides in the ring. He rolls in and he sets the board up against the corner….

JT: Barbed wire is not something you ever want to see….there is absolutely no good that can come of this….

Dicey makes his way over to the opposite corner now and he grabs at Helms but receives a heavy kick to the midsection. Helms responds with a huge headbutt now and then kicks Dicey in the stomach….

RJ: INFINITY EDGE….OH MY GOD!

JT: This is just….it’s crazy….

The Belfast audience are going wild as Helms flips Dicey up for the “lungblower” but Dicey kicks his legs until he is able to fall off the back. He quickly grabs Helms in a headlock and runs him forward before ploughing them both through the barbed wire board in the corner…

RJ: The impact is devastating….

Dicey has blood running down his arms from the impact and there is a gash in the back of Helms’ head. Both men are pulling barbs from their body as they try to crawl from the wreckage…

JT: This is just pure insanity….

RJ: Both men vowed to end the other and this is what we are seeing….

The referee is kneeling down to check on both but neither are in the mood to discuss their condition. Marty Helms rolls out under the bottom rope and he feels the cut on the back of his head before examining the blood on his hand. Dicey Reilly rolls out after him and quickly sprints after his opponent….

JT: HELMS KNEW HE WAS COMING!

Helms spins around and he uses Dicey’s momentum to launch him overhead with a belly to belly which sends Dicey crashing, upside down, against the steel mesh wall from earlier. Helms spits on the floor and then he grabs the crumpled trash can from the beginning of the match…

RJ: He’s just beating him like he stole something….

Fifteen straight times Helms just smashes the trash can down into the arms and body of Dicey before throwing it away. Dicey is curled up in a ball now…

JT: Just moments ago you would have put Dicey Reilly in the driving seat of this match….but no longer…..this is what happens when you have two of the absolute best up against each other…

Helms grabs Dicey now and he flips him into a powerbomb position again before ramming him back into the ringpost and then slams him against the ring apron. He then flips Dicey up again…

RJ: INFINITY EDGE….RING THE BELL!

Helms walks around toward the steel steps and instead of dropping Dicey across his knees he decides to launch him onto the steel steps. Dicey is stuck there, his back arched sickeningly, as Helms sits with a dark smile on his face…

JT: Helms lives for this….lives for causing this kind of pain and suffering….

The referee is trying to urge Helms to bring the action back in the ring but he has no interest. He drags up the ring apron now and he pulls out a bag…

RJ: What…..oh no, cmon…

JT: This is shades of what happened in their original “Street fight”…..Helms handcuffed Dicey to the ringpost and he tortured him with a kendo stick…

Helms produces the handcuffs now as the fans watch on in horror. He attaches the first side to Dicey’s wrist and pulls him up toward the ropes…

RJ: HE SWITCHED!

*Crowd pop

JT: Even through the all the pain, Dicey Reilly switched position and now Marty Helms is trapped….a victim of his own making…

Helms is snarling, raging, and kicking out as he realises he is cuffed to the ropes. Dicey starts at him with a grin and then he drags out a kendo stick…

RJ: Dicey remembers….I’m sure he will never forget…

The crowd urge him on as he twirls the stick in his hands. Helms tries to get a leg up to block but WHACK!....Dicey strikes the leg, which forces it down, and then he swings again at the body…..WHACK…..WHACK…..WHACK…..WHACK…..WHACK!

JT: He broke the stick!

RJ: And Helms’ skin….look at those welts….

There are deep welts, a few of which are bleeding, on the body and ribcage of Marty Helms. He is grimacing in pain as Dicey shakes his head and then goes for a second stick….

JT: Dicey can do this all night….and Helms is going nowhere….

Dicey swings the stick back again but Helms shows immense power to rip his hand and the cuffs from the rope…

RJ: MY GOD…..LIGHTS OUT!

Helms bursts forward and smashes his elbow clean into Dicey’s face, leaving him sprawled on the floor as the crowd watch on in shock……Helms still has the cuffs dangling from his wrist and he kneels down to use them as a weapon as he drives vicious punches into Dicey’s head…

JT: It takes unreal power to snap a pair of handcuffs like that….Dicey Reilly did not see that coming…

RJ: And now he is busted….those punches with the cuffs have opened him up…

Helms stands now and he signals for security to remove the cuffs from his wrist whilst Dicey Reilly is left in a bloodied heap on the arena floor. Helms glares around the arena before he heads over to the announce area and grabs four steel chairs, which he throws in the ring…

JT: Helms building another death trap now…..

Helms rolls in and he sets all four chairs up so that they create some kind of platform. He then rolls back out and grabs Dicey before throwing him in the ring. He follows and grabs him by the head…..

RJ: This is about to get a whole lot worse for Dicey Reilly…..OR NOT!

Dicey, in desperation, grabs out and finds his baseball bat. He swivels his body and succeeds in driving the weapon into Helms’ gut. Dicey gets up now and he swings the bat back and smashes Helms in the face with it…

JT: Now both men are wearing a crimson mask……DICEY WILL NOT RELENT!

Helms drops and Dicey runs over and leaps into the air before smashing the bat down in his face again. He stands up and he pulls Helms over toward the chairs now….

RJ: I don’t know what Dicey is thinking here but it cannot be good….cmon now, Dicey….SWEET LORD ALMIGHTY!

JT: CRAICDOWN THROUGH THE CHAIRS!

All four chairs crumple underneath them as Dicey delivers the huge cradled piledriver on top of them, crushing Helms’ head through the seats. Dicey writhes in agony too as he clutches the bottom of his back….

RJ: That is almost identical to how Dicey Reilly beat Keith Leone for the Xtreme Title back in 2011…

JT: If he can get across and make the cover I think it may be enough tonight also….

Dicey takes a good minute or more to drag himself across the canvass and push the steel chairs away from dumping his arm on Helms’ chest…

RJ: THE OUTLAW LIVES ON!

There are shocked faces inside the arena as Helms’ only just jerks his shoulder up off the mat before the three. Dicey’s bloodied face lifts off the canvass and looks at the referee…

JT: Dicey Reilly’s best move, and he made it even more brutal than ever….but Helms found a way to kick out, a way to continue this war…

RJ: I think it was that lapse, the minute or two that passed….if Dicey had been able to make the immediate cover, this one was over…

Dicey Reilly rolls from the ring and he sucks in deep breaths before once again searching under the ring. He takes a few moments and then the crowd audibly gasp as he pushes in a table made of glass…

JT: Dear lord….just when I thought this could not get any worse…

RJ: And Dicey isn’t done…..what on earth is he doing?

The whole arena watches on in disbelief as Dicey first sets the glass table up in the centre of the ring and then he pours a bag of thumbtacks on top. He looks at it and then shakes his head and rolls from the ring again. This time he returns with another barbed wire board, which he places underneath the glass table but to compound it he sets the board on fire…

JT: Surely someone has to step in here?

RJ: They didn’t three years ago and I don’t think they will tonight….this one will be allowed to end, I believe…

JT: HE’S SET BETSIE ON FIRE TOO!

Dicey holds up the flaming baseball bat as the crowd go wild. Helms is clutching at the ropes as he stumbles up, unawares of what is behind him, and then he spins around….

RJ: LOOKOUT!

Helms ducks at the final second and he lands a kick to the stomch. Dicey drops the flaming bat as Helms flips him up….

JT: INFINITY EDGE….MY GOD HE THREW HIM ON THE FLAMING BAT…

RJ: BLADE OF THE RUINED KING….FORGET IT!

Dicey’s back lands on the flaming barbed wire bat and he writhes into a crouches position as Helms rushes off the ropes now and returns with the brutal flying knee strike to the back of the skull..

RJ: WARRIOR SPIRIT, THAT IS ALL IT CAN BE…

Marty Helms takes his turn to look at the referee with shock and disgust. He slams his hand against the canvass and demands a three count but the official signals a definite two. The former world champion staggers to his feet, blinking back blood, and he screams at Dicey to get up…..

JT: Helms is gonna kick Dicey into another lifetime…….BLOODTHIRSTER!

*Crowd pop

Dicey grabs the baseball bat and he pulls his head out of the way of the punt kick at the same time he smashes the weapon into Marty Helms’ stomach. Dicey staggers up and he runs forward, smashing the barbed wire into the face of his foe once more….he staggers into the ropes and he looks over at the glass table…

RJ: Dicey knows there is not much else that either man can take….he knows this needs to end….BUT NOT THIS WAY, NO, CMON!

The audience are on their feet and going wild as Dicey makes one last trip to the outside and he returns with a ladder. He gets back in the ring and he sets it up in the corner….

JT: I have absolutely no idea what Dicey’s intentions are here but I know it is something wild and something that is going to end in disaster for at least one of the men in this match…

Dicey stumbles back over to Helms now and he grabs him by the hair and pulls him up toward the glass table…

*Crowd boo

RJ: Perfectly legal int his encounter….whether you frown upon it or not…

Helms, in a last act of defiance, slams his arm up between the legs of Dicey Reilly and leaves him slumped on the canvass. Helms is clearly battered and struggling with the effects of the match but after what seems like an age he is able to crawl over to toward the ladder, which he subsequently starts to climb…

JT: I’m not even sure Helms knows where he is….he may have multiple concussions from that “Craicdown” through the chairs….

RJ: But the idea of finishing Dicey Reilly once and for all is driving him on, motivating him….

Dicey gets to his feet also, moving gingerly, and he heads over to the ladder now and starts to climb. After a few moments both men find themselves atop the ladder on opposite sides and they begin to trade with heavy punches…

JT: Both men drawing on their reserves….both men digging as deep as they possibly can…

Helms suddenly headbutts Dicey and rocks him badly. He grabs Dicey by the throat…

RJ: He’s gonna throw him….

Dicey reaches out and he digs his fingers into the eyesockets of Helms, causing him to yell in agony, before grabbing his head and smashes it down against the top of the ladder….

JT: Pure desperation up there from both of these savages…..OH MY DEAR LORD ALMIGHTY….THEY’RE DONE…IT’S ALL DONE….IT’S OVER!

RJ: Twenty plus years in this business and I have never….this is beyond..

Crowd: Holy (beep) xIndefinitely

It is pandemonium inside the arena as Dicey pulls Helms into a superplex that hurtles them fifteen feet off the ladder through the thumbtacks, glass table and burning barbed wire board underneath….both are writhing in agony on the canvass before they become very still…

JT: THAT’S A MOVE THAT ENDS CAREERS….ENDS LIVES….THAT MOMENT RIGHT THERE WILL LIVE FOREVER!

RJ: I don’t even know what we are supposed to say or how to cover that? These two men are so hell bent on destroying one another that they have resorted to one of the most barbaric things I have ever seen…..this match should be over….not for the first time tonight I think the referee should be making a conscious decision to end a match….

JT: I don’t think there would be many complaints, I’m not sure either of these men can do much more after what we have just witnessed…..they can’t even move, let alone stand or fight….

RJ: We knew going into tonight that there were a number of matches with a personal edge that could realistically get quite violent….but I’m not sure anyone could have predicted something like this…

The referee is checking on both men and seems at a loss as to what he should do. The noise levels around the arena are still rocking as somehow both Dicey and Helms try to crawl from the wreckage…

JT: I can’t even believe these two men are moving at all….after all they have put each other through…

RJ: But the will to be victorious, the warrior instinct, the personal hatred is driving them on….neither man wants to quit, neither wants to lose…

JT: And both know that victory here tonight would be huge in the grand scheme…..a win here and you are in the mix….Born in Fire on the horizon…

RJ: And would you look at this? It is Born in Fire X….look at their hands…

Both men are bloodied, battered, and barely able to stand. They cling to the ropes, backs to each other, and the cameras show they both have weapons in their hands….Helms has his nightstick whilst Dicey has the baseball bat…

JT: These guys need to be in the hospital….Dicey has thumbtacks all over his back, that glass table has ripped the thigh of Marty Helms….they have lost so much blood….

RJ: They will never be the same again…but still they come forward, looking for ONE BIG SHOT!

They back into one another and then spin on the spot at the same time and drive their weapons at each other…..Helms’ nightstick is shorter and therefore covers the distance faster, catching Dicey in the jaw, but Reilly loops the barbed wire bat over the top and splatters it into the top of Helms’ skull….both men collapse from the impact…

JT: You could not have wrote this if you tried…

In a mirror image to what happened at Born in Fire X it is Dicey Reilly, this time, who collapses forward and drops on top of Marty Helms….the referee looks around for a prompt but then decides the time is right to make the cover…

RJ: DICEY REILLY DOES IT….DICEY REILLY BEATS MARTY HELMS!

JT: What a match, what brutality……and what a poetic finish…..three years ago Marty Helms collapsed on top of Dicey after they put each other through hell….tonight it is the other way around…..

RJ: Neither man knows much about it but the result is unquestionable….Dicey Reilly has finally put Marty Helms down…

JT: Three years of working to get back, pushing his body to the limit, all the mental questions of if he could still do it….and now he has his vengeance…Marty Helms thought he had taken Dicey Reilly’s career but tonight Dicey has returned and settled the score…..this one will live in memory for a long, long time…

“Born to fight” is booming through the airwaves and the crowd are giving both men a standing ovation. Dicey Reilly has rolled off the cover and his eyes are open as he stares up at the lights with a wry, tired, smile. Marty Helms is still face down, bloodied, as Dicey manages to sit up…

RJ: Marty Helms once again showed what a bad SOB he is and I guarantee he will be back and creating havoc at the top table in no time….

JT: He’s one of the most dangerous in this game and tonight he only really lost by a stroke of fortune more than anything else….he is elite class and I would not want to be on the receiving end of his wrath when he returns to in-ring competition…

RJ: As for Dicey Reilly, well the “Dublin Destroyer” just showed he is more than back to his best….he is victorious in a bloodbath and I have no doubts that he will have his sights set on even bigger accolades from here on out….what a match, what a night this is turning into at Destiny…

JT: Incredible event….and still five more incredible contests to come….

Dicey has just manages to roll from the ring and he staggers to the ringside barrier. The fans reach over and pat him on the back and shoulders whilst Marty Helms is just starting to get to one knee in the ring….the two enemies share a final glare before Dicey hobbles out into the aisleway and heads backstage.

*An irate and disappointed Geoff Steel is venting about what went down earlier tonight. He vows that he will not just give up and allow Reilly to believe himself better.....Steel is making it clear that he will become European Champion and that Daniel Reilly's days are numbered.

*Jerome Dubois is still saying he cannot compete here tonight. Security arrive and say they are under strict orders from 6CWF management that if Dubois (who is not a contracted employee) will not compete here tonight then they will remove him from the building and he will not be welcomed back. Dubois is blaming JJ Johnson for this "outrage". Jessica seethes but tells Dubois to channel this injustice and make Rex Adamson pay.

*Engel Harlequin promises that tonight will never, ever, be forgotten. He says his match with Liam Wood will finish with a bang that makes Guy Fawkes' plans look amateur.

Jerome Dubois vs Rex Adamson

We return to ringside as the Aerodynamic bell sounds and is followed up by “La Marseillaise”. The crowd are booing furiously as jets of red, blue and silver pyros shoot up into the air before Miss Jessica leads out Jerome Dubois. Dubois is dressed in a deep purple robe with “Phenomene of 6CW” embroidered on the back. He spins the luxurious robe as more pyros go off and then offers his arm to Jessica as they make their way to the ring…

JT: Absolutely no love whatsoever for Miss Jessica or Jerome Dubois here at Destiny….

RJ: Dubois, still yet to sign an official contract in 6CWF, is the reigning Global Wrestling Alliance Champion but that belt will not be on the line here tonight…

JT: His history, however, with both 6CW and 6WF means that his presence here has been acknowledged and welcomed despite the lack of a contract….

RJ: Dubois is a former 6CW World Champion and has huge ties to that company…

JT: Which he claims is part of the reason he came back….Dubois has always taken exception to JJ Johnson’s links with 6CW…

RJ: He’s always taken exception to JJ, full stop.

JT: And he was angry when he heard JJ had acquired all of the rights to 6CW and 6WF, merging them together to create the company we have now…

RJ: Just another disgruntled party….many would call it jealousy, same goes for Blue Dragon…same goes for Clarke James…..JJ Johnson is one the biggest stars in history but he’s also transcended the business…he’s a Hollywood star, pro boxer, a media icon….JJ is more than just pro wrestling but he’s damn good at that too…it eats these guys up inside…

JT: I don’t disagree….but Dubois came back here and immediately stated he wanted to restore order to the name of 6CW….which leads us into tonight’s match pretty well…

RJ: Basically, let’s call a spade a spade, Dubois wants to be 6CW Champion….he believes he should hold that title and he’s the only one should be any kind of representative of 6CW….

JT: Which is why he interrupted and stopped Rex Adamson from becoming 6CW Champ last month…..Rex cashed in his “Key to the Kingdom” and he damn well has Uryu beat…he was on course to become the quickest ever debutant to become world champion when Dubois attacked him, he took his dream away…

RJ: And he has now awoken a beast inside of the young Rex Adamson….we have seen on a few occasions recently just how angry Rex is…

JT: But Dubois will be hoping to exploit that….he will be looking to use his energies against him…

RJ: And you damn sure know Miss Jessica will be doing all she can to hinder Adamson…

JT: Which is yet another factor here tonight….it was revealed a few weeks back that Dubois has aligned himself with both Miss Jessica and Cassidy….

RJ: Cassidy came up short earlier tonight against Mike Hill….Miss Jessica will not want two defeats here at Destiny…

Dubois removes his robe and hands it to Miss Jessica, revealing black trunks underneath with “6CW’s Greatest” on the back. He climbs up inside, dusting his feet on the apron beforehand. He then stares up at the entranceway as “Renegades of Funk” booms through the speakers….

JT: Without a doubt of the most impressive, young, stars I have ever seen in this industry…..18 years of age, Rex Adamson was an amateur standout and tipped for Olympic gold before he decided to transition to the paid ranks….he has still yet to taste pinfall or submission defeat in 6CWF and seemed destined to become world champion in record time…

RJ: And only thanks to Jerome Dubois that it didn’t happen….nephew of the great Max Adamson, who is here in attendance tonight, Rex is following in his Uncle’s footsteps and making a huge name for himself….

JT: You would assume it is only a matter of time before Rex does indeed become world champion, he has all the tools….but first he must get past Jerome Dubois, who is no slouch at all…

RJ: Not at all…still a current world champion with GWA….former 6CW Champion, 6WF Internet Champion….multi time world title challenger….Dubois is top tier and he represents a big challenge here for Rex Adamson…

JT: Rex Adamson is currently 5-0 against former world champions in singles competition….he will be looking to make that six here tonight…

RJ: And he is ready to go…

Rex storms down the aisleway and looks in a fired up mood as he leaps onto the apron and into the ring. The referee is forced to move forward and stop him from attacking Dubois as Jessica shrieks some final instructions at her charge…

JT: Rex Adamson has made it clear that he intends to do serious damage to Jerome Dubois tonight…

RJ: Just has to watch his emotions….Dubois and Jessica will play on that…

Dubois is grinning and taunting Rex as they are continued to be kept apart. The referee gives the signal for the bell to start proceedings and Rex breaks into a sprint….he drives into Dubois and lifts him for charging him back into the corner. He explodes with multiple shoulder thrusts to the midsection….

JT: Rex is showing that more ferocious side of his character now….we know he can wrestle, we know how technically skilled he is…but this is raw aggression….

Dubois is doubled from the blows to the midsection but Rex grabs his arm and pulls him out into a heavy short-armed clothesline. He beckons Dubois back up and thunders a huge European uppercut under his chin before whipping him across the ring and sending him flying with a huge backdrop as he returns. Dubois stumbles up in the corner and Rex crushes him with a huge splash before launching his opponent with a Biel throw across the canvass…

RJ: Dubois being dominated thus far and there is nothing Jessica can say or do to change that…

Jessica has a concerned look on her face as Rex beckons Dubois up again. He grabs him by the throat and then bench presses him into the air. He parades him around then drops and catches with a brutal powerslam………………1………………..2…………..Dubois manages to get his shoulder up!

JT: Already you can see that Rex wants as many heavy, destructive moves as possible….

Rex rolls over into Dubois’ guard and tees off with huge punches to the head before the referee breaks them apart. Rex stands and he points out toward the crowd, where Max Adamson (sat at the 6CWF Panel desk) raises a thumb, and then ushers Dubois up…

RJ: Rex looking to pay homage to Uncle Max….CYCLONE!

Rex scoops Dubois for the F-5 but Dubois rakes the eyes and drops off the back. He drives a heavy forearm into Rex’s back and then shoves him off the ropes before lifting him into a spinebuster on the way back. Miss Jessica is applauding now as Dubois dusts himself off and heads for the corner. He waits for Adamson to rise and then leaps into a missile dropkick………………1…………….2……….kickout!

JT: Dubois knows that a win here over an undefeated young star is going to get notice….he wants that shot at Uryu’s 6CW World Championship, he has made that clear…

RJ: He’s on a decent run of form, it is conceivable….

Dubois lands clubbing shots to the back and then drags Rex up. He looks to flip him into the “Garlic Bomb” but Rex drops out front and lands a solid forearm smash. He shoves Dubois back into the ropes and pops him up on the comeback but Dubois leaps over the shoulder…..Rex turns and Dubs tees off with vicious chops to the chest….Rex takes three of these and then he seems to swell with anger before teeing off with huge chops of his own (ala WALTER)…..Dubois is wincing in pain now as Rex grabs him and drives hard knees into the body before whipping him off the ropes and he pops him up into a devastating thrust kick as he comes back down….Dubois drops to his knees as Rex runs the ropes and he rolls over Dubs on the comeback but shows immense strength to lift him into his arms…

JT: For an eighteen year old kid, that is frightening strength….

Rex parades Dubois and then winks at Jessica as he lands three consecutive rib-breakers and then walks to the corner. He begins to climb the turnbuckle as the audience watch on in disbelief…

RJ: What is Rex doing…..THAT IS INSANE!

JT: ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!

The flashbulbs go off and the crowd are voicing their approval as Rex stands on the top rope with Dubois in his arms then moonsaults off into a slam (ala Hangman Page)…..Dubois rolls across the canvass toward the opposite corner and Rex rolls to his feet and sprints in, using the top turnbuckle to push himself into the air and deliver an inverted imploding splash (ala Jack Swagger)….

RJ: Incredible combination wrestling…

………….Jessica breathes a sigh of relief as Dubois kicks out before the three.

JT: We saw last month at Beachfront Brawl just how capable Rex Adamson is….he and Mike Hill put on a clinic in a potential match of the year candidate…

RJ: He’s certainly following that up tonight….

Rex lets out a sigh but is far from deterred. He drags Dubois up now and lands another solid knee to the midsection before he suplexes him…

JT: Jackhammer?

Dubois is able to twist his body and lands over the shoulder of Rex. He rakes down the back of the youngster and shoves him to the corner before following in. Rex drives his boot up and knocks Dubois back toward centre….Rex then spins on his bearings into a discus lariat….

RJ: Dodged it…..WHAT A SHOT!

Dubois manages to avoid the clothesline as he sprints the ropes and returns with a “French Connection” spear which wipes Rex off his feet….Jessica lets out a “whoop” as Dubois crawls into the cover………………1…………………..2……………..shoulder up!

JT: Dubois up in the referee’s face now, he thinks that should have been a three…

RJ: It was a great move but I think he is drastically underestimating his opponent….Rex Adamson is young but he is teak tough…

Dubois continues to remonstrate with the official but the referee is far from interested. The Frenchmen turns back to Rex, who is getting to his knees, and then he drags him up into position…

JT: FORTUNE!

Dubois looks to suplex Rex into the front slam (Go Flasher) but Rex kicks and lands back out on his feet before exploding with a huge overhead suplex. The crowd are on their feet and applauding as Rex digs deep and he scores with another two overhead throws…..Dubois is on shaky legs as he rises for a fourth time and Rex ducks under his legs and lifts him into an electric chair position…

RJ: We’ve seen Rex use this move before….

JT: NOT THIS ONE!

Instead of going for “Croyt’s Wrath” (Electric chair into a German Suplex) Rex chooses to slam Dubois down on his front, crunching him on his neck…

RJ: That is it….this is over!

JT: We knew it would happen, we just didn’t know when…..but Miss Jessica has decided now is time to influence this match….

The referee’s hand is most certainly coming down for the three when Miss Jessica screams at the top of her voice and pretends to feint. The referee is disturbed by her actions and quickly moves to check on her….

RJ: I can’t believe the referee has fallen for that…

JT: Unfortunately he has a duty of care that he can’t ignore and Jessica knows that….

Rex looks for the referee and wonders why the count hasn’t been complete. He shakes his head as he realises what has happened. Jessica is getting back up now and acting as though she is feeling better….Rex rolls out to confront her….

RJ: This is what we said about Rex controlling his emotions…..Jessica playing him here…..

Rex is up in Jessica’s face now and pointing the finger. She smiles evilly as she backs away and Adamson is unawares until Dubois clatters into him from behind…

JT: You called it, RJ, and there you go….Dubois has gone from being a beaten man to being in control again thanks to Jessica’s timely intervention….

Dubois slams Rex into the steel steps and then launches him back into the ring. He kisses Jessica’s hand and then rolls back in. Rex stumbles to his feet and Dubois spins him around…

RJ: AU REVOIR!

JT: Not this way…

The sit-out slam lands and Dubois makes the cover………………..1………………………2…………………….kickout!

RJ: Rex remains in this one….Dubois is beside himself…

Dubois holds his neck as he rises and once again and holds three fingers to the referee. He spits in disgust and then rounds back on Rex and pulls him into position…

JT: Dubois looking to put Rex away now…..CULTURE SHOCK!

He flips Adamson for the “dominator” powerbomb but Rex battles and shifts his body so that he can land brutal elbow point strikes down into Dubois’ head until the Frenchmen’s legs give way and Adamson collapses on top of him. Rex is quickly up and jumps into the air with a two footed stomp to the chest before he rags Dubois back to his feet and flips him into a double underhook powerbomb……….

RJ: That power and explosiveness of Rex Adamson just pulls him right back in…..what a fantastic equalizer to have….

Rex gets up now and heads for the corner and begins to climb. He shows great agility to walk along the ropes to the middle as Dubois gets up and then he dives off with an exceptional front dropkick that sends Dubois all the way across the ring and splattering into the ropes. Rex pulls Dubs back to the centre now and drills him with a “Small Package Driver” (ala Seth Rollins)

1………………2……………thr-kickout!

JT: That was so close…look at Max…

We get a shot of Max Adamson with his head in his hands as he believed his nephew had the match won. Back at ringside and Miss Jessica is trying to get Dubois moving as Rex gets to his feet again…he nods his head as he ushers Dubois to his feet and scoops him up…

RJ: FIRE/THUNDER….

Dubois grabs out at the ropes to prevent himself being drilled by the finisher. Rex tries to pull him away but Dubs holds on for dear life so Adamson lets go and launches Dubs upward so that he falls back down and guillotines across the ropes….

JT: CROYT’S WRATH!

This time Rex does lift Dubs into the electric chair position and then drops him on the back of his neck with the ring-shaking German suplex…….1……………..2……………..3!

RJ: Jerome Dubois is showing plenty of guts himself here tonight, he has taken some damage….

Rex looks to the official but then nods his head in acceptance of the two count. He crawls up now and he stalks Dubois before crouching in the corner…

JT: Rex going for another Adamson family classic….GORE!

Dubois grabs the referee at the last moment and pulls him in front so Rex is forced to stop short. Dubois reaches over the official’s shoulder and jabs Rex in the eye…..the referee tries to warn Dubs but he pushes past now and kicks Adamson in the gut before landing the “Garlic Bomb” in centre ring….

1…………………..2……………Rex just about gets his shoulder off the mat!

RJ: Dubois is getting closer here but Rex is proving his worth….what a match…

JT: We kind of knew this one would deliver and we are not being disappointed….

Dubois has some choice words (in French) for the referee before scoop slamming Rex to the mat. He performs a little jig before launching into an elbow drop to his downed opponent. He interacts with Jessica now before informing the crowd that he is about to end proceedings…

RJ: Dubois fancies he can pick up the W from here….he knows he has Rex weakened…

JT: FORTUNE!

He lifts Rex for the “Go Flasher” again but Rex is able to somehow twist and scramble over the back of his opponent. He grabs Dubs in a full nelson…

RJ: That was blatant…

*Crowd boo furiously as Dubois lands a low-blow on the referee’s blindside, flicking his heel back between Rex’s legs…

JT: Referee didn’t see it…blatant cheating….CULTURE SHOCK….GOT HIM!

RJ: Rex Adamson about to taste pinfall defeat for the first time…

RJ: THE KID WON’T QUIT!

The crowd are going wild as Rex somehow kicks out. Dubois looks ready to attack the referee whilst Miss Jessica is shrieking with dismay….

JT: One of Jerome Dubois’ biggest and best moves….but Rex Adamson, this young Australian, just will not break….

Dubois backs the referee up in the corner and has words but the official stands his ground. Dubois clicks his tongue and then he decides he is going to climb the turnbuckle….

RJ: Not Dubois’ preference usually but needs must…..he knows he needs something big….

JT: HE DIDN’T NEED THAT!

Rex suddenly bursts forward and up the ropes before launching Dubois off the top with an exceptional overhead throw. Rex is clearly still hurting, running off adrenaline alone, and it is actually Dubois who makes it to his feet first….

RJ: FRENCH CONNECTION!

This time the spear is countered into a huge “sky high” powerbomb which splatters Dubois into the mat. Rex staggers over to the corner and he climbs up high…

JT: LO’ DOWN!

The massive frogsplash lands from on high as the crowd go wild and Rex hooks both legs……………………….1…………………..2……………………….3!

RJ: SHE’S AT IT AGAIN!

Miss Jessica this time places Dubois’ foot on the bottom rope and then draws the referee’s attention. The official breaks the count…

JT: What a joke….that is the second time Rex Adamson had this match won….

Jessica turns to the audience, who are booing profusely, and mocks them. She doesn’t realise Rex has walked to the ropes and he reaches down and grabs her by the hair, pulling her up onto the apron….

RJ: Rex has every right to feel aggrieved but putting hands on Jessica is not the answer, kid….

Jessica’s face is a picture of pure terror as she realises she is in trouble. Rex looks ready to get even but then Dubois slams into from behind and sends Miss Jessica falling to the outside….Dubois drags Rex around….

JT: FORTUNE….GOT HIM….NOT THIS WAY!

The ring shakes and the crowd groan as Dubois smashes Adamson down into the mat with the suplex-slam and makes the cover………………………..1………………………2…………………………3!

RJ: DO YOU EVER START TO WONDER IF IT’S JUST NOT YOUR NIGHT?

JT: Jerome Dubois looks apoplectic…

Dubois has hold of the referee’s shirt now and is visibly shaking him. The referee pulls himself free of his grip and warns Dubois that he will disqualify him….

RJ: Look at Jessica…

Jessica is now climbing on the apron and the referee rushes over to remove her, not noticing that she has slid a steel chair in the ring. Dubois picks the weapon up now and he waits for Rex to stand up before he swings at him…

JT: MISSED…..CYCLONE!

1……………….2………………3!

RJ: Ref is out….Dubois’ trailing leg caught him…

Rex ducks the chairshot and he lands with the F-5 but Dubois’ leg cracks the jaw of the referee has he rushes over after getting Jessica to step off the apron. Back live and Rex is sitting on the mat looking frustrated. He gets back up as Miss Jessica crawls in behind him…

JT: Rex doesn’t even know…

RJ: OH HE DOES!

Jessica is reaching for the steel chair but Rex spins around and steps on it, pinning it to the floor. Jessica suddenly looks very worried as she looks up into the face of Rex…

JT: She’s screwed around one too many times….Rex’s has had enough….

RJ: FRENCH CONNECTION!

*Crowd pop

Rex sidesteps at the final second and Dubois rips through Jessica with the spear and sends her rolling from the ring in a heap. Dubois looks on despairingly at what he has done and then turns around…

JT: FIRE AND THUNDER DRIVER!

Rex rolls over and groans. He makes his way over to the ref now and tries to revive him but to no avail…

RJ: What does this snake want? OH CMON!

More boos ring out around Belfast as Cassidy has run down to the ring and he crashes the “branding” iron into Rex’s back. He checks on Dubois and then leaps from the ring to make sure Jessica is ok. Jessica is clearly hurt but she makes it clear to Cassidy that he needs to help Dubois….Cassidy nods and rolls back…

JT: Strength in goddamn numbers….it shouldn’t be happening this way….

RJ: No referee to stop it unfortunately….Cassidy has that weapon again, he’s going for the head this time…

JT: GORE…..GORE…..GORE!

Max Adamson has run through the crowd and he leaps the barricade before running right through Cassidy with the bone-crushing spear. He drags him up now and chucks him from the ring as the crowd strike up a “Thank you, Max” chant….

RJ: MAX ADAMSON JUST CAME TO HIS NEPHEW’S AID HERE AT DESTINY…..CASSIDY GOT WIPED OUT….

JT: No more than he deserved….

RJ: Dubois has that steel chair though…

CRACK!

JT: Oh God….not now…

The chairshot lands flush on the head of Rex and leaves him in a heap. The Frenchmen drops into the cover as the referee finally comes around to count…

RJ: What a robbery…

JT: THIS KID….MY GOD WHAT IS HE MADE OF?

Miss Jessica is holding her stomach as she gets up on the outside and she lets out another shriek as Rex kicks out of the chairshot to the head. Dubois has rolled onto his knees now and he exchanges looks with Jessica…

RJ: They cannot believe it, every plan they have concocted….

JT: Jessica looking to distract the referee again, she’s telling Dubois to get the chair….

Jessica stumbles around and she is gesticulating at the ref, who is still very groggy, whilst Dubois grabs the chair and he sets it up in the centre of the ring. He drags Rex up now…

RJ: FORTUNE……ON THE CHAIR!

Dubois looks to slam Rex down on the seat of the chair but he fights his way off and then he scoops Dubois on his shoulders….

JT: FIRE & THUNDER!

The crowd go wild as Rex drills Dubois’ head through the seat of the chair and then knocks the crushed weapon from the ring. He looks to make the cover but sees Jessica still distracting the referee….

RJ: You may want to turn around, Jess….

Xanthi Rose is standing in the front row of the crowd and she grabs Jessica by the hair and pulls her over the barricade and pins her in her seat as the noise levels grow….

JT: Jessica forgot Rex has a big family…..they’ve been here at every major event to see their boy shine…

RJ: AND SHINE HE SHALL!

Rex looks down at the broken form of Jerome Dubois and decides he isn’t done. He drops the straps on his singlet as he grabs Dubois’ leg and drapes it over his shoulders, applying a version of the “Stretch Muffler”…..He stands tall and makes sure Dubois’ body is contorted around his shoulders…..Rex jumps up and down for more leverage….

JT: Dubois tapped…..he gave up…

RJ: Rex Adamson gets even with Jerome Dubois……with help from the Adamson family to level the playing field….he is now 6-0 against former world champions…

JT: And riding on toward another tilt at the top championships in this company….

RJ: What a match….

JT: And still he remains without a loss via pinfall or submission….incredible run of form….I’d say the future is bright but so is his present……Rex Adamson could be something extremely special….

RJ: We are looking at a generational talent, no doubts….

“Renegades of Funk” is blasting through the speakers and there are plenty of cheering fans as Rex Adamson has his arm raised in victory. Xanthi Rose lets go of Miss Jessica and smiles at her as she moves to join Max Adamson, who has just climbed the barricade….they applaud and give Rex the thumbs up as Rex returns the gesture and then continues to celebrate his win….Miss Jessica is kicking and shrieking in dismay at what has happened…

JT: Jessica’s plans have been thwarted…her and her contingent threw the kitchen sink at Rex Adamson tonight but it wasn’t to be enough….

RJ: Bad night at the office….0-2 for Cassidy and Dubois….Jessica will expect a better return than that….

JT: She expected two big victories and she got none…

RJ: Whereas Rex Adamson moves on toward Born in Fire after another huge W, this kid will want a big time attraction bout at that event…..and I think he’s earned it…

Rex climbs from the ring now and fist pumps the air. Jerome Dubois is sitting on the mat, looking dismayed, as Miss Jessica just shakes her head at both Dubois and Cassidy, who is staggering to his feet, before walking off into the crowd.

JT: Jessica may want answers from her men, she does not like to be disappointed…

RJ: Oh they will have some serious making up to do….but this moment, here at Destiny, belongs to Rex Adamson…

JT: Another fantastic match, tremendous stuff….

RJ: And still four more to go….

*Anthony Grace arrives and Clarissa wants an interview. Grace appears a little more sober than usual but says he isn't in the mood to talk. Clarissa asks for an update on Charles Kramer but Grace pushes the cameraman over and we hear him say "I said no (beeping) press.....you'll get your statement in the ring".

*Uryu arrives at Gazzy's dressing room. Christy is reading a baby book as Uryu tries to squash any bad feeling with Gazzy. He wants them on the same page against Grace/Reborn as well as Plague. He believes they are stronger as a unit and offers a handshake. Gazzy doesn't look entirely convinced by Christy stands and says she knows the two of them together can overcome any adversity. She has a good feeling about tonight. She says she feels the baby kick and Uyru's hand instinctively moves toward her stomach. Gazzy has a momentary glare but then also feels and there are smiles and laughter between the three.

Cerberus vs Tyler Roth

RJ: This next match has certainly undertaken a few changes in the last couple of hours….

JT: Initially we believed we were having a “Casket” match between Cerberus and Tyler Roth here but following the shocking events during our opening contest where Tyler Roth turned on his long time friend Scott Harris to align himself with Eddy Kent and Genesis….Cerberus decided to throw down a new challenge altogether….

RJ: He delivered this message from a graveyard nearby and has challenged Tyler Roth to meet him there for a “Buried Alive” contest….Cerberus has promised to bury Tyler Roth and after that he will pursue Eddy Kent and the 6WF World Heavyweight Championship…

JT: Kent, naturally, wants Cerberus removed from the picture and so Tyler Roth accepted the challenge and as far as we are aware he is on his way to meet Cerberus…

We get a change of scene now and we open up in an expansive and open graveyward. There is mist swirling around the floor and the moon shines down to illuminate the area as well as several lampposts that are thankfully on site to give us an indication of what is going on…..we see the hulking figure of Cerberus, who has finished digging the grave in which he intends to bury his foe here tonight….he climbs out and places the shovel in the mound of dirt….

JT: Well we knew Cerberus was here, that was never in doubt….

RJ: But where is The Reaper?

Suddenly we see the huge form of Tyler Roth step out from behind a tree. Cerberus makes a grab for the shovel again and prepares to whirl it through the air but Roth is already upon him with a huge “pounce” which wipes Cerberus off his feet and sends him sprawling across the grass…

JT: This is going to be nothing more than a fight to the finish between two monsters….nothing more and nothing less….one of the most dangerous match types in the business….

RJ: You are literally burying your opponent under a mound of dirt….this can be the end of someone’s career…

Roth thunders a huge boot into the ribcage of Cerberus, causing a grunt of pain, before he heaves him up and prepares to launch him into the open grave…

JT: The Reaper looking to end this quickly….

Cerberus hammers vicious elbows into the side of his opponent and pulls clear of him before seizing him by the throat. He walks Roth to the edge of the plot and is readying to chokeslam him but Roth breaks his grip and then lands a huge headbutt…Cerberus stumbles away and Roth reaches for the shovel…..WHACK!

RJ: Jeez…..I don’t care if you’re a “monster”, that will leave a mark…

Cerberus takes the shot flush to the head and it leaves him in a heap on the floor. Roth then stands over him and begins to drive the “scoop” into the body of his enemy…

JT: This is just unadulterated violence, nothing more….

Cerberus rolls over on his front and tries to crawl but Roth bends down and positions the shovel under his neck, choking him on the floor, before then driving the “scoop” down into the spine of Cerberus….

RJ: This may be the first time we have seen someone more physically dominant that Cerberus, he is usually in charge of these kind of proceedings…

Roth stares out at the night and he smirks before beginning to drag Cerberus up. He places his head between his legs…

JT: He’s going to powerbomb him into the grave….

RJ: BACKDROP!

Cerberus, at the last second, shuffles his body and counters with a backdrop that sends Roth flying inside of the ditch, landing with a thud…..Cerberus drops to his knees, his chest heaving in and out…

JT: Cerberus has Roth inside the grave but the match doesn’t end until he’s completely covered Roth in dirt….

Cerberus slowly starts getting to his feet and he looks around for a shovel before making his way toward the mound of dirt. By this time, however, Roth is up and he grabs his opponent’s legs…

RJ: Roth is another with superhuman strength and powers of recovery….it could take some time and something quite extraordinary to keep either man down…

Cerberus frees one of his feet and kicks out at Roth’s head before swinging the shovel overhead and looks to bring it crashing down on Roth’s skull but “The Reaper” moves at the last second. Roth reaches for Cerberus’ feet again and pulls his legs out from under him, dragging him inside of the grave…

JT: They’re both in there now, not a position either wants to be in….

Roth lands a right hand and Cerberus responds with a big uppercut. Roth staggers but then roars forward and he tackles Cerberus into the side of the “pit”. He unloads with several right hands before backing away and diving back in with a sickening “pump through” knee strike to the skull, sitting Cerberus down inside the grave…

RJ: Roth’s brutal MMA skills coming to the forefront there….and now we have an opening…

Roth drags himself from the grave now and he picks up a shovel and throws a couple of scoopfuls of dirt inside…

JT: Remember Cerberus needs to be fully encased inside that grave…

RJ: OH MY!

There is suddenly an ear-splitting screech as Cara rises from behind of the headstones and she spits a blood red liquid into Roth’s eyes, blinding him. Cerberus’ bride makes a grab for the shovel now and she drives it upward between Roth’s legs…

JT: The Undead Bride is here to assist Cerberus….just when he needed her the most…

RJ: I don’t think we have ever seen Cerberus need assistance before but when he needed it, Cara delivered….

Roth is on his knees, wincing in agony, as Cara rushes to the graveside and begins helping Cerberus out. Cerberus holds her for a moment and then fixes his dark gaze back upon Tyler Roth…

JT: Cerberus has promised that he will “bury” Tyler Roth tonight and then pursue Eddy Kent and the 6WF World Championship….the first stage of that plan looks imminent…

RJ: WHAT A CHOKESLAM…..Cerberus is on the brink now…

Cerberus takes Tyler Roth by the throat and he delivers a massive, one-handed, chokeslam on the solid earth. Cara has a devious smile on her face now as Cerberus draws a finger across his throat and he pulls Roth’s arms behind him…

JT: Tyler Roth is the “Soul Collector” but I think it is he who is destined for a trip to Hell tonight……THE DEATH BELL TOLLS!

Cerberus drags Roth to his feet once more and he positions him in front of the grave before lifting him into the air and launching him inside. Cara’s devilish laugh fills the air as she hands her husband the shovel….

RJ: Tyler Roth’s race is run….just a couple of hours after that astounding moment when he aligned with Eddy Kent and Genesis, he is about to be “buried alive”…..

JT: Some would call this justice…..BUT DID YOU MENTION GENESIS?!?

Suddenly there is a commotion and Cerberus whirls around and swings the shovel but Michael Sweetwater just ducks out of the way at the final second. Eddy Kent drives into the scene from the side and smashes the 6WF Championship belt into Cerberus’ head….

RJ: It’s a damn mugging….

JT: Genesis style….always been the same…

Cara yells out and tries to storm forward but Sweetwater cuts her off and he drags her toward the nearby tree before using some rope to bind her. She continues to wail but Sweetwater just smirks as he backs away. Eddy Kent is circling Cerberus…

RJ: Not only is Eddy Kent here for Tyler Roth but you have to believe to protect himself….Cerberus has said Kent and his title are the next target….no champion would be happy at that prospect….

JT: MIC CHECK!

Kent looks to plant Cerberus but is elbowed away at the final second. Sweetwater storms forward but Cerberus drops him with a boot to the face. Kent comes back around and Cerberus grabs him by the neck…

RJ: CHOKE….

Kent reacts in the only way he can and kicks Cerberus right between the legs. Sweetwater is rummaging in his trousers and he produces some brass knucks before landing a huge punch on Cerberus’ jaw, dropping him to his knees. Kent follows up with a “Mic Check” now….

JT: Cerberus falling foul of the numbers game…..

Tyler Roth’s hand appears on the side of the grave and he starts pulling himself up as Sweetwater and Kent move to assist him. All three men rise now and they surround Cerberus…

RJ: As ferocious as Cerberus is, facing Genesis has and always will be a very serious threat….he is finding that out first hand here…

They begin to drag the monster up but Cerberus is far from done and he grips Sweetwater’s wrist and drags him forward so that he collides with Eddy Kent and knocks both off balance. Tyler Roth looks for a discus lariat but Cerberus avoids it and he grabs Roth before smashing him, head-first, into the tree. Cerberus sees Cara and moves to untie her but she shrieks at him to concentrate on his enemies…

JT: I think Cara was smart there….Cerberus doesn’t have time to be a hero right now…

Sweetwater staggers up and Cerberus grabs him by the neck and he backs him up before delivering an almighty chokeslam into the grave…

RJ: Tonight could be the night when Genesis are buried forever….

JT: I think that may be the intention here….Cerberus is going to get rid of them all…

Cerberus reaches down and he picks up the 6WF Championship. He stares at the gold for a long moment and then waits for Eddy Kent to get to his feet before whacking him in the face with it….

RJ: Eddy Kent went 60 minutes with Scott Harris here tonight, scraping by with his title intact, but his night could be about to take the most dramatic and wicked of turns….

Cerberus grabs Kent by the collar and he hauls him up before throwing him into the grave on top of Michael Sweetwater…

JT: I would never have dreamed that tonight we would see this, I really didn’t….

RJ: Eddy Kent and Genesis are learning a very valuable lesson here tonight, one that many others have previously….you do not (beep) with Cerberus….

CRACK!

JT: THAT WHOLE SHOVEL SNAPPED!

A shovel connects with the back of Cerberus’ head and completely snaps the “scoop” from the handle. Cerberus drops to a knee as Tyler Roth stands over him…

RJ: Cerberus being attacked from all sides but the one man you do not want to give a free shot to is Tyler Roth….

JT: GENESIS KICK!

A dirt-ridden Eddy Kent pulls himself from the grave with an irate expression on his face and delivers a furious “brogue” kick to the face of Cerberus now, leaving him in a heap on the floor. Cara’s screams and cries continue to fill the air as Kent helps Sweetwater from the grave now and they stare down at their victim…

RJ: This has been an insane, action-packed, eventful evening but of all that we have seen, this may be the most shocking…

JT: I can’t believe Cerberus is still moving here, still trying to stand…

RJ: That inhuman pain threshold coming to the forefront once more, this is insanity…

Cerberus is trying to push himself up on his haunches as Roth, Kent and Sweetwater exchange looks. Roth shakes his head and walks out of shot before striding back in…

JT: What….NO….YOU CAN’T….OH MY GOD, HE DID!

RJ: ONE OF THE SICKEST THINGS I EVER SAW!

Roth, showing his violent nature and strength, has a headstone on his arms and he brings it crashing down across the back of Cerberus’ head and neck so that it cracks and crumbles upon impact and leaves Cerberus motionless…..Cara’s shrieks grow louder and more haunting in the silence….

JT: I can’t believe what we have just watched and witnessed….Tyler Roth just shattered a headstone across the skull and neck of Cerberus….who knows what that weighed, Cerberus’ spinal cord and skull may be broken and obliterated…

RJ: That was extremely difficult to watch….this blood-thirsty feud between two of 6CWF’s dominant forces has culminated here in a shocking assault…

JT: Genesis truly on the rise once again and that is a huge moment for them….

RJ: This is a message sent loud and clear….

All three men now drag the deadweight of Cerberus and dump him inside of the grave. They all reach for the remaining shovels and begin to scoop dirt inside…

JT: Destiny 2023, a moment we will never forget….Genesis are burying Cerberus alive…

RJ: This is unbelievable….

It doesn’t take too long until the grave is completely filled and Cerberus is removed from sight. Roth, Kent and Sweetwater are bloodied, dirty and sweating but they look triumphant as they stick their shovels in the dirt…..they all turn and smile at Cara, who is still tied to the tree, and then begin to move away from the scene…

RJ: Never in all my years….one of the most shocking moments in the history of the game….Cerberus has been buried alive here by Tyler Roth and Genesis…

JT: A statement evening for the most famous faction in history….if you doubted that this version of Genesis could live up to previous incarnations then guess again….this may be one of their biggest achievements ever…

RJ: Without a doubt….they just rid 6CWF of the most dominant world champion in history…..Eddy Kent’s 6WF Championship is safe from the monster…

JT: This is going to take some getting over…

RJ: I’d say get over it as quick as you can, Jeff, because we still have three huge bouts to come…

JT: This may be the greatest night in 6CWF history…

*Thunder returns to Liam Wood's dressing room but has had no luck in locating Emmy. He assures his friend that he will keep looking and she will be returned safely but Wood doesn't seem convinced. He admits that he can feel the darkness enveloping him and he doesn't know if he can control the feelings inside of him. Thunder urges him to and says "you must, for Emmy".

*A blood and dirt stained Genesis have returned to the SSE, proud of what they have just achieved. Eddy Kent wants his boys showered and dressed to impress because it is time to celebrate their historic night. He then turns and finds his way barred by Max Adamson. Max says he didn't want to overshadow anyone's night or moment which is why he waited but 6CWF Management and Amazon Prime have confirmed that at "Desert Storm" Eddy Kent will defend his world title against Max Adamson. Kent looks furious at the news as Max smirks and says "See you in the desert, Daddy".

Engel Harlequin vs Liam Wood

The lights in the arena are down as we return to ringside and “Bury a friend” is screeching through the speakers. Lights illuminate the floor of the entrance as Engel Harlequin shuffles out into view. Harlequin’s face is covered in glow in the dark paint and he smiles, darkly, before biting at the camera as it gets too close….

RJ: This next one…well what do you say?

JT: I’d say it is almost a classic Engel Harlequin scenario….he returned at Beachfront Brawl and immediately targeted Liam Wood, re-opening old wounds in the process…..he has then gone on to try and get under Wood’s skin as much as possible and claims he is “forcing the real Liam Wood out”….

RJ: Engel believes Liam Wood is a “monster” and he wants to show the world his real face….in order to do that he has spent the last month goading Wood at every available point….

JT: Culminating in the kidnap of Wood’s girlfriend/friend Emmy…..Engel still has Emmy and he has promised to release her, unharmed, should Wood comply with his rules here tonight….

RJ: The rules being that Wood stays within the confines of the match and isn’t disqualified…..Engel knows Wood wants to tear him limb from limb and is therefore going to do anything and everything to push him over the edge….

JT: He has shown in recent weeks that there is a growing anger inside of him….

RJ: Which is understandable given the circumstances….

JT: However if he wants Emmy back…

RJ: But that’s the thing isn’t it….with Engel you just never know….one game seems to lead into another….he is a master of psychological torment and disruption, he lives for chaos….Wood doesn’t know if Emmy is ok or will be ok, he doesn’t know Engel will release her…..this is the issue and always has been because we don’t ever know exactly what motivates Harlequin to do the things he does…

JT: We know he would like to be a world champion one day, something he was denied by Liam Wood in the past and still holds a grudge for…

RJ: Which we believe is the main reason he first came after Wood when he returned…

JT: But we also know that Engel has ties to Jessica Lawless and her brother Johnny Lawless….he was extremely protective over those two in the past….

RJ: Which I guess shows a potential weakness to exploit, there is some human in there….

JT: Engel likes to fight, he likes to cause pain and have it inflicted upon himself…..he says he wants to show the true Liam Wood but is that really why he is doing this? I have absolutely no idea….I do honestly believe he is a real life incarnation of The Joker character and that there will never be answers to all of the questions we have….

RJ: Could that be it? Perhaps Engel in this world he has created in his mind is searching for his antithesis? Does he view Liam Wood as his Batman?

Engel rolls under the bottom rope and he kneels, his glowing face depicting a smile, before “Revival Mode” booms through the airwaves and is met by a crescendo of noise from this in attendance…

JT: Is this the Dark Knight? We know Liam Wood isn’t your typical “good guy”….there are those in our audience who do not forgive or forget the very dark and twisted things they have seen Liam Wood do in the past…..Wood, himself, admits that he has another side to him and he has never been afraid to show that…

RJ: But during his last feud with Vincent Costello it became apparent that the “darkness” was really starting to envelope Wood once more….just as it seemed he was starting to turn a corner, professionally and personally, he was pulled even further into the mire by the returning Engel….

JT: Emmy and Thunder, Wood’s best friend, made it clear to Wood that they were concerned he was being seduced by the darkness but he made it clear that in order to face and overcome Engel, just like Costello previously, he would have to do things that would be highly questionable in morality…..

RJ: Engel took that one step further when he abducted Emmy….he knows Wood will want to tap into that dark side of his persona now, he will want to inflict untold damage and suffering on Harlequin…

Liam Wood has a face full of fire as he marches down to the ring and leaps onto the apron. He clearly wants to get the fight underway but Engel wags a finger at him, smirking, and points at the big screen…

JT: What is….OH MY GOD?!?

We see Emmy and she has been strapped to a chair, somewhere in the backstage area, there is also a number of explosives and fireworks that have also been attached to the chair…Engel rolls from the ring and grabs a mic…

Engel: Heehehehe….now do you see, Liam….that all of your actions will have consequences….you see I am gladly your villain in this story….but now you must make a very conscious decision….I obviously need to be stopped, I need to be put in my place and locked back up in my Asylum where I belong….far away from anyone, so that I cannot cause any more harm or suffering….

But we both know that just beating me in a match here tonight, pinning me or making me submit won’t do….oh no hehehee…..in order to get me back to where I belong you will need to beat me within an inch of my life….you will need to make me hurt, and you know you can’t do that in a wrestling match…

*Engel grins malevolently

JT: This man is sick…

Engel: But here comes your moral dilemma, Liam…..because beating me senseless, breaking my bones and leaving me in a pool of blood will save countless others down the line, cutting me off at the source and preventing anyone else suffering is surely the right thing to do?

But if you do choose that path….and get yourself disqualified here tonight…..well, Liam, remember remember….

*Engel points at the big screen

Engel: Tonight is a very special night in our calendar isn’t it….the 5th of November…..and here tonight I will give everyone in Belfast a fireworks’ display to remember…….if you get disqualified I will ensure that each and every one of those explosives attached to your beautiful Emmy’s chair detonates hehehehehe….

RJ: This is heinous…

Engel: So this is where you make your choice….are you so selfish that you are willing to sacrifice potentially hundreds of future victims just to save the woman you love? Or are you a true life superhero that will risk something so dear to him in order to save everyone else?

It’s up to you, Liam….make a choice…

JT: This is disgusting….Engel Harlequin has tied Emmy to a chair strapped with explosives in the backstage area…..if Wood now gets DQd then that chair will explode and lord knows the damage that will be done to Emmy….

RJ: Engel Harlequin is truly one of the most sinister men in the history of this industry….

JT: How on earth is Liam supposed to keep his emotions in check here?

Engel continues to smile as the referee keeps Wood back and he rolls inside the ring. Emmy continues to be shown on the big screen as the bell sounds to get the contest underway…

RJ: What was already a highly charged, personal, situation has just increased tenfold…..we are watching a potentially life threatening situation playing out in front of us…

JT: As if we haven’t seen enough of that already tonight…..I’m still reeling from Cerberus being buried alive by Genesis….

Wood and Engel circle one another and then they engage in a lockup. They wrestle for control and Engel applies a side headlock, smirking, as Wood backs into the ropes and then shoots him across the ring….Engel comes back and Wood looks to pop him up….

RJ: WORLD…

Engel ducks the knee strike and lands a fierce kick to the gut. He looks for a double armed DDT (ala Jon Moxley) but Wood charges him back into the corner. The referee moves in to separate them as Engel grins at Wood and points to the big screen…

JT: Harlequin looking to get under Wood’s skin at every opportunity…

Wood rushes back in for a lariat but Engel avoids it and then snaps off a jab. He launches a big knee into Wood’s gut and chokes him against the ropes…

RJ: But it is absolutely fine for Engel to flout the rules?

JT: It’s his game…..he isn’t the one whose missus is strapped to enough explosives to level this arena…

Engel releases on four and then he circles the ring and sprints back in for a diving splash but Wood avoids it. Wood circles the ring now and rushes back in with a huge yakuza kick to the jaw (ala Sami Zayn)…he drags Engel out of the corner and suplexes him up into a spinning sit-down powerbomb……………..1……………….2………….kickout!

RJ: That’s Wood’s power game on display….he’s a wiry guy but possesses great strength…

Engel grabs at the ropes to pull himself up as Wood lashes kicks into his body. He runs the opposite ropes and returns with a diving knee strike but Engel pulls clear and sends Wood tangling into the ropes. Engel quickly drops an elbow to the chest and then crawls on his foe and bites his head before gouging at his eyes…

JT: Once again Harlequin showing no regard for the rules at all….

RJ: He is also doing this to frustrate and force Wood’s hand…he wants him to snap…

The referee is warning Engel now about his conduct but he doesn’t seem to care. Wood has rolled from the ring, pawing at his eyes, as Harlequin follows him….BOOM!

JT: Wood knew what was coming….but now the dilemma is setting in…

Wood scouts Engel’s attack and sidesteps as his foe crashes into the steel steps, dislodging them. Wood now stares at the steps…

RJ: You can just tell he wants to use the steps to crush Engel’s head…

JT: But if he does, then it could be the end for Emmy….

Wood takes some deep breaths and then he drags Engel up and throws him back in the ring. He ascends the ropes and comes off with a double axe handle, dropping Harlequin to a knee, and then runs the ropes and returns with a jumping knee strike to the face……………1……………..2……….kickout!

RJ: So far Wood doing his utmost to stay with the confines of the rules…

JT: But you can see it is taking great effort on his part…

Wood stomps on Engel’s back and then drags him up. He looks to flip him into a “lungblower” but Engel drops out front and then rakes the eyes. He runs the ropes and returns with a flying body block (ala Bray Wyatt) that wipes Wood out at the midsection. Engel giggles now as he bounces off the ropes again and returns with a leaping back splash (ala Chris Jericho)….

RJ: Engel isn’t even trying to make a pin…

JT: Because it doesn’t correlate with his “game”….he wants to extend this as long as possible and increase the chances that Wood loses it…

Engel grabs the arms of Wood and pulls him into a seated position so he can kick and rake his boot at the face (ala Daniel Bryan). He then backs away and starts to shuffle up the ropes…

RJ: Not Engel’s usual form of attack….CROSS…

Wood leaps into the air and crashes a dropkick into the exposed body of Engel as he comes off for the crossbody from the top rope. Wood quickly flips him up and explodes with the “Lungblower”….

JT: That may just do it…

RJ: We know Engel can withstand serious amounts of pain…

JT: But he can be beaten….all Wood needs to do is keep him down for three…he’s done it before…

Engel is still chuckling and goading Wood as he rolls over on all fours. Wood looks annoyed as he runs the ropes…

RJ: PSYCHO….

Engel dodges the stomp and then he rakes right down the spine of Wood. Wood doubles up as Engel bounces back and returns with a twisting neckbreaker. Wood turns over and puts his hands on the mat which allows Engel to stomp down on the back of each of them…

JT: This is Engel’s style here, he just wants to cause pain and suffering….

Engel grabs Wood’s right hand now and he manipulates the finger joints before snapping one right back…

RJ: Jeez he may have just dislocated Wood’s finger there….

Wood yells out in pain and holds his hand close to his chest. Engel cackles as he leaps in the air and stomps down on the spine of Wood now….

JT: We are seeing two completely different approaches to this contest….once again it makes you question exactly what Engel wants here in 6CWF….

RJ: I think he wants to be top dog, deep down, but he wants to cause as much mayhem and disruption as possible on the way…

Engel drops to his knees again and he chokes Wood as the referee initiates his five count and warns Engel for his conduct. Engel just laughs it off again before he drags Wood up and hooks his arms…

JT: Engel looking to take it old school here…..BIG TOP!

Harlequin is preparing for the “Tiger Driver” but Wood fumbles and fights before swiping his foe’s legs. He catapults Engel to the corner, causing him to crack his head, and then nails a snap tiger suplex as he staggers out. Engel stumbles back up and Wood chokeslams him into a backbreaker……………1……………………….2……………shoulder up!

RJ: Wood is hitting some high impact moves here, moves that may make in roads against other opposition….but nothing is having a serious effect on Engel…

JT: Only adding to Wood’s frustration……you can see him constantly looking at that big screen….

RJ: Emmy’s predicament has to be playing on his mind…

Engel gets to one knee and he begins goading Wood again, pointing at the big screen, as Wood closes the gap and begins to tee off with huge right hands….

JT: Those are closed fists, the referee is going to have a word here….

RJ: Wood walking a tightrope…

The referee urges Wood to use an open hand and he nods in understanding. He rags Engel up and whips him into the turnbuckle, flipping him upside down upon impact…

JT: The whole ring shook off of that impact….

Wood traps Engel in the corner now and stomps a vicious mudhole now in his gut until the referee is forced to intervene once more…

RJ: You can see Wood getting angrier and angrier here…he wants to hurt Engel badly….

JT: It just seems like we are watching a ticking timebomb….

Wood is forced to take some more deep breaths as the referee gives him another warning. He watches Engel crawling out of the corner and pulls him up…

RJ: Wood just needs to try and end this, if he can…..

JT: I think that is the intent…..MANSON DRIVER!

Engel backs to the ropes and he succeeds in backdropping Wood over the top and onto the apron. Wood lands on his feet though and he grabs Engel by the hair and rags him to the floor before launching himself back over the top rope…

RJ: Engel got his boot up in Wood’s face….that nose is bleeding from the impact….

Wood’s face lands flush on Engel’s upturned boot and causes him to roll away in pain. Engel scrambles back to his feet…

JT: AVERSION THERAPY!

The double armed sweeping DDT dumps Wood on his head. Engel rolls him over and decides now is time to make a pin…

1……………….2………….Engel drags Wood’s head off the canvass!

RJ: I have no idea if Wood was going to kick out or not but Engel was taking no chances…

JT: This nutjob wants to blow Emmy up here….there’s no other reasoning for this, he wants this match to continue until Wood gets DQ’d….

The referee is looking at Engel in surprise but he merely laughs and rolls from the ring. Engel grabs a steel chair and heads back inside…

RJ: What is he doing?

JT: He’s making it easier for Wood….

Wood is trying to crawl up, blood trickling on the canvass from his nose, as Engel gets back in. The referee quickly moves to get involved but Harlequin scares him off with the weapon…

RJ: Engel is up to something dastardly here….

Engel beckons Wood up and then, when he rises, he throws the chair at Wood’s feet…

JT: He’s presenting Wood with the tools to do damage….

Wood stares at Engel and then at the chair…

Engel: Make your choice, Liam…..

RJ: CHOICE MADE!

Wood reaches for the chair but then he spins and smashes a vicious forearm into Engel’s face. Harlequin falls into the ropes and looks to roar back with a lariat (ala Moxley) but Wood anticipates it and ducks the shot before landing a hard boot to the gut….

JT: MANSON DRIVER….GOT HIM!

Engel’s head is drilled into the mat and Wood rolls him over and hooks the leg…

RJ: Emmy may be safe after all…

JT: That had to be so close….the referee’s hand was an inch away….

RJ: Wood may go for that chair now….he’s certainly considering it….

Wood is on his knees, almost disbelieving, as the referee indicates it was a two count. Wood is looking at Engel now and then at the weapon on the deck…

JT: Don’t do it, Liam…..

The referee anticipates Wood’s thought process and he kicks the chair under the bottom rope to the outside, which seems to snap Wood from a trance. Engel rolls out onto the apron…

RJ: Wood has hit Engel with some of his best moves but still he is no closer to winning this match or freeing Emmy…

All attention in the arena turns to the big screen as it appears to be undertaking some kind of technological malfunction. The screen goes blurry and the feed cuts out momentarily before coming back on…

JT: We are in the afterthrows of a storm here in Belfast, I guess it’s still playing havoc with technology…

Wood looks back at the screen again, seeing Emmy remaining strapped to a chair, and then he runs the ropes…

RJ: SPEAR!

Engel is clambering up on the apron as Wood crashes into him and sends them both flying off the apron and splattering onto the concrete floor outside…

JT: Hard, hard landing there for both competitors….

RJ: Engel took the worst of it….and Wood just seems to be running on the adrenaline of getting Emmy back…

Wood winces as he gets back up but he seems focused on getting the job done. He drags Engel up and launches him into the ring. Wood climbs up and scales the ropes. He waits for Harlequin to stand and then wipes him out with a flying lariat. Wood rolls onto his feet again…

JT: Wood really finding a rhythm here…..PSYCHO CRUSHER!

RJ: Now the doubt is setting in….now Liam Wood is starting to question himself…

JT: Can he put Engel Harlequin away without breaking the rules?

The crowd are stunned but making vast amounts of noise as Engel once again kicks out before the three count can be completed….Wood rolls over and looks almost lost. He keeps looking up at the big screen…

RJ: He’s tried and tried to put Harlequin away without bending or breaking any rules….but nothing seems to be working….

JT: How about the VIPER LOCK!

Wood’s nostrils flare as he stands over his opponent, Engel smiling at the camera, and then lands a vicious stomp to the back (ala Rusev) that causes Harlequin’s head to rise up so he can grasp it….Wood locks in the full nelson/camel clutch variation and sits into the hold…

RJ: He’s looking to become the first man to make Engel tap….I’m pretty sure this has never happened…

JT: Engel’s body is contorted sickeningly…..the pain has to be devastating….

RJ: But he enjoys the pain, that is the problem….he has endured so much in his life, I’m not sure he can lose this way….

Wood is really wrenching back on the head and neck, bending the spine unnaturally, but Engel’s teeth can be seen in a grimace/smile as he refuses to quit. Wood continues to up the ante but Harlequin doesn’t seem any closer to quitting….

JT: This is quite extraordinary…..

RJ: I think Wood is recognising a lost cause….

Wood frees one hand and uses it to club at Engel’s head with crossface punches before pushing him over and entering into full mount. Wood is beating down now at his opponent’s face with thunderous punches…

JT: He’s going to beat him to death right in front of us…

RJ: The referee is counting….Wood is so close to losing it here…

The referee’s count reaches five and he has to physically drag Wood off of Engel. Wood is beside himself but the official drags him back and tells him this is his final warning….

JT: The referee trying to do Wood a solid here….he could disqualify him but nobody wants to see Emmy come to any harm…

The official is urging Wood to think. He has to take some more deep, shuddering, breaths and bends over to place his hands on his knees, composing himself…

RJ: This may be one of the most difficult situations I have ever seen someone in….

JT: What more can Liam Wood do?

RJ: He has to find a way….he has to do something…….WORLD EATER!

Engel is clutching at the ropes and trying to get himself to his feet but they keep slipping from under him. Eventually he rises and Wood beckons him around before whipping him off the ropes…

JT: Engel knew what was coming!

Engel grabs at the ropes in desperation and pulls himself from the ring, drawing boos from the crowd. Wood aims to follow but the referee wants to hold him back…

RJ: The ref is trying to keep Wood in this match….

Wood and the referee are going at it now but the official continues to stand his ground and tries to keep Wood on the straight and narrow. Engel rolls back in the ring….CRACK!

JT: DAMMIT….HE JUST HIT THE REFEREE IN THE HEAD WITH THAT CHAIR!

RJ: He’s an absolute lunatic…

Wood’s eyes widen as Engel grins at him. The referee is in a heap on the floor, blood covering his face, as Harlequin draws the chair back and swings again…

JT: Wood ducked it…

Wood dodges the chairshot and then dropkicks it into Engel’s face, knocking him down. Harlequin crawls back up…

RJ: Wood looking at that chair….no referee to DQ him…..PSYCHO CRUSHER!

Wood chooses to run the ropes but that leaves the chair open and Engel grabs it and drives it upward so it connects with the groin region of Wood. The crowd are booing as Engel sags into the ropes…

JT: Engel Harlequin should be disqualified here….

RJ: Unfortunately the referee is in no position to make that call…

Engel grabs the chair again now and he makes his way to the corner. The audience watch on as Harlequin crawls up the ropes with the weapon in hand…

JT: I really don’t know what Engel has planned here but I know it won’t be good….

RJ: Wood is in a whole world of pain here and I think it’s about to get worse….

JT: WORLD EATER!

*Crowd pop

Engel leaps from on high and is looking to bring the chair into play but Wood spins and jumps up so he can smash his knee right under the chin of Harlequin, leaving him flat…

RJ: This match should be over…

JT: But the referee is still out….we need another….

The original referee is coated in blood and in no position to make the call. Suddenly a second referee makes the sprint to the ring and dives in…

JT: Here we go…

JT: Wood has hit him with absolutely everything he has….

RJ: Liam Wood has done everything to stay within the rules of this match but the doubts he must be experiencing now have to be catastrophic….he has won world titles with each of these moves but tonight not one will deliver victory…

JT: He’s looking at that chair again….he has literally tried everything else….

Wood thinks long and hard as he gets to his feet. He looks at the crowd and at Harlequin, who is flat on the mat, and then back at Emmy on the big screen. He seems to swell with anger as he finally reaches for the weapon….

RJ: Wood has seen enough, he’s decided to act…

JT: But what does this mean for Emmy?

*Crowd boo furiously

RJ: THAT WAS BLATANT!

Wood looks to be preparing to bring the chair down on Engel’s head when suddenly he launches forward and lands a low blow. The new referee has no choice but to immediately call for the bell…

JT: Nobody ever wants to see an unsatisfactory finish but, somehow, this one doesn’t surprise me…

RJ: Engel has been looking to goad Wood all night, pushing him and frustrating him….but in the end he is the one who has been disqualified…

JT: I have a feeling he isn’t done….

Engel is cackling, despite the beating he has taken, as he uses the chair as a crutch to help himself up. He then sets the chair up and he drags Wood to his feet…

RJ: SELF-FULFILLING PROPHECY!

Wood’s face is planted into the seat of the chair as the crowd wince. Engel sits there with a smirk on his face and then calls for a microphone…

JT: I told you….Engel Harlequin never does anything without a plot…

Engel: Heheehe….good old Liam Wood, I have to admit you have surprised me tonight….I really thought you’d snap, I thought I had you hehehe….But…

*Engel grins evilly now as he drops to a knee next to Wood

Engel: There may have been no referee, Liam, but you were still a naughty boy…tut tut hehehe….you dropkicked that chair right in my pretty face hehehe….where I come from, that’s a disqualification…

RJ: No way….Wood was defending himself…

Engel: I’m sorry, those are the rules of the game….who am I to break them?

JT: It’s your damn game, you psycho…

Engel: Which means….I really am sorry to say….we’re going to have fireworks after all….

RJ: OH GOD NO…

*Engel drops into a prone position next to Wood now and whispers to him

Engel: Remember, remember…didn’t anyone ever teach you that the carnival is rigged? Hehehehe….

JT: SOMEBODY FIND EMMY, FIND HER NOW……OH JESUS CHRIST!

There is a horrified atmosphere in the arena as Engel claps his hands together and suddenly the screen is alight as the chair with Emmy strapped to it detonates…

RJ: NO…NO….this can’t be happening….

JT: Shut down the broadcast….

Engel is still laughing, sadistically, as the big screen picture is enveloped in smoke.

*Crowd pop

RJ: THUNDER!

The smile falls from Engel’s face as the smoke clears and it is clear that somehow, some way, Thunder has rescued Emmy from the chair…

JT: Praise the lord…

RJ: Praise Thunder…Liam Wood’s best friend….he has come to the rescue…

JT: Heroes really are hard to find but luckily Liam Wood has Thunder…

Engel growls and looks agitated as Thunder stares down the screen at him. Engel suddenly rolls Wood over and climbs on top of him…

JT: Engel has snapped here….his plan has backfired…

RJ: And he’s looking to take that out on the unconscious form of Liam Wood…

Engel is beating at Wood’s head with vicious punches before an almighty roar passes through the audience as Thunder comes sprinting out from backstage. He dives in the ring as Engel scarpers….Harlequin has an evil smile on his face as he saunters into the aisleway…

JT: Engel Harlequin came here tonight with every intention of making this as personal as any feud we have ever seen…he was going to blow Emmy up, no matter the result of this match…

RJ: Thankfully, Thunder was on hand to make sure that didn’t happen….

JT: Makes me wonder though….Thunder and Emmy were right, they warned Wood not to pursue this….Engel doesn’t fight fair, he never has….Wood agreed to play a game he could never win…

RJ: And I don’t think Engel will be happy that he didn’t get to end his game here tonight….I’d prepare for Act II…

JT: If Liam Wood is smart he will walk away from this…keep himself and his loved one safe….

RJ: But as Engel said before the match began, can Wood do that? Wood knows that as long as Engel is around, nobody is safe….

Thunder kneels next to Wood now and is trying to help his friend into a seated position. Engel Harlequin reaches the top of the stage now but he sits down (ala CM Punk) and just stares back at his rivals…

JT: Engel may be leaving here with an L…he may be leaving here after being thwarted….but I’m not sure he is disappointed with the overall result….he pushed all of Wood’s buttons tonight and he knows he has left a lasting impression…

RJ: When Wood comes to properly and realises what Engel tried to do to Emmy, I just don’t see him walking away from this….

JT: Thunder may advise it…Emmy may demand it…but I’m really not sure Wood will be able to leave this…

RJ: Batman wouldn’t allow Joker to run around Gotham unchecked….Superman wouldn’t be able to just sit back and watch Lex Luthor destroy Metropolis…..Liam Wood, for all of his faults, just will not, I am certain, walk away from this war…

JT: Then I think we can expect something sinister down the line…..

Thunder and Wood, who is incredibly dazed, continue to stare up the ramp at the maniacal Engel Harlequin before we head backstage.

*Cody Walker is backstage with Tim Allen. Cody is dedicating tonight to his dad and all the other victims of Clarke James. He wants to repay the faith shown in him by JJ & Brandi Johnson and destroy the man who has made their lives hell. Cody admits he may not ever be the same after tonight but he promises that CJ won't be either.

The scene changes and we see Clarke James putting on his "Scarecrow" mask as "The Fallen" gather around him.

*A black screen appears before a lone candle appears, casting shadows dancing on the walls, and Edward Plague sings "He's got the whole world in his hands"

*A battered Liam Wood returns backstage and he hugs Emmy tightly as she is being tended to by medical staff. Wood just wants to make sure she is ok. Emmy assures she is and just wants to go home with Wood and leave all this behind. Wood is extremely conflicted and Emmy cries as Wood demands Thunder take her far away where she is safe and Engel cannot get to them. Thunder is reluctant but Wood grabs his collar and says "Mike, I need to end this".

Clarke James vs Cody Walker

Back at ringside and there is some real tension in the air and it is clear that members of 6CWF staff are anxious for what is about to happen. Suddenly there are security guards pouring out from backstage and they begin to cover the members of staff…

JT: Folks I have to admit that after what happened to myself and my colleagues a few weeks ago at the hands of Clarke James and The Fallen it is somewhat of a comfort, albeit a small one, that VIP Promotions have decided to send more security out here for our following contest…

RJ: We just had a recap on what happened to us all at the last Proving Grounds and naturally we are all still very shaken by that….we are trying to remain impartial here even if we do want to see Cody Walker kick Clarke James’ a55 here tonight….

JT: Clarke James’ reign of terror has grown out of control….nearly every member of the 6CWF Boardroom, Trevor Abraham of VIP Promotions have been attacked and removed by James…..all in the name of getting to JJ Johnson…

RJ: James cannot be allowed to continue unchecked….that much is obvious….the latest man to step into the breach is young Cody Walker, who of course is looking to avenge his father, Alex, who was brutally assaulted by James just a few weeks ago…

JT: Clarke James’ regime of terror began on our very first night back in 6CWF when he demanded to be reinstated as 6CW Champion, believing his friend JJ Johnson would oblige him….but JJ didn’t only refuse but he also told CJ what he thought of his new attitude and demeanour….

RJ: A new attitude that began during COVID 6CW…Clarke James turned on anyone and everyone that had ever mattered to him….he ended the career of Marshall Murdoch, brutally assaulted Perfect Jack and Jackson Jackson….he made it clear that being world champion was the only thing that mattered to him…

JT: He continued that upon his return….and when JJ refused him he decided to target all of JJ’s friends and family…..Acer, Rock V2, Tyson Armstrong and The Saint…..he targeted Acer’s wife, The Saint’s parents….Trevor Abraham of VIP Promotions…..Drake of the 6CWF Board, Alex Walker….the list goes on and on….

RJ: Clarke James is still adamant and determined to be world champion but he also now wants JJ Johnson….he wants JJ Johnson to return and face him….

JT: First he must deal with the young, fired up Cody Walker….James may have his own plans but he would do well to remember what happened a few weeks ago when Cody leapt from the top of the entranceway and crashed himself and James through our announce desk…

RJ: James did retaliate last time out and let Cody know exactly who he is dealing with but I don’t expect Cody to be deterred….he made this challenge, he wants this and he wants to avenge his dad…

JT: If, and it is a big if, Cody Walker somehow won here tonight it would be one of the biggest upsets of all time….but I admire the heart of the kid, I really do…

RJ: Folks all the security are out here but we are led to believe that a major melee is taking place backstage…

The scene changes and there is a massive commotion backstage as we see Cody Walker walking across the top of a platform in the backstage area and he somersaults off, fifteen feet, into five members of “The Fallen”….

JT: It appears that Cody Walker has chose to ambush Clarke James and The Fallen in the backstage area….

RJ: He is taking the fight to Clarke James….my word this kid is as gutsy as they come….

Clarke James grabs Cody and drags him up. He looks to run him into a giant hangar door but Cody swivels his feet and then uses all of his power to launch CJ, head-first, into the door. Cody is breathing heavily as he staggers up….he grabs a steel chair and circles back around before sprinting in and diving into a dropkick, using the chair, that splatters James’ head into the door once more…

JT: Cody Walker is finding copious amounts of venom here tonight….he has come here with the baddest of intentions…

Cody drags CJ back up now and he throws him on top of a production table. He pummels him repeatedly before disappearing from view. After a few seconds he re-appears upon the balcony he jumped from earlier….

RJ: Shades of what he did to Clarke James last month…..OH MY LORD!

Two members of “The Fallen” drag Clarke from the table just in time as Cody’s attempted legdrop ends with him being obliterated through the table. Cody is in a bad way on the concrete floor as the referee arrives on the scene and is immediately signalling for medical help….

JT: Poor Cody Walker could have a serious injury here….he once again showed no fear or respect for his own body as he launches fifteen foot from that balcony…..

RJ: But Clarke James has been rescued by his “followers”….

James composes himself and smirks before signalling to four of “The Fallen” to pick Walker up and carry him to ringside. The referee tries to interject but CJ grabs him and launches him to the floor…

JT: This is exactly what Clarke James needs to be stopped from doing…it’s bad enough what he has done and is doing to active members of the roster…but he all of us, members of staff, walking on eggshells and fearing for our safety….he has to be stopped…

There is a moment of silence before Clarke James leads the parade out onto the stage. He stands and stares at RJ & Jeff Thadeus, almost daring them to say something, before striding down the ramp as “The Fallen” carry Cody Walker with them…

RJ: This young kid was just trying to avenge his father….he was standing up for his family…

JT: Having the guts to stand up to one of the worst tyrants this business has ever seen….

CJ climbs in the ring now as Cody Walker is laid on the apron and rolled under the bottom rope. The referee has followed the procession to ringside and wants to get assistance but CJ’s glare ensures that he signals for the bell…

RJ: This match is underway but poor Cody Walker is in no position to fight…

JT: James should just end this…

RJ: OH NO…

JT: Whilst I have all the respect in the world for this kid, I really wish he would have just stayed down…

James makes the cover but the crowd pop as Cody Walker somehow manages to force an arm off the mat. James just kneels and stares at Cody, who is trying to crawl for the ropes now…

RJ: This is all just one big game for Clarke James….he’s the spider at the centre of the web and he knows Cody is stuck, he knows he has him trapped…but he’s going to take his time and enjoy every moment….

Cody somehow reaches a vertical base and the crowd are chanting his name. He seems to take some kind of energy from this as he staggers around to face Clarke James…

JT: Defiance…this kid has balls…

Walker spits at CJ’s feet and beckons him on. James’ dark eyes show no emotion but he rushes forward for a clothesline…

RJ: WHAT A KICK!

Cody dodges CJ’s grasp at the final second and springs off the ropes before nailing a massive disaster kick, drawing a monumental cheer from the audience. Cody beckons CJ up and charges off the ropes again, this time returning with a huge “V trigger” knee…..

JT: AND A POISONRANA….WHAT IS THIS KID MADE OF?

The knee strike sends CJ spiralling into the ropes and then back into an inverted hurricanrana. He rolls over onto his knees and tries to stand…

RJ: MASAMUNE!

The “trouble in paradise” kick lands right on the side of the head…………………….1……………………..2…………….3!

JT: HE GOT HIM….NO? WAS IT 2?

RJ: MY GOD I THOUGHT THE KID HAD HIM!

There are fans with their hands on their heads as Clarke James just gets his shoulder up off the mat in time. Cody Walker is still in a bad way but he drags himself up and once again draws on the incredible support being afforded to him…

JT: The connection between Cody Walker and this crowd is special….they want to see him slay the beast…

RJ: And he might just pull it off…..HOWLING MOON!

Cody staggers to the corner and leaps up top. He waits for CJ to rise and then launches off for the flying “famea55er” (ala Carmelo Hayes) but CJ pulls clear at the final second and sends the youngster into an uncomfortable landing. CJ goes into stalk mode now and waits for Cody to rise…

JT: I think the kid’s race may be run now….FAITHLESS!

Cody struggles against CJ’s grip and manages to pull close to the turnbuckle so that he can press his feet against it and somehow flips out of James’ grasp. Cody staggers toward centre ring as James rushes out toward him….

RJ: BRUTAL!

More cheers as Cody spins into a crunching heel kick that lands clean to James’ face and takes him out. Cody follows up with “rolling thunder”…..he spots the members of “The Fallen” moving outside…

Crowd: THAT WAS AWE-SOME x10

JT: MESMERIC….

Cody runs to the ropes and shows no fear as he flips over the top and once again leaves all four of “The Fallen” in a battered heap. Cody lands out on his feet, showing his incredible athleticism, but quickly leaps back on the apron…

RJ: This is a performance of real heart and determination….

JT: HE WANTS THIS…..METEORAIN!

The flashbulbs are going off and the crowd on their feet as Walker leaps from the top rope and he plants CJ on his head with a fantastic flying DDT. He clutches at his back as he staggers back up to his feet and falls on top of his foe…

RJ: November 5th 2023, this really might be the night that Cody Walker announced himself in professional wrestling….

JT: Clarke James’ grip of terror remains…

Cody is holding his head in hands and many of the fans are doing the same as the referee indicates it was a two count. Walker looks to the heavens and can be seen talking to himself….he clambers up now and waits for CJ to start standing…

RJ: This would represent one of the biggest shocks we have ever seen….after all the victims of Clarke James, all the greats he had terrorised….young Cody Walker could be the one to finally end it….ULTIMA WEAPON!

Cody ducks in behind CJ and lifts him into the electric chair position. He staggers around and prepares for the “One Winged Angel”….

JT: THAT SICK AND TWISTED SOB….

Cody reaches up to pull James’ head in but that allows CJ to bite at Cody’s head. Cody’s screams of pain can be heard and he is forced to drop James…

RJ: FAITHLESS….GODDAMIT!

The referee is blindsided and cannot see that James has taken a chunk from Cody’s head (a definite DQ) as blood runs freely down his face. James pounces quickly and nails the “rock bottom” before he rolls Walker over on his front and applies the crossface….

JT: Insult to goddamn injury…

RJ: The kid doesn’t want to quit….he doesn’t want to lose consciousness either…

JT: One of the bravest displays we have ever seen….

James is ripping and tearing at the head and neck of Cody Walker as he repeatedly drags his head back and ups the pressure. Cody is yelling in agony as his blood runs down his head and coats the hands of his attacker. The referee looks incredibly concerned for Walker’s welfare….

RJ: He’s tapping….he had no choice…the poor kid could do no more….

Boos fill the air as the referee calls for the bell to signify the end of proceedings. The crowd are booing as James just remains kneeling over the broken form of Cody Walker. The referee wants to get a doctor in immediately but the members of “The Fallen” drag the official from the ring….

JT: WE NEED SECURITY, THIS CAN’T BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN AGAIN!

The security positioned around ringside quickly move into action to free the referee from “The Fallen” but a battle breaks out between them now. Security guards are being flattened and thrown left, right and centre…

RJ: And James has that goddamn railroad spike….he’s going to disfigure Cody Walker here at Destiny….somebody please stop this…

JT: There’s only more of them….

We see four more hooded figures moving through the crowd and they take up positions next to the ringside barriers. All eyes then turn to the stage as another hooded figure walks out…..Clarke James looks up now and seems surprised to see another member of “The Fallen”. His eyes then widen as the figure raises their head….

RJ: FALLEN CLARKE JAMES? HOW CAN THAT BE?

The hooded figure is wearing an incarnation of James’ face, like his usual victims, and they remove the hood. There is a moment where Clarke James is staring at a version of his own features…..the “Fallen” CJ tilts his head from side to side…

“BOOM….HERE COMES THE BOOM, HERE COMES THE BOOM….HERE COMES THE, Y’ALL DON’T REALLY WANT IT NOW”

*Crowd ultra pop

Clarke James freezes as “Here comes the boom” rips through the airwaves and after a few seconds the “Fallen” CJ takes off his mask and reveals himself as JJ Johnson…

JT: HE’S HERE….MY GOD HE’S BACK….HE’S SEEN ENOUGH….

RJ: THE ARENA JUST BECAME UNGLUED….JJ JOHNSON IS LIVE AT DESTINY!

JT: JJ Johnson is back….after months in the wilderness, months of being asked to stay away…..

RJ: This is JJ Johnson’s house and he has seen enough….he didn’t want to, he didn’t want to go up against a man he considered a “brother”….but Clarke James has pushed it too far…

JT: This is what James wanted though….he’s coaxed JJ out…

RJ: He may regret that…

JT: Look at “The Fallen” gathering to protect their leader…

*Another huge pop

RJ: JJ BROUGHT HIS OWN DAMN ARMY! CLARKE JAMES PAST IS CATCHING UP WITH HIM….

The cheers are deafening as suddenly the hooded figures in the crowd rip off their robes and reveal themselves as The Saint, Acer, Tyson Armstrong and Rock V2. They leap the barricade and they are pummelling the members of “The Fallen”…..

JT: AND THAT JUST LEFT TWO….

JJ Johnson is in full sprint now and dives into the ring. CJ positions the “spike” in his hands and looks to drive forward but JJ blocks it and unleashes with huge right hands. He backs James up on the ropes and hits the body with a right hook and then a left. He goes back upstairs with an uppercut under the chin before a left hook to the jaw and then a right hand over the top as James is falling sends him through the ropes….

RJ: JJ JOHNSON HAS FINALLY DECLARED WAR ON CLARKE JAMES…..JJ JOHNSON IS BACK TO SAVE 6CWF!

JT: For many this has been a long time coming…..JJ Johnson is finally here to protect 6CWF, to protect everyone from Clarke James…

RJ: And I think there is a message or two to send here before all is done…

Clarke James is clutching his jaw, deep bruising already appearing, as struggles into the aisleway. JJ Johnson’s eyes are full of fire as he stares out after CJ but then The Saint throws the first member of “The Fallen” inside….

JT: ACCESS ALL AREAS!

The stunner is met by cheers as JJ lays out the first of CJ’s men. Tyson Armstrong throws in the second now and he suffers the same fate…..the noise levels, if possible, continue to grow as Acer throws in the third member…

RJ: Clarke James’ toy soldiers are falling around him…how apt that the “Nightmare of Westminster” on the anniversary of the Gunpowder Plot was planning to put another nail in 6CWF’s coffin tonight but he has been thwarted….just like Guy Fawkes before him…..JJ Johnson has returned to stop Clarke James in his tracks…

The third member of “The Fallen” eats the stunner but the fourth has a different outcome in store for him. JJ signals to the crowd and they go wild as The Saint begins to rip the coverings off of one of the announce tables…

JT: Clarke James can but watch on…..VIP EXPERIENCE!

The sit-down tombstone crushes the fourth and final member of “The Fallen” through the table. JJ Johnson is helped from the wreckage by The Saint and then all the members of the Coalition climb inside the ring….

RJ: Battlelines are drawn….my God what a moment this is…..JJ Johnson and Clarke James on a collision course, make no mistake about it…

JT: Months in the making….

RJ: Years…this goes way back….

JT: And finally JJ has seen and had enough…..Clarke James must be brought to justice, he must be put in his place….this is going to be one for the ages…

RJ: I’ve got goosebumps and I’m damn sure not the only one right now…..JJ Johnson is back….what a moment this is at Destiny….just when you thought it couldn’t get any wilder….any more monumental….

JT: And we still have a main event to come!

The arena is shaking from the amount of noise as JJ Johnson steps forward from his cohorts and continues to stare at Clarke James. James has reached the top of the stage now and he has blind hatred, finally emotion showing, as he glares back down at Johnson.

*Scott Harris admits to Clarissa that he needs some time to process Tyler Roth's betrayal and missing out on becoming 6WF Champion but promises that he will avenge every single person who has wronged him and that Roth's day is coming.

*Robin Reborn has located Anthony Grace in the backstage area. He wants to know Grace is ready to "do what is necessary" here tonight. He can't have Grace worrying about that "old succubus"...Grace stares at him but says nothing. Reborn nods his head and says "Time to (beep) (beep) up". He swaggers off. A stagehand approaches Anthony Grace and tries to deliver some news but Grace just stares at him and then walks off.

*JJ Johnson is live in the backstage area with Jack Reynolds. Clarke James and "The Fallen" have scarpered. JJ says he will address everything properly at Proving Grounds but rest assured he is back and he is going to restore order to 6CWF and put "these sorry b1tches in their place". JJ says he was blinded by brotherhood but the blinkers are off and he will do everything and anything he has to....he assures Reynolds that the old JJ just walked through the door and it's time for people to start running for the exits.

*Final scene change and GazzyD is sat watching the first time he became 6CW Champion. He is subconsciously humming "Whole world in his hands" until Christy comes in and says "It's time". Gazzy beckons her over and he hugs and kisses her before bending down to kiss the bump again. He says "One day you will be a Queen, little one, and daddy will deliver the throne to your feet".

GazzyD/Uryu Ishida vs Anthony Grace/Robin Reborn

JT: What a night…..

RJ: Honestly, I have been in this business a long time, and this is one of the most action-packed, monumental nights I can recall….the energy in this building, the crowd, the moments we have seen….

JT: And we still have our main event…..an absolutely huge match…..tag team action…

RJ: There are so many facets to this contest…..the whole Gazzy/Uryu/Christy saga with the added mix of Edward Plague…..the Anthony Grace/Robin Reborn cohesiveness or lack thereof….Grace’s personal issues and the ill health of Charles Kramer….Reborn’s desire to put himself above anyone and everyone…..the concussions caused by Grace and Reborn on GazzyD and multiple attacks on the 6CW Champion…

JT: This is exactly what you want for a main event….it is not often 6CWF goes on last with tag team action but this bout has earned its place, this is massive….

“So fresh, so clean” booms out as all eyes turn toward the stage now. Boos begin to sound out as smoke billows out from the backstage and silhouettes pass over the entranceway. Robin Reborn then swaggers out dressed all in faux fur…

RJ: Once upon a time this was the most loved man in 6CW….Robin Reborn went from tag team God to the underdog hero who overthrew the seemingly unbeatable monster, Joshua…..but now he walks a very different path and sings a very different tune…..Reborn has made the jump to entertainment, TV deals and endorsements…with that has come a new attitude….

JT: An attitude that, quite frankly, stinks….Reborn thinks he is better now, bigger and more important….this whole match stems off the basis that he believes he should be the main attraction in 6CWF….

RJ: To be fair his exclusive deal with Amazon, our broadcasters, has given him that faux belief….he had one match upon return and they pushed for him to receive a world title shot…

JT: The same can be said his tag team partner tonight, united by ego….they both did have a shot at the 6CW Championship thanks to their “links”….and they lost….

RJ: They came up short against Uryu Ishida at Beachfront Brawl and that was, largely, thanks to the involvement of GazzyD…

JT: Which tipped Reborn and Grace over the edge and led us to tonight…since then they have assaulted multiple members of 6CWF staff as well as Gazzy and Uryu…..they have been fined, warned, reprimanded by management but still they do as they please…..still they believe themselves above the law…

RJ: Because of their connections…

Reborn swaggers to the ring, trash talking the fans as he does so, and then leaps up on the apron. He lets his faux fur coat open to reveal a huge gold chain before smiling at the camera, revealing a gold grill. Reborn leaps over the ropes….

JT: The question is, who is more arrogant? Reborn or Grace? And can they work together?

RJ: Recent events suggest perhaps not….the cracks are beginning to show…

“Back in black” then rages out and is met by boos from the audience, although there are sections of cheers for the movie star. Anthony Grace appears through the jets of pyros and shakes his hair from his face….

JT: Always has been and always will be one of the most polarizing figures in the business…..Anthony Grace is one of the world’s most famous filmstars, he has portrayed some of our favourite characters….but the man behind the roles is a self-centred, arrogant, egotistical so and so….

RJ: Ever since he debuted in 6CW, Grace has rubbed people up the wrong way….he has used his stature to manipulate the system and place himself in positions of favour….

JT: And key ingredient to Grace’s success in 6CW was his consultant, Charles Kramer….

RJ: And that is another big factor here tonight….Charles Kramer is extremely unwell right now and it seems, in his poor health, he has decided Grace needs to change his ways…

JT: Grace’s downfall has been extremely well publicised, drunken behaviour, loss of his family and wealth…..Charles Kramer has tried on several occasions to make Grace see the light and explain that his association with Robin Reborn will be to his detriment….

RJ: He’s tried to show Grace that he is being manipulated and used for Reborn’s own gain….Kramer does not want Grace to lose everything…

JT: Is Grace seeing that? He certainly wasn’t but in recent weeks he and Reborn have clashed….

RJ: I think it is slowly sinking in…..but I’m not sure that is enough to change Grace’s outlook or attitude, he is still a walking timebomb….

JT: There have been several well documented moments since his return to 6CWF, wrestling under the influence etc…

RJ: We are led to believe he is walking a “wellness tightrope”….6CWF management are monitoring him very closely…

JT: He seems clearer of mind tonight but it is hard to tell….it’ll be easier to assess when the bell sounds….

Grace circles the ring and then climbs up inside. Reborn is eyeing him and then moves over to start making some orders but Grace gives him a look and then fixes his eyes on the stage…

RJ: Reborn certainly sees himself as the leader of this duo…..I’m not sure Grace agrees…

*Crowd pop

JT: WHAT AN OVATION FOR MR 6CW!

“Limelight” suddenly blasts through the airwaves and the Belfast crowd are on their feet. A multitude of pyros explode all across the front of the stage before GazzyD comes hurtling through a trapdoor…

RJ: GazzyD is live at Destiny and the 6CWF crowd are loving it….

JT: It has been a rocky few years for the multi-time world champion, certainly a very difficult few months, but it seems that finally a corner is being turned…

RJ: The Gazzy/Christy/Uryu saga has been well documented….Gazzy wasn’t happy about how close his wife had gotten with the 6CW Champion, they were separated for a time…Edward Plague then returned to sew even more seeds of doubt in Gazzy’s mind…..but Gazzy has shown incredible mental fortitude and resisted Plague….he has banished the doubts over his wife and Uryu….and now he knows he is set to become a father for the first time…

JT: It has been a tumultuous ride for one of the most beloved stars in history…..but GazzyD is looking more and more like his old self….Plague is still trying but I believe the idea of becoming a dad has given Gazzy a new lease of life, a light that cannot be extinguished….he and Christy are close once more and, amazingly, tonight he teams with a man who we’d never of dreamed….

RJ: Gazzy and Uryu on the same page, well kind of…

JT: And that is the reverse side to this….because whilst Gazzy has indeed starting to making upturns….there is no denying that Edward Plague is still an issue and he has certainly created potential rifts between Gazzy and Uryu…

RJ: Just like their opponents, this isn’t a fully cohesive team….a few weeks ago Uryu and Plague clashed inside of a steel cage….Uryu leapt off the top, looking to crash down on his tormentor, when the lights went out and when they came back on it was GazzyD that he landed on….they’ve had some crossed words, wires and shots in recent weeks….can they put that behind them tonight?

Gazzy walks around the ringside area, tagging hands with the adoring fans, before “Too old to die young” echoes out to another raucous reception…

JT: Big love in Belfast for the 6CW Champion….

RJ: Six months now Uryu has been the champion, realising a dream after a 16 year career…..he has defended his title with honour and really brought a prestige to that belt…

JT: All whilst having personal issues and differences to deal with…..Uryu cannot deny and probably wouldn’t deny his “love” for Christy….he has always claimed “just friends” but I think we all know he feels deeper…

RJ: He does but he’s respectful and knows she is a married woman….however that has still left the door open for suspicion and accusations….the pot has been stirred by Edward Plague and most certainly by Grace and Reborn…

JT: It’s a natural stick to beat them with….Uryu and Christy are close, no doubt, but Christy is married and pregnant, she is a devoted wife…..finally after a long struggle I know Gazzy understands that, despite what anyone else says….

RJ: But do Uryu and Gazzy actually like one another?

JT: I’m not sure on that, I think there’ll always be a rift…..they just need to decide if that rift is big enough to prevent them working together tonight…..because if it is, they could be in trouble…

Uryu reaches ringside and he follows Gazzy’s suit by tagging hands with the fans, posing for pictures also. He reaches Gazzy and he holds out a hand…

RJ: Seems they may be on the same page….

Gazzy looks at the hand for a moment and then out at the urging masses before finally accepting it. The crowd roar in approval as Uryu unclasps the 6CW Championship belt and holds it in the air…

JT: The title is not on the line here tonight but Uryu is a proud champ….

RJ: And his opponents know that if they can win here tonight, they have the biggest claim to another shot….

Finally all four men are up in the ring as the referee gets in between them. There is plenty of gesticulating and trash talk until it is decided that Reborn, who steps in front of Grace, and Uryu Ishida will begin the main event….

JT: So here we go….main event of 6CWF Destiny 2023…

Uryu and Reborn circle one another and then look to engage but Reborn withdraws. He mocks Uryu now and plays to the crowd, talking them down also. Uryu seems unfazed as they set for a second lockup but again RR pulls out…

RJ: Pullout game is strong here from Reborn…

JT: He’s trying to get in the head of the world champion…

RJ: I think he’s just annoyed him…

Reborn acts as though he is serious now and looks for the lockup again. He tries to pull free once more but Uryu steps forward too and lashes a sickening martial arts kick into the midsection, doubling Reborn up. He slugs RR with right hands now and looks for an Irish whip…

JT: Reborn already looking to demonstrate his high flying ability…

Reborn hits the ropes but cartwheels out of Ishida’s direction and springs off the adjacent ropes, only for Uryu to meet him with a crunching dropkick in midair. The crowd cheer as Uryu grabs Reborn’s arm and performs a mahistrol cradle………………1………………..2………..kickout!

RJ: Reborn trying to be flash and cocky but Ishida is wise to it thus far…

They scramble up and Reborn gets his foot up and shoves Uryu back before attempting a “Kamehameha” palm strike but Uryu dodges it and then jumps into a headscissors takedown. Reborn scrambles up in the corner and Uryu nails a monkey flip before jumping up top..

JT: Thinking “Split Second”….

RJ: Too early….

Reborn rolls from the ring and looks annoyed as he tries to compose himself. Uryu remains on the top, watching, and then wows the crowd as he leaps to the outside with a crossbody takedown…..he drags Reborn and throws him back in the ring before clambering up on the apron….

JT: So far Uryu is having all the play….OH CMON!

*Crowd boo

RJ: It was only a matter of time…

Anthony Grace drops from the apron and he grabs Uryu’s heel and pulls him down, causing his head to smash off the side of the ring. Grace ignores the boos as he drags Uryu over and slams his head off the announce desk….

JT: GAZZY CAN FLY!

Cheers erupt now as Gazzy runs around the ring and uses the steel steps to propel himself into the air and crashes into Grace, taking them both sprawling over one of the announce desks and into a heap. Uryu is groggy as he stumbles back to the ring and rolls in…

RJ: Reborn has a chance now to take some control back….

Uryu’s head is through the ropes as Reborn springs off the adjacent and lands a legdrop across the back of the neck, bringing him back inside. Reborn spins and backflips into a double foot stomp across the midsection before position Uryu in place as he heads for the corner…

JT: Reborn also has a quick finish in mind here…..SHOOTING STAR….

Uryu rolls out of the impact zone before Reborn can connect. Reborn shows amazing athleticism to land in a press-up position and rolls back to his feet. Uryu gets up in the corner as Reborn chases back in…

RJ: Up and over…

Ishida drops his shoulder and backdrops Reborn over the ropes and onto the apron. He turns and Reborn lands a sickening step-up kick to the mouth. Ishida staggers back toward centre ring as Reborn springboards in..

JT: Meteora, connects….LUMBAR!

Reborn takes Ishida down and then he beckons him back up into a fireman’s lift and drills him with the knees to the gut (ala Cedric Alexander)………………1………………..2……………..Uryu throws his shoulder off the mat!

RJ: Anthony Grace back up on the apron now and he wants a tag in….Reborn, however, is not playing ball…

JT: Because he’s too self-centered….

Reborn shakes his head and tells Grace “I got this”. He pulls Uryu up and hooks his arms..

RJ: WINGCLIPPER!

Uryu struggles against the grip of Reborn and then succeeds in countering into a northern lights variation……….1……………2……..kickout. They both get up and Reborn runs the ropes and handsprings into them….

JT: URYU CAUGHT HIM…..GAZZY’S IN!

Uryu draws huge cheers once more as he anticipates Reborn’s movements and counters in midair with a backstabber. He rolls over and tags in Gazzy, drawing a massive response from the audience. Gazzy leaps over the top and he waits for Reborn to get up…

RJ: STEP-OVER!

Reborn tries to nail a quick kick but Gazzy catches his foot and nails a step-over heel kick (ala RVD). He drags Reborn back up and nails a faceplant suplex before heading for the second rope and nails a legdrop…………..1……………….2…………kickout!

JT: If Reborn refuses to use Anthony Grace for the majority of this contest then it is going to become a very long night indeed…

Gazzy lets Reborn stand and tries to pull him into the “History Maker” (inverted twist of fate) but Reborn lands a kick over his own shoulder and catches Gazzy in the head. Gazzy stumbles to the corner and Reborn rushes in…

JT: Nobody home….

Gazzy sidesteps and sends Reborn into the turnbuckle before lapping the ring and returning with a huge dropkick to the chest that floors Reborn into a seated position. Gazzy follows up with a catapult dropkick to his seated opponent (ala Jeff Hardy)….he grabs Reborn’s legs and pulls him away before springing onto the ropes…

RJ: STARSHIP PAIN!

The split-legged corkscrew splash lands flush………………1………………..2………..Anthony Grace makes the save!

JT: Reborn won’t admit it but he was saved there, big time…

Gazzy and Grace stare at one another for a long moment as Grace is ushered from the ring by the ref. Gazzy now turns back to Reborn and beckons him up before booting him in the stomach…

RJ: DEEP IMPACT!

Reborn struggles and then succeeds in swiping Gazzy’s legs. He catapults him to the corner but Gazzy lands on the ropes, unbeknownst to his opponent….

JT: Gazzy just waiting….MOON-OH GOD!

Grace runs over now and he shoves Gazzy off the top of the turnbuckle to the outside and causes Gazzy’s head to smash off the ringside barrier…

RJ: GazzyD has suffered a concussion in the last couple of months at the hands of Anthony Grace and Robin Reborn, that will not have helped matters…

JT: We may need some assistance here….SOMEONE STOP THESE SAVAGES!

Uryu drops down to check on his partner, who is in a bad way, as Anthony Grace sprints in and crushes Gazzy’s head against the barrier…Uryu shoves Grace away as the referee gets involved…

RJ: We really do need to get someone out here to check on GazzyD….

The referee throws up an “X” and quickly medics are called as anxious faces can be seen in the crowd. Uryu looks incredibly worried as Gazzy is put on a stretcher…

JT: Folks this is an incredibly worrying situation….GazzyD is clearly in need of medical assistance and is being taken backstage…

RJ: Naturally our thoughts and prayers go with him but this also leaves Uryu in one hell of a scenario…..the 6CW Champion is now in a handicap position….

A huge “GazzyD” chant rings around Belfast as the fan favourite is wheeled toward the backstage area. Uryu continues to look concerned as he turns back toward the ring and Robin Reborn almost decapitates him with a high-speed suicide dive…

JT: MY WORD, WHAT IMPACT…

RJ: That’s the same dive Reborn hit Lex Hart with, it left Hart with a concussion…

JT: We don’t need any more head injuries here….this is now a very daunting scenario for the 6CW Champion…

Reborn throws Uryu back in the ring and follows. Ishida is on unsteady legs as he rises and Reborn leaps into him with a “zigzag” neckbreaker…

RJ: Worldstar…could be all she wrote…

JT: Uryu is brave, gallant and resilient but even by his standards this is a huge ask….

Reborn slaps Uryu around the head and urges him to get up. He seizes him by the hair and drags him into position…

RJ: GOD’S LAST GIFT!

Reborn looks for the suplex but Uryu spins out over his opponent’s shoulder and springs onto the ropes…

JT: What chance does he have?

Grace grabs Uryu’s head and guillotines him off the ropes as boos ring all around. Once again Grace calls for the tag but Reborn shakes his head. Reborn heads for the corner…

RJ: Reborn wants the glory…

JT: Hold on here….

Grace has had enough and he slaps the leg of Reborn whilst he is on the turnbuckle, signalling a tag. Reborn looks incredulous as Grace steps in the ring…

RJ: All is not well in this camp….

Grace turns his back on his partner as he approaches Uryu. He pushes him back into the corner and stomps at his stomach before climbing on the ropes to deliver a ten punch combo….

JT: Uryu slipped out….OH MY!

Uryu drops under Grace’s legs and then he leaps on the ropes behind his foe. He looks for a back suplex from the second but Grace lands fierce back elbows to the face until Ishida drops down again. Grace then shows great skill to throw himself into a moonsault takedown….

RJ: Still moves in the locker of the moviestar….

1…………..2…………Uryu kicks out. Grace pulls him up and into an STO position before lifting him up and drives him backward, face first, into the turnbuckle (ala Damien Priest)…..Uryu remains slumped there as Grace decides to lift him onto the top rope….

JT: Not usually in Grace’s repertoire but he’s thinking Crucifix powerbomb…

Grace gets Ishida on his back and walks him out but Uryu kicks his legs and manages to jump off. Grace spins around as Uryu rolls under him and springboards…

RJ: Tornado DDT, got him…

The crowd cheer as Uryu lands the big DDT. Grace gets back up and Uryu scoops him up…

JT: MICHINOKU DRIVER!

Ishida drills Grace on his head and covers………………1……………………2……….Grace throws his arm off the mat!

RJ: Reborn not looking happy from the apron but I notice he didn’t make any effort to help his partner….

Reborn clicks his tongue as he watches on. Uryu is back on his feet again and he stumbles to the ropes and climbs out on the apron. He ushers Grace up…

JT: SPRINGBOARD X-FACTOR!

Uryu looks for the catapult facebuster but Grace gets his knee up into the gut of Ishida and doubles him over. Grace then takes his chance…

RJ: THUNDERSTRUCK!

Uryu pulls free and sends Grace to the deck before bridging over the top…………..1…………….2…………Grace kicks out….

JT: The 6CW Champion showing exactly why he is top of the mountain…

RJ: Folks we are led to believe GazzyD is being checked over by medical staff backstage…he is conscious and talking but doctors are reluctant to let him back out…

*We get a shot of backstage where Gazzy is undergoing tests and checks, having a torch shined in his eyes etc. Christy is with him and looks very concerned for her husband, although she also keeps watching the monitor at the action from ringside.

JT: I know Gazzy is a fighter…he’s a warrior…but if he cannot compete then he needs to heed the orders of the doctors…

Grace has rolled from the ring as Reborn leaps off the apron to admonish him. The two men are arguing with one another…

RJ: Reborn and Grace have a 2 on 1 situation here and still they can’t get on the same page…

JT: THEY’RE ON THE SAME FLOOR!

More cheers erupt now as Uryu suicide dives through the ropes and takes both of his opponents out. He pulls Grace back up and chucks him in the ring. He scrambles up on the apron…

RJ: PHENOMENAL….

Grace ducks the flying forearm and runs the ropes but returns into a standing dragonrana………..1………………2………kickout. They scramble up and Uryu dodges Grace’s lariat attempt before superkicking him in the back of the head….Grace falls into the ropes and comes back into a standing “Spanish Fly”….

JT: This is an outrageous performance from the world champion….he’s put himself on the brink…..SPLIT SECOND!

The flashbulbs go off and the crowd go wild as Ishida hurtles down off the top rope and lands the 450 splash….

………….Reborn rolls back in and drags Uryu off the cover and drills him with the “Wingclipper”….

RJ: Reborn keeping this match alive…

JT: But notice he didn’t put Grace over Uryu….he could have, he could have laid this on a plate…but look at him…

Reborn is now dragging Grace toward the ropes before he climbs out on the apron to initiate the tag. He leaps back in and sprawls into the pin…………….1…………………….2…………………..3!

RJ: URYU KICKED OUT….THIS GOES ON….

JT: THE GUTS AND THE HEART….Reborn looks furious….he thought he’d masterminded it there….

Reborn is up in the referee’s face now and is demanding a three count but the official shuts him down and orders the match to go on. Reborn circles on Uryu now and he drags him up into a fireman’s lift before throwing him off into a pele kick variation. Uryu is flat on the mat as Reborn heads high….

RJ: Robin Reborn can see the money and the limelight, he can see another world championship……FLIGHT OF THE NAVIGATOR!

JT: IT’S CHRISTY!

Christy is at ringside and she places Uryu’s foot on the bottom rope at the last second, drawing huge cheers.

RJ: I don’t know how wise it is for you to be here Christy…..she’s pregnant and Reborn & Grace have shown before they have complete disregard for her…

Reborn sees what has happened and he looks angry before rolling out to confront Christy. She takes a few backward steps as Reborn jabs his finger at her…

JT: You stay the hell away from her….

RJ: Look at Grace…

Grace has rolled out under the ropes behind Christy and she backs up into him, fear now crossing her face. She turns from Reborn to Grace and back again….

JT: This really is no place for Christy to be….

Reborn seems to be preparing a slap but suddenly Grace steps in front of Christy…

RJ: Grace is a married man, even if estranged, with daughters….perhaps there is a line after all…

Reborn is yelling at Grace to move but Grace is motioning that Uryu is ripe for the taking. Reborn looks annoyed and glares before rolling back in the ring. Grace fixes Christy with a stare as she backs away…

JT: Anthony Grace potentially just saved Christy there….

RJ: However, I don’t think anyone can save Uryu…

Ishida is clutching at his ribcage as he stumbles back up to a vertical base. Reborn is out on the apron and he is ushering Uryu and cat calling him before springboarding in…

JT: GOD’S MOST POWERFUL WRATH!

RJ: CODEBREAKER!

Cheers erupt as Uryu, despite his weakened state, is able to catch Reborn in mid-leap and explodes into the double knees to the face….Grace rushes back up onto the apron now…

JT: Grace wants in now….he recognises that Reborn is in no position to finish the job but he is…

Reborn is still first back up and dismisses Grace’s tag attempts and heads to the opposite corner, learning his lesson from earlier. He reaches the top but Uryu is over and leaps through the air (ala Del Rio) with a crunching enzeguiri to the temple. The fans are on their feet now as Uryu clambers up on the turnbuckle with his foe and he leaps into him, wheelbarrow style, and rolls off into crushing sunset bomb……………1…………………..2…………….shoulder up!

RJ: Still Uryu fights, still he gives it his all…

Christy is looking anxious as she paces the ring and tries to encourage Uryu as best she can. Ishida stumbles back to his feet and he ushers Reborn to a standing position before whipping him off the ropes….

JT: Grace held onto Reborn…

Grace reaches over the ropes and grabs Reborn as Uryu leaps up for a dropkick, causing the 6CW Champion to land on the back of his head. Reborn yanks himself free of Grace, offering no thanks, and then drags him up…

JT: GOD’S LAST GIFT!

RJ: URYU ISHIDA LIVES ON….THIS IS UNREAL…

Christy is biting her nails and looking worried but can’t help but cheer as somehow Uryu rolls his shoulder off the mat. Reborn rolls over and slaps his hand off the mat , he looks up at the referee with a seething expression…

JT: Reborn cannot believe it…..

RJ: If he made use of his partner then this one would probably be over…

Uryu is practically on fumes at this point. Reborn watches him get to his knees and then nails a standing shooting star, crashing his knees into Ishida’s spine. He heads for the corner once again…

JT: Reborn wants to be the one…..SHOOTING STAR PRESS!

RJ: All knees…nothing but knees…

Reborn crashes down onto Uryu’s knees and it sends him rolling away in agony. You can see him trying to tuck up and keep his body away from the ropes but he can’t stop Grace from reaching over and slapping his back…

JT: Even through the pain Reborn didn’t want Grace to get in the ring…

RJ: Because he knows Uryu has very little left and Grace is fresh….

Grace immediately yells at Uryu to get up to his feet. He slicks his hair back and makes his move…

JT: BLOCKBUSTER!

Uryu just ducks the tornado roundhouse kick at the final second and in desperation he drop toe holds Grace and rolls over, seizing his arm…

RJ: SUNSET….URYU MAY SNAP GRACE’S ARM HERE!

The crowd are on their feet and making their voices heard as Uryu bridges over into the devastating “Fujiwara” armbar…

JT: Anthony Grace is in a whole world of trouble here, this could be in….despite all the odds against him, Uryu is so close….

The referee is kneeling down and asking Grace if he wants to quit but the A-Lister is adamant that he will not. He is trying to twist and turn his body, causing himself excruciating pain…

RJ: Every movement is making the pain worse….it really might break at any second…

There are groans from the crowd as Grace, somehow, is able to bend his body around enough so that he can place a foot on the bottom rope…

JT: Uryu was so close there….another ten seconds and I think Grace would have had to quit…

Grace is cradling his arm as he tries to get back up. Uryu is using the ropes for leverage and Christy is talking to him, urging him on…

RJ: Christy trying to gee Uryu up, trying to give him the second wind he so desperately needs….INCOMING!

Grace sprints over and dives for a huge stinger splash but Uryu drops, whether on purpose or through exhaustion, and sends his opponent crashing against the turnbuckle……………….1…………………2………………..3!

JT: A millisecond away….

Grace kicks out of the rollup. They get back up and Uryu superkicks the kneecaps of Grace and drops him into a kneeling position…..

RJ: BUZZSAW!

Grace ducks under the kick at the final second and he shoves Uryu in the small of the back and sends him into the ropes. Uryu comes back as Grace springs up…

JT: BLOCKBUSTER…..HE NAILED IT!

The tornado kick lands and Uryu drops in a heap as the crowd watch on in dismay. Grace staggers up, a broad grin cross his features, and he runs the ropes…

RJ: THUNDERSTRUCK…..ANTHONY GRACE IS GONNA DO IT!

JT: OH MY DEAR LORD….

The referee’s hand is coming down for the certain three when Reborn pulls Grace from the ring. There is uproar now as Grace shoves Reborn in the chest…

RJ: Anthony Grace has this match won, Reborn can’t bear it….

JT: Surely Grace can see now….it’s Reborn’s way or no way…

Reborn shoves Grace back and the two are arguing. Grace balls his hand into a fist now but Reborn throws his hands up…

RJ: Oh now Reborn wants to talk, wants to negotiate…

Reborn: My bad….yeah my bad, homie…..look we got this, we gotta stick together…

JT: Look at him trying to talk Grace around….he just cost him the damn match…

Reborn: We need to finish this fool real good….send a message….let’s get the table…

Reborn motions Grace over to the “Social Media” desk. Grace still looks angry and apprehensive as Reborn pulls the coverings off…

JT: They have got some bad, bad intentions for Uryu….

RJ: Reborn certainly does….Grace, rightfully, is still seething…

Grace has suddenly frozen. He is looking at the laptop screen of Harold Lloyd and his face drains of colour…

Grace: The hell is that? The hell…..TELL ME IT ISN’T TRUE!

RJ: What on earth?

Grace has grabbed Harold Lloyd by the front of the shirt. Harold and Henry both look stunned….

Harold: I’m sorry, Anthony….i’m sorry you had to find out like this….

JT: What is going on?

Grace’s breathing is ragged as Reborn moves over now and looks at the screen. He then turns to Grace…

Reborn: Man get it together….(beep) that guy, he never did nuttin’ but hold you back……sucka is where he belongs…

Grace glares at Reborn for a long few moments but then backs away and starts to walk toward the back, Christy is in his line of sight and he barges into her, accidentally, and knocks her down…

RJ: Folks we have no idea what is happening here…..but it seems Anthony Grace has seen something down there…

JT: Wait a minute, RJ, I’m hearing something in my earpiece….

Reborn is watching Grace leaving and we can hear him yell “(Beep) you too then….never needed yo punk a55 anyway….your career is as dead as yo pretend daddy….I’ll finish this”….

RJ: Ladies and gentlemen I am shocked and saddened to have to deliver such heartbreaking news at this time but we have just learned that Charles Kramer has passed away this evening…..

JT: Our thoughts and prayers obviously go out to all of Kramer’s family and friends…including Anthony Grace…

RJ: Despite their differences of late, Grace and Kramer were extremely close and you can see it has had a massive effect on Grace…he’s walked out…

JT: And we must also apologise for the disgusting remarks that have already been made by Robin Reborn down at ringside….

Reborn rounds on Christy now, who is being helped up by the referee, and we hear him saying “I’m gone put your baby daddy down now, send him to the hospital with ImpotentD….should have chose a real man”…..

RJ: Reborn really is a heinous individual…

JT: He really is….but he also on the brink of finishing this match…..Uryu can barely stir, he’s a sitting duck and Reborn knows it…

RJ: He’s going to finish this, you heard him say it….GOD’S POWERFUL WRATH!

Reborn grips the top rope, hovering on the apron, and he springboards in for the huge forearm smash as Uryu stumbles to his feet….

JT: GAZZYD….DEEP IMPACT!

The noise is deafening as GazzyD, to the surprise of everyone, returns to the ring and shoves Uryu out of the firing line before driving a boot into Reborn’s gut as he comes down and drills him with his finisher….Ishida stumbles up and Gazzy looks at the top rope…

RJ: He’s imploring Uryu to finish this…..SPLIT SECOND!

JT: And he has…

Crowd: ONE…

Ding ding ding

RJ: They did it…..

JT: A hell of a night, an emotional night….we reiterate that our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of Charles Kramer, who has sadly left us this evening……

RJ: I echo those sentiments….but Destiny as an event has delivered all ends up…..from start to finish, what an absolute rollercoaster…

JT: And this main event was the icing on the cake…..Gazzy got injured early, he was out…..Uryu went 2 on 1 and showed why he is world champion….Grace and Reborn just could not co-exist and just when it looked like Reborn would get his way and walk out with the W, Gazzy returns to save the day….to save Uryu and guide his team to victory…

RJ: We didn’t know if they could….but with Christy uniting them, they worked together and got the job done…

“Too old to die young” is blasting out to amazing fanfare from all in attendance. Gazzy helps Uryu to his feet as Christy climbs in to join them. Gazzy immediately checks on his wife (following her fall) but she assures him that she is ok. She grabs Gazzy and Uryu’s arm and raises them….

JT: What a moment to end on….I never thought I’d see this…

Christy presents Gazzy and Uryu to the crowd on all sides as the cheers continue. Uryu then decides to lift Christy up on his shoulders…..Gazzy looks at them for a long moment as the referee brings the 6CW Championship into the ring….Uryu is just putting Christy down as Gazzy takes the belt from the referee…he then hands the belt to the champion as Uryu nods at him and swings it over his shoulder….

“He’s got the whole world in his hands……he’s got the whole wide world, in his hands….he’s got the whole world in his hands”

*Lights out

RJ: Oh no….

The lights come back on but Edward Plague is nowhere to be seen. Christy looks around and then breathes a sigh of relief until she sees the music box in Gazzy’s hands, a look of dread passes over her face as Uryu toward around….

JT: OH GOD!

The music box shatters as Gazzy obliterates it right through Uryu’s head, sending the world champion down onto the mat in a blind daze. Christy is screaming at Gazzy to stop but he either doesn’t listen or cannot hear her as he picks up the 6CW Championship belt and stares at the gold. He seems entranced by it as a vindictive, far away, smile crosses his mouth before disappearing and replaced by pure cold hatred…..what follows next is hard to watch as Gazzy smashes the championship belt into Uryu’s head before dropping on him and repeatedly striking him with it over and over….in a scene akin to Negan and Glen from Walking Dead as Gazzy just smashes the championship belt into Uryu’s head again and again. There is blood all over Uryu’s head and hair, as well as Gazzy’s hands, the canvass and the 6CW Championship belt. The show ends with Christy James sitting in the corner of the ring, crying, whilst Gazzy just kneels over the broken form of Uryu. There is almost silence in the arena, some younger fans crying, as nobody can quite believe what they have just watched.
